Dúplex con 2 dormitorios, 2 baños, patio privado y terraza compartida. Situado en el corazón de Triana, cerca del río y a 10-15 minutos a pie de la Catedral, pero fuera de las zonas de bares y ruidos.
La reciente rehabilitación de esta casa ha mantenido todo el encanto de una vivienda tradicional de la época, con puertas antiguas, baldosas hidráulicas, techos altos, vigas de madera, muro interior de ladrillo visto etc., a lo que ha unido todas las comodidades necesarias para hacer de ella un lugar confortable. Su cuidada decoración interior, propicia un ambiente acogedor y relajante.
La entrada al apartamento es por un patio privado con una mesa, sillas, fuente y plantas. El patio es un lugar ideal para tomar un desayuno o unas tapas, en particular, en los meses cálidos de verano. Hay un toldo extensible para dar sombra.
Tras el paso por el patio, llegamos hasta una agradable zona de estar y comedor, donde se respira tranquilidad, frescor y sosiego. El salón tiene un sofá de esquina, mesita de centro, sillón y televisor. Mesa comedor con 4 sillas. La cocina americana está perfectamente equipada con todos los utensilios y electrodomésticos principales, horno y lavavajillas incluido. Hay un lavadero en la terraza compartida con 2 lavadoras.
En la planta superior están los 2 dormitorios y 2 baños. El principal tiene una gran cama doble de 160 x 200 cm, armario y cuarto de baño con ducha a ras de duelo. El segundo dormitorio tiene dos camas individuales de 90 x 200 cm. Ambas habitaciones son muy tranquilas, con ventanas al patio central.
Junto al dormitorio 2, está el segundo cuarto baño completo con ducha.
Otras características: aire-acondicionado, calefacción, calefacción por suelo radiante, ventiladores de techo y caja fuerte. Internet wifi de alta velocidad por fibra óptica incluido.
La casa dispone de tres apartamentos que comparten dos magníficas terrazas en las que descansar, tomar el sol o contemplar la ciudad desde un alto privilegiado. Hay sofás de exterior, tumbonas, sombrilla, plantas y una ducha al aire libre.
Nota: Hay 2 lavadoras en un cuarto que está en la terraza para el uso compartido de los clientes alojados en Rodrido Triana.

En Triana, tradicionalmente el barrio de pescadores, marineros y artesanos, se saborea la auténtica cultura andaluza. Aquí están situados los famosos talleres de cerámica y alfarerías de Sevilla y es una de las cunas más importantes del arte flamenco.
A orillas del río se encuentra la pintoresca calle Betis, con unas magníficas vistas sobre el río y el casco antiguo, tanto de día como de noche. En la calle Betis encontrará una amplia oferta de bares, restaurantes y discotecas. Junto al puente de Triana se sitúa su antiguo mercado de abastos, construido hace 150 años sobre las ruinas del Castillo de San Jorge, convertido recientemente en museo de la Inquisición.

What a wonderful place in the middle of Sevilla, just a few steps away feom the Triana buzz, but all so quiet at the same time. The appartement is great, full of art and personal stuff, giving you instantly an ‘at home’ feel. And the terrace, whatva great space. Add the personal welcome with the afency and the owner and you get a 5-Star experience

Great location for Semana Santa. Close to the center but easy to get away from the crowds waiting for processions. Very quiet and private. Too bad we had rain so couldn’t enjoy the patios but they were pretty. Fantastic location a few steps away from the main street Excellent!

It was good. I think it’s overrated. I enjoyed staying in the neighborhood and enjoyed Seville. Property is dated and could be cleaner.

My friend and I stayed at this property for the month of February. The apartment was perfect for two women as it had two bedrooms and two separate bathrooms. The downstairs has a well equipped kitchen, a small dining room and livingroom. It was perfect for us. The area of Triana is super busy with bars and restaurants but once inside the apartment you don’t hear a thing. The check in process was fine and we were provided with lots of suggestions where to eat what flamenco show to go to etc. Sevilla is very walkable and being located in Triana makes it easy to go to the historical centre and other areas. The roof terrace was so special. I highly recommend this apartment.

We enjoyed the open air feeling the apartment offered. the surrounding areas the painting on the wall all gave the apartment an artist feel and vibe. such a lovely place and when we return back to Seville we hope we can stay here again!

This was a beautiful place to stay! We were greater by a young man who worked for the owner and he gave us the whole run down. Magdalena the owner was very hospitable as well. Very clean, rooftop access, laundry onsite, amazing views, full kitchen, we loved every moment! Conveniently located: close enough to town and the main Triana shopping area, far enough from all the noise and late nighters. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We are an Australian family of 4 with 2 teenagers. We stayed in the apartment for a month. The apartment is as pictured although was more compact than we expected, especially for a one month stay with 4 people. Our kids were remote schooling & I was working so a little more space would have been better for us. The apartment doesn’t have great natural light & is a little dusty from some of the old brick feature walls. All things you wouldn’t notice on a short stay. The location in Triana is great, the upstairs shared terrace areas are also lovely. Veoapartments, the property manager/host, are helpful & responsive to deal with. There was a problem with the internet due to the weather & Veoapartments and the owner were super responsive about fixing it. If you are a big group, there are also 2 cute studio apartments in the building & the owner of the building lives on the top floor.

The apartment was just right for our family of four. Located close to a one of the "main drags" of shops, food, bars and activities that link up to one of the main bridges into town. Sevilla was a ton of fun and very walkable. the city was warm and welcoming, and we never felt "unsafe". We had a great time and were up early and out late every day enjoying the city!

We had a great time in this apartment for the week. The location is a great jumping off point for exploring Seville and Triana is a fun neighborhood with lots of great food and tiny streets to explore and easy walking distance to everything in the city center. The apartment was comfortable and having two small bathrooms was great for two couples. The wifi was powerful enough for facetime, zoom, and streaming movies and worked whereever you were in the apartment. The rooftop outdoor spots were very comfortable and a nice spot to relax at night when they city cooled down. The kitchen works well for prepping small meals and had everything we needed for simple breakfasts and lunches

We very much enjoyed our stay. The terrace was great with amazing views. We appreciated the extras, dishwasher & laundry soaps, condiments etc. We found the apartment very homey with plenty of guide books and novels. Bernard & Wendy.

Family of 3 stayed 4 nights and fully enjoyed the apartment. Entire apartment is built up from the ground floor patio with lovely original doors and windows all around. On cooler days, one can get good air circulating and no problem leaving the windows open, even at night, as the area is incredibly quiet. Kitchen is just big enough and beds are comfortable. But the patio is the true icing on this layer cake. We must be lucky as it appeared no one else was staying in the other unit and we had the entire balcony to ourselves. Views of the cathedral and a few other monuments, lit at night, was a dream.

Triana is a great location, away from the busy city centre but near enough to walk in easily. It's full of character and we enjoyed trying out Magdalena's recommendations, especially pastries from Manu Jara, breakfast at Casa Cuesta and tapas at Paloma Blanca. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean, well equipped and comfortable. The wow factor is the two terraces, perfect for chilling out on after sight seeing. All the staff from Veoapartment were so helpful and friendly during the booking process and our stay. We'd love to return and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this lovely apartment.

The apartment was as described. The location was ideal, lots going on within walking distance. Markus was great in getting us set up on the day of arrival and the apartment was clean and well appointed. We had a great time and would definitely recommend. One big highlight was watching the New Year fireworks in Seville from the roof top terrace

You really get what you see in the description and pictures: the apartment is perfect. Even though the la ion is in the middle of Triana, a very lively borough with a a lot of bars and restaurants, you don’t hear a sound - only birds! It is very roomy, artsy and the small patio is the perfect spot for breakfast. The rooftop terraces, yes two, are the place to get a yoga session in, to have a nice afternoon/evening drink or to sunbathe while taking in the Sevilla.

The house is superb and the location excellent, smack in the middle of Triana.The duplex is stylishly furnished and the roof terrasse is to die for. The lady ( owner of the house) who lives on the top floor takes good care of the place and the people at VEO were responsive when trouble arose: provided the missing microwave oven and did their best when a power outage in the house left us with no heating, no electricity and no hot water in the heart of Sevillian winter ( we stayed a week in January 2020).Overall very pleased with the stay.
