
Maravillosa casa unifamiliar privada con terraza, situada a espaldas del río Guadalquivir. La casa ofrece incomparables vistas panorámicas de Sevilla, que incluyen algunos de sus lugares más emblemáticos: el Puente de Triana, la plaza de toros La Maestranza, La Catedral y el Río. Hay 5 dormitorios y 4 baños completos. Capacidad para alojar hasta 9 personas.
La casa tiene 58 ventanas que recubren el exterior, ofreciendo magníficas vistas de la ciudad y permitiendo la entrada de aire y luz. Su ubicación central es ideal para visitar la ciudad y su ambiente acogedor para relajarse después.
La zona de estar y comedor están en la primera planta. El salón dispone de 2 sofás, 2 sillones y una mesa de centro. Smart TV y acceso gratuito a internet WIFI. El comedor tiene una gran mesa con sillas para 9 personas.
La cocina está equipada con todos los utensilios y electrodomésticos principales: lavadora, lavavajillas, horno y microondas incluido.
Los cinco dormitorios están distribuidos entre las tres plantas de la casa. Tres de los dormitorios tienen cama de matrimonio, un dormitorio tiene dos camas individuales y un dormitorio tiene una cama individual. 1 cama doble mide 150x200 cm; 2 camas dobles miden 135x190 cm; y las 3 camas individuales miden 105x200 cm.
Hay cuatro baños completos. Dos están en las zonas comunes y los otros dos dentro de los dormitorios.
El acceso a la terraza es desde la tercera y última planta, donde hay una zona de estar adicional con 2 sofás. La terraza está equipada con mesa y sillas de exterior, sin duda, un lugar exclusivo para disfrutar de las magníficas vistas de la Catedral sobre el río, y del esplendor de la ciudad.
Los interiores son modernos, pero en consonancia con el estilo Regionalista tradicional de construcción y decoración que se encuentra en Sevilla. La casa en sí data de principios del siglo XX. Fue diseñada por uno de los arquitectos más importantes de Sevilla, José Espiau y Muñoz. Otra de sus obras famosas en la ciudad es el gran Hotel Alfonso XIII.
Hay ascensor desde la primera planta hasta la última. El acceso desde la calle a la primera planta es por escaleras.

En Triana, tradicionalmente el barrio de pescadores, marineros y artesanos, se saborea la auténtica cultura andaluza. Aquí están situados los famosos talleres de cerámica y alfarerías de Sevilla y es una de las cunas más importantes del arte flamenco.
A orillas del río se encuentra la pintoresca calle Betis, con unas magníficas vistas sobre el río y el casco antiguo, tanto de día como de noche. En la calle Betis encontrará una amplia oferta de bares, restaurantes y discotecas. Junto al puente de Triana se sitúa su antiguo mercado de abastos, construido hace 150 años sobre las ruinas del Castillo de San Jorge, convertido recientemente en museo de la Inquisición.

Lovely apartment in the centre on the city with beautiful panoramic views. We were a group of 6 and it was perfect for us. The hosts were always very proactive and provided all the information we asked for. I would definitely recommend this apartment in Seville.

Great location. Walkable to restaurants and sights. Beautiful view from the terrace. It was over 100° and it was nice and cool inside the apartment. We enjoyed our stay here!

I’ve stayed in many AirBnBs but this is the best I’ve ever stayed in. Comfortable, spacious, quiet, clean and private - yet as centrally located as it gets. Views from the balcony were phenomenal. Could not recommend more highly.

Excellent séjour dans le quartier animé de Triana, la maison trône à l’entrée du pont et la vue de la terrasse est fantastique. Nous avons fait toutes les visites à pied. La maison est confortable et bien équipée, conforme aux photos et à la description. La communication avec le gestionnaire de l’appartement a été fluide et sympathique, ainsi que l’accueil de Damian lors de notre arrivée. Nous recommandons à 100 % !

This apartment is perfect if you want a scenic, central, comfortable stay. Directly above a market, views of the canal, bridge, and city, as well as comfortable rooms and terraces.

Check in process easy. We were met at door as planned and shown through the property. Location was excellent with market and restaurants within very short walk. Place was very clean and we spent many evening on the porch overlooking the river and enjoying a few glasses,of wine. Best trip ever!

We would recommend to anyone visiting Seville as it is so close to everything and has a stunning terrace overlooking the river. We were allowed to check-in early (a nice surprise!) and it was easy, friendly and informative. We hope to return soon! The pictures and description matched perfectly!

We have stayed in a lot of amazing spots and nothing has ever been like this. The photos can’t do it justice. The location is incredible. The apartment is spread between 4 levels with an elevator to make it super accessible. There are lots of areas to sleep (some rooms with their own patios), a great kitchen and a ton of bathrooms. The top floor is almost like a loft and has a patio with some of the best views I have ever seen of the river and all of Sevilla. It’s walking distance to everything and super close to a ton of restaurants. And for the price, this place is just outrageously affordable. I cannot say enough. Stay here. You will love it!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our first international trip since the start of the pandemic. The Casa is located close to a local food market and many tapas restaurants, almost all with outdoor seating and some with heaters. Takeout food is readily available! The house was spotless and Marcus met us with helpful information and a smile when we arrived. The view from the upstairs balcony is magnificent!

We were there with all our children and grandchildren, 8 of us in total. We were all very comfortable in our spaces and it really felt like a home away from home. Location was fantastic, kitchen was well equipped and we were able to make great dinners for all of us. Living room was very comfortable where we spent many wonderful family evenings. Though the stairs were something to be reckoned with, we all agree we would stay here again!

Absolutely loved this house. The location, the views, the art work, the furnishings and the owner’s attention to detail on making sure everything that a traveler might need is provided. We spent many days touring and could not wait to sit on the balcony and sip on some wine. The center of Sevilla is a 15-20 minute walk and we had no problems since our weather was perfect and walking was easy. There is some street noise on some mornings when the street cleaners came by. Did not bother us. My husband and I slept on top floor with the terrace and I used the lift most of the time and was impressed with the quality and quietness of the lift. Highly recommend!

The house fit two families (4 adults, 4 kids) easily, but it really helped to request an extra cot if your kids are too big to share double beds. We really enjoyed the views from the veranda. The photos are true!

This flat is split into different floors occupying an entire building. It is very well preserved, charming and original. Great check-in and check-out experience. We had the luck to meet the owner, very recommended!

Wir waren 8-Personen und wir waren super zufrieden. Würden jederzeit diese Unterkunft wieder buchen. Es war alles sehr sauber und durch die Grösse des Hauses hatten wir genug Platz um uns zu erholen. Das Haus ist sehr zentral und wir konnten alles zu Fuss machen. Die Aussicht vom oberen Balkon traumhaft. Super schönes Haus!

The pictures don’t do this place justice. The view was amazing, the place is located directly above the Tirana Market and with lots of good restaurants near by. The place was also perfect for our group of 7 and the host was extremely quick to respond to our needs.

To get the real feel of Andalusia, this property is a must stay. We loved our stay, thank you to the home owner for thinking of all the details.

This is an amazing place! It is right over the bridge in the Triana neighborhood with such easy access to so many activities—we walked everywhere. The home itself is beautiful—very well cared for and the decor was beautiful and historically interesting. All of the bedrooms were roomy and well appointed. The kitchen was easy to use and well stocked. Our party of eight (four adults, four teens) had plenty of space. AC works very well. Check in was lovely with Markus showing me around and making sure I knew how things (stove, luggage elevator, AC) worked. Would love to come back here some day!

Myself and my husband stayed with our four teenagers - we had plenty of space and privacy with the shared spaces (living and dining area, top floor balcony) big enough for us all to congregate when we wanted to. Superb location. We had an issue with the air con which was resolved quickly.

I cannot say enough how amazing this house is!! I call it a house because it’s a 3 story townhouse (referencing US). It has so much charm.. We were two families traveling together (4 kids 10-15 yr old). There were plenty of space for all of us. There is only a washer but it was not a problem as the clothes were dried within a couple of hours outside because we came during the hot time! I didn’t even mention the view yet. it’s incredible. The pictures did not do it justice. You can see sunrise and sunset right in this house! There is an elevator to help bring our suitcases from 1st floor to the 3rd floor. The location is perfect. We were about 15 min from the cathedral and the Plaza De Espana. There were tons of restaurants around With the market right below!! Damien also gave us some great suggestions on restaurants. I would highly recommend this house to people. We would rent this again when we visit.

Our family of six have stayed in rental homes all across the globe over the past 15 years. This was the absolute best home and location we have ever had. The pictures are completely accurate on the inside of the home and patios. The location is perfect for a family looking to walk the city and take in anything and everything in Sevilla. The proximity to the river is perfect for long runs and enjoying meals out on the many restaurants and bars that are right outside the front door. We will definitely be back and thanks to Manuel and all those managing the property for being such great hosts.

It was clean, spacious and well provisioned for our group of five. The city and river views were terrific. The highlight of our stay was the upper level terrace which truly reflected the ambiance of Seville. Staff at Veo was very attentive and kind. We definitely recommend this lovely apartment.

You walk out directly onto a bustling and vibrant street. Check out the empanadas place around the corner, it was wonderful. We had a little trouble getting there on our first night as there were festivities and multiple bridges were closed but the host was flexible in the time we met up and everything from there on out was fabulous. The kids got a kick out of the elevator in the apartment. Highly recommended!
