El apartamento pertenece a una casa palacio construida en torno a un majestuoso patio central, dentro del estilo de arquitectura regionalista sevillana de principios del S.XX.
Hay tres plantas en total. En la planta inferior se encuentra el salón y la cocina, bien equipada con los utensilios y electrodomésticos necesarios. El salón cuenta con sofá y tres ventanales que dan al patio del edificio.
En la primera planta se encuentran los 2 dormitorios y el baño. El primer dormitorio dispone de una cama de matrimonio y el segundo de una litera con 2 camas individuales.
En la segunda planta se encuentra la terraza con mesa y sillas.
Nota: El acceso a la planta de arriba es por una escalera empinada - no apto para personas con movilidad reducida.

El Centro es el núcleo geográfico de la Sevilla histórica. Junto a la impresionante Catedral, el centro empieza en la Plaza de San Francisco, donde se encuentra situado el ayuntamiento, edificio histórico que representa la arquitectura plateresca de Sevilla.
Desde el ayuntamiento llegará directamente a la principal zona comercial entre la Calle Sierpes, Tetuán y Velázquez. Aquí encontrará una gran oferta en tiendas de ropa, artículos de deporte, joyas o moda para la Feria de Abril: mantones, trajes de flamenca, castañuelas, abanicos... El Palacio de la Condesa de Lebrija, ubicado en una de las calles cercanas, destaca por su impresionante colección de mosaicos romanos.
En dirección noroeste se sitúa el Museo de Bellas Artes, segunda pinacoteca de España, después del Museo del Prado de Madrid.

Lo único que consideraría antes de reservar es que las ESCALERAS del departamento son bastante empinadas y resbalosas. La ubicación, atención , limpieza y tranquilidad por la noche son Excelentes! Gracias

Loved our stay here. Our host was friendly and had great recommendations for sightseeing and attractions the area. The place is really beautiful and is insulated from the street by the plaza/terrace. Would love to come back and stay here.

This stay was a real treat. The flat is extremely well located in a typical sevillan building. The street is pedestrian only so there's no traffic noise at all inside. Sometimes you can hear people/activity in the neibhouring apartements but there was no excess whatsoever. The whole city center / touristic area is well withing walking distance. 10min to the Cathedral, 25 to plaza de Espana, 15min to las Setas. There is a small grocery store just 5 min away where we found everything we needed : super convenient ! The apartment was very comfortable with good air conditioning, nice mattress, a lovely terrace on top (the weather of Sevilla makes it difficult to enjoy during the day). Communication with the host was clear and easy, very responsive on the phone and helpful.

This beautiful apartment in a beautiful building was exactly as described and photographed. Manuel was easy to communicate with, welcoming, and recommended many local restaurants, most of which we wound up trying and loving. The location could not be better for access to the most prominent sites in Sevilla, but also just for walking around and shopping. We loved Sevilla and look forward to our next visit.

We had a wonderful time staying in Seville at this apartment. The location is extremely walkable to all parts of the city. The apartment itself was great and the terrace is beautiful.

Perfect spot. Quiet side street close the the historic center of the city. Convenient apartment off a marble courtyard. Plants and marble columns evoke Sevilla of the past. A gem. Would definitely stay there again.

We were aware of the vertical nature of the apartment going in, so we didn't have much trouble with it, especially as it yielded a rooftop terrace overlooking the charming patio. (The tile in the building's vestibule was positively swoon-worthy.) The space itself was clean and well-appointed, and the apartment was nice and quiet — especially considering it was in the thick of the Semana Santa action! We took a cab to the apartment, and Joao helpfully provided an address where the taxista could drop up off. The only trouble we had was with the tension shower rod, which fell down a couple of times (as tension rods will sometimes do). It was relatively easy to reposition, although I may have accidentally gotten the curtain the wrong way round! We had a great time, and Palm Sunday in gorgeous Sevilla is an experience we will never forget. Many thanks to Joao, Manuel, and Mariano of Veoapartment for a wonderful stay!

Wonderful location! Quiet but easily walkable to many places of interest in Sevilla. We enjoyed Bar Estrella and the road full of tapas restaurants by the Cathedral. Manuel was very kind and helpful and met us for check in to provide an overview. We loved the character of the place and would definitely stay here again!

This is a great apartment which an amazing location in the old town. Everything we wanted to see was within a short walking distance and there were plenty of places to eat and drink within a few minutes walk. Check-in was great, our flights were delayed but our host was waiting to let us in. All the communication from booking to arrival was helpful and very responsive. There are 2 floors plus a terrace above with good size bedrooms. The apartment was spotless and had everything needed for an enjoyable stay with that beautiful inner courtyard.

We were greeted by the staff and went over the amenities of the apartment and was very helpful in getting us started with directions of Seville and great events that were happening during our stay. Our contact person, Jose Luis, made us feel very welcome and was very efficient in dealing with our requests. The building and apartment are architecturally very beautiful and the location was excellent! The service was very good. The lobby of the apartment was even more impressive than the photos and we were pleasantly surprised to know that there was an elevator to the roof top terrace!

My husband and I recently stayed at this apartment for 3 nights and couldn't be happier with our choice. Although it took us a little while to find the parking (don't try to drive to the apartment), the staff had secured parking for us at a discounted rate. We didn't want to drive in the city, but wanted to make sure our car was secure. The apartment met all our needs - fully equipped kitchen, great bath, small balcony, etc, but the best thing about this place is the location. It is a short walk to everything that Sevilla has to offer! You can walk to the cathedral in 2 minutes and tons of restaurants and other sights within a few minutes of the apartment. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Appartement agréable, fonctionnel (vaisselle un peu limitée pour 3 personnes), bénéficiant d'un terrasse sympa où prendre l'apéritif (pas vraiment de repas, compte tenu des 2 étages séparant la cuisine de la terrasse ...) .A signaler plus explicitement que l'appartement n'est absolument pas conçu pour des personnes âgées ou présentant des faiblesses pour monter des escaliers très raides. A proximité de toutes les "curiosités" sévillanes auxquelles on peut accéder facilement à pied.

We had a very good time in the apartment, perfect location, nice decorated and comfortabel. Beautiful neighbourhood, shops and restaurants on the corner. The only negative thing was the loudness of some neighbours, we could hear them talking when the windows were opened.

We are more than satisfied from our stay in Sevilla. We found the accommodation really charming with the nice terrace where we enjoyed our breakfast with our two children. The calm patio with the fountain in the middle is still before our eyes. We wish we could have stayed longer. Warm thank you for the valuable advice about the car parking and for having organized everything for us. Thank you also for the warm welcome and again sorry for the big delay caused by the traffic jam after the bullfight ;-) We will be certainly back and will recommend your services to our friends.

First class accommodation which has been finished to a very high standard. The apartment is ideally placed to enjoy the centre of Seville. However, Pajaritos itself is a very quiet and peaceful street.
