Disfrute de su estancia en la ciudad alojándose en una auténtica casa sevillana de principios de siglo XX (1916), en el corazón de Triana, cerca del río y a 10-15 minutos a pie de la Catedral, pero fuera de las zonas de bares y ruidos.
El apartamento es un amplio espacio abierto. En frente al hall de entrada se encuentra la cocina americana y comedor - con mesa y 4 sillas. Doble puertas abren al cuarto de baño completo con una ducha al ras del suelo.
La zona de estar incluye un sofá, mesita de centro y televisor. Al fondo se encuentra el dormitorio con 2 camas individuales de 90 x 200 cm, armario y un ventanal de doble acristalamiento que da a la calle Rodrigo de Triana.
Otras características: aire-acondicionado, calefacción, ventiladores de techo y TV. Internet wifi de alta velocidad por fibra óptica incluido. Planta baja.
La reciente rehabilitación de esta casa ha mantenido todo el encanto de una vivienda tradicional de la época, con puertas antiguas, baldosas hidráulicas, techos altos, vigas de madera etc., a lo que ha unido todas las comodidades necesarias para hacer de ella un lugar confortable. Los cuadros que decoran sus paredes son otro valor añadido, ya que el huésped interesado podrá ponerse en contacto con el artista y visitar su estudio.
La casa dispone de tres apartamentos que comparten dos magníficas terrazas en las que descansar, tomar el sol o contemplar la ciudad desde un alto privilegiado. Hay sofás de exterior, tumbonas, sombrilla, plantas y una ducha al aire libre.
Nota: Hay 2 lavadoras en un cuarto que está en la terraza para el uso compartido de los clientes alojados en Rodrido Triana.

En Triana, tradicionalmente el barrio de pescadores, marineros y artesanos, se saborea la auténtica cultura andaluza. Aquí están situados los famosos talleres de cerámica y alfarerías de Sevilla y es una de las cunas más importantes del arte flamenco.
A orillas del río se encuentra la pintoresca calle Betis, con unas magníficas vistas sobre el río y el casco antiguo, tanto de día como de noche. En la calle Betis encontrará una amplia oferta de bares, restaurantes y discotecas. Junto al puente de Triana se sitúa su antiguo mercado de abastos, construido hace 150 años sobre las ruinas del Castillo de San Jorge, convertido recientemente en museo de la Inquisición.

L'appartement était conforme à la description. Une jolie décoration dans une architecture typique. L'appartement est situé au rez de chaussée d'un petit immeuble de deux étages. Les quelques appartements appartiennent à la même propriétaire et ont tous accès à une double terrasse sur le toit. Très sympatique, on s'y sent comme dans une maison à l'ambiance arty décontracté ! Le lieu est très calme malgré une rue animée proche. Le quartier est très sympa, local, de nombreux restaurants et jolies façades. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Le studio en rdc est bien placé près du centre à 15’ del alcázar. Nous avons bien apprécié la terrasse au deuxième étage par escaliers.

Markus and Manuel were super accommodating. Very flexible with check in times and we’re very responsive for any queries we had. There were also lots of nice recommendations for the Triana area!

Hemos estado muy tranquilos y cómodos, solo destacaría como anécdota que nos faltò un sacacorchos. Compramos un vinito para bebernos lo por la noche tranquilos y mi tuvimos que salir en busca de quien nos abriera la botella Por lo demas ha sido una estancia genial

Wunderschöne, charmante Wohnung in Triana, kühl, geräumig, praktisch, stilvoll, gemütlich u. alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Etwas dunkel im Erdgeschoss, dafür in der warmen Jahreszeit sicher nicht zu heiß. Traumhafte, große Dachterrasse mit vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten und Blick über die Dächer von Sevilla bis zur Giralda, geschmackvoll bepflanzt. Die Wohnung geht zur Straße, was bei geschlossenen Fenstern kaum zu hören ist. Die Straße ist sehr ruhig, obwohl das Viertel sehr lebendig ist, mit vielen Bars und Restaurants. Nur wenige Minuten vom Ufer des Guadalquivir, wo man spazierengehen und mittags o. abends Tapas essen kann. Man ist zu Fuß in 10 Minuten im Zentrum, auch die Metrostation Plaza de Cuba ist in 7-8 Min. zu Fuß zu erreichen. Professionelle und unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit der Agentur, freundlich und flexibel. Absolute Empfehlung!!

Tolle und sehr schön eingerichtete Unterkunft, perfekt um Sevilla zu entdecken. Das Zentrum ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Ein Highlight ist die Dachterrasse, die wir regelmäßig zum frühstücken und entspannen genutzt haben. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

My friend and I had a lovely stay at the apartment. Although the apartment itself was quite cold during the day, we were able to enjoy the sun on one of the rooftops. Communication was always super easy, everything was clean and the kitchen was well-equipped. Can totally recommend!

Super séjour à Triana, Séville ! L'appartement est super cozy, était très propre, confortable et super bien situé. Le quartier de Triana est vraiment vivant et sympa, de belles petites rues et plein de sympas bar à tapas. J’ai adoré ! Je recommande vivement !

The apartment was nice, quite funky, though small. Couldn’t find coffee maker as advertised. The outside was a nightmare. Trying to negotiate the lock was extremely frustrating. The door was noisy as we were the ground floor, but others appeared to have trouble with the lock as well, this exacerbated the noise. We contacted the agency, no real solution offered. The location was fab and the terraces cute, though very high. Great views though! The worst was an evening message, which I didn’t see informing me of maintenance for the boiler in the middle of the day. Whilst the owner had keys, it felt intrusive, particularly when there was a 12 hour window between our departure and any prospective guests the following day. This could have been planned better by the agency. Enjoyed our stay over all.

We really loved our stay here. It was perfectly located - amongst lots of great restaurants and things to do but also really quiet at night. We especially loved the recommendations - thank you for taking the time to give them to us!

This ground floor apartment on a quiet Triana street was in a brilliant location and was bigger and better than expected. Beautifully furnished and decorated with artistic taste. The roof terraces were lovely too. We were very comfortable there. Fast wifi, a/c which did not direct cold air onto the bed, well equipped and with everything we needed. Great to have laundry and drying faciities. Locally the Mercado was interesting, the C3 bus reduced walking times and Alboroque Restorante was wonderful.

The apartment is located in Triana. Despite cafes and restaurants in a walking distance it is really quiet. I really love the comfy bed :-) Communication with the host was really good. The accommodation is stylish and well-equiped with facilities/kitchen utensils. Many books stalled there (to read) is a nice touch as well. I would stay here again when I come back to the city.

The managing company was quick to respond with any questions and the property owner left tips for restaurants and other things. The location was quiet with plenty of places to eat around the corner yet a 20 minute walk to the main attractions in Sevilla. Small but quaint and meets your needs with air conditioning, kitchen, etc. would stay again when visiting this wonderful city.

Excelente lugar, el barrio de Triana es lo mejor de Sevilla. Tiene sus calles estrechas como las del casco viejo pero es mucho menos turístico. Saliendo de la calle principal, es un barrio en el que se ve la vida real de Sevilla. Las pasarelas al costado del río son encantadoras y hay lugares excelentes para tomar un trago mirando el Guadalquivir. El departamento está muy bien, muy lindo, la terraza está buenísima y el edificio completo es hermoso. Los anfitriones son súper amables y muy flexibles para acomodar diversas necesidades. Para el verano agobiante: los dos ventiladores y el aire acondicionado (usamos poco este último) permiten sobrevivir al calor de la siesta y prepararse para la noche sevillana. Mil estrellas. Séjour du 25 mai au 01 juin 23. Appartement très bien situé, 15 minutes à pieds du centre ville. Très bon contact avec les propriétaires. Juste petit bémol, le manque de clarté du studio. Rue calme, accès direct à la rue principale où se trouve les restaurants... Séville peut se faire à pieds et est une ville magnifique.

Um apartamento muito bem localizado , perto de restaurantes , supermercados dá para andar a pé, com pouca luz natural mas perfeito na decoração e limpeza e bem equipado. As camas são confortáveis e a almofada também. Com um terraço óptimo para apanhar sol e descansar , ler um livro pois tem imensos pela casa. Por certo vou voltar a ficar hospedada aqui.

We had a wonderful long term stay. Everything we needed was in the apartment. It’s nicely decorated and feels more like home than your standard Airbnb. The terrace was amazing and it’s very close to the Main Street of Triana, two incredible bakeries and some grocery stores. The common areas were always kept clean and tidy for guests too.

The owner Magdalena has been so accommodating and welcoming. We saw her a few times around the house and spoke to her about the beautiful artwork around the house. The agency does a good job with managing the check-in. The apartment is very modern and has everything you need. We stayed for a bit more than a week and were cooking and working from the apartment. Great location as well, really close to the river where you can go for long walks or runs. Historic old town just a 15min walk away. Definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Rodrigo 1 is on the ground floor which makes it perfect for hot summer days. It has everything you need, a well equipped kitchen, good size bathroom with nice shower. Definitely a plus point is the nice terrace with lounge furniture which is super for some drinks at sunset.

I highly recommend staying here. Rodrigo de Triana apartment was one of the best experiences of my trip this year. I come to Sevilla regularly and to date, this is the best place I've stayed in. The apartment is brand new and I was the first tenant. You can tell that the owner, Magdalena, has really put in her heart and her great sense of aesthetics into renovating and decorating the apartment. It is modern, impeccably clean, has a furnished kitchen, great fast internet, and two rooftop terraces for relaxation and an amazing view. You can see all the way to the Giralda of the Cathedral. The neighborhood is Triana which has a wonderful local flavor, great restaurants, Triana market and is lively everyday. It is close walking distance to all the major sights such as Santa Cruz. For those who love & want to study Flamenco, there is the very established Academia de Manuel Betanzos just a few doors down where you can receive excellent training for dance & guitar. Magdalena lives just above, and is ever so helpful. Getting to know her and becoming friends is one of the best experience of this trip.
