Apartamento de 1-dormitorio con terraza y jacuzzi privado. Está situado en el corazón del centro histórico, en la calle Pajaritos, a tan solo 3 minutos a pie de la Catedral.
El apartamento pertenece a una casa palacio construida en torno a un majestuoso patio central, con ascensor. Totalmente rehabilitado, los interiores ofrecen un espacio moderno integrado con la artesanía tradicional de la casa. Los suelos cerámicos originales han sido conservados.
El apartamento tiene 2 plantas principales, más la terraza en la azotea.
El salón está amueblado con un sofá, mesita de centro, mesa comedor y sillas. La cocina, separada por puertas correderas, es pequeña pero bien equipada con los utensilios y electrodomésticos principales: horno, lavavajillas y lavadora incluido.
TV por cable con canales internacionales, internet wifi y aire acondicionado regulable para frío y calor.
Desde el salón, escaleras suben al dormitorio y cuarto de baño. El dormitorio tiene una cama doble y armario empotrado. El baño está completo con lavabo, WC, bidet y bañera con ducha incorporada.
Terraza: Escaleras de caracol suben a la terraza privada, con bonitas vistas sobre los tejados y campanarios de Sevilla. Terraza equipada con Jacuzzi (disponible todo el año), ducha de exterior, 2 sofás, 2 tumbonas y sombrilla.

El Centro es el núcleo geográfico de la Sevilla histórica. Junto a la impresionante Catedral, el centro empieza en la Plaza de San Francisco, donde se encuentra situado el ayuntamiento, edificio histórico que representa la arquitectura plateresca de Sevilla.
Desde el ayuntamiento llegará directamente a la principal zona comercial entre la Calle Sierpes, Tetuán y Velázquez. Aquí encontrará una gran oferta en tiendas de ropa, artículos de deporte, joyas o moda para la Feria de Abril: mantones, trajes de flamenca, castañuelas, abanicos... El Palacio de la Condesa de Lebrija, ubicado en una de las calles cercanas, destaca por su impresionante colección de mosaicos romanos.
En dirección noroeste se sitúa el Museo de Bellas Artes, segunda pinacoteca de España, después del Museo del Prado de Madrid.

This was a great place to stay with a great location. The rooftop and hot tub are great! Our only issue was that there was no shampoo, conditioner, soap, extra toilet paper, etc., so we had to buy our own.

Lovely clean and quiet apartment in a fantastic location in the old town, walkable distance to all the major sites. Had everything we needed for our stay. Manuel was very friendly and helpful at check in and also quick to reply to any questions emailed before we arrived. Great having the private roof terrace to take a breather from sightseeing and enjoy the sun and beautiful city views.

Bel appartement, très bien situé, manque certainement d'entretien comme des bricoles à la baignoire, une porte ou encore au jacuzzi mais un appartement agréable, propre, qui nous a permis d'être auprès de tout les monuments importants au calme ! Merci..

The apartment was excellently placed. City centre Restaurants and attractions were all close by. Communications was always prompt and Manuel was always very pleasant and polite . I would stay in the apartment again

Apartment is in a fantastic location in the old quarter and very central to all sights down the beautiful cobbled streets. The apartment itself is clean and tidy, very modern. The view from the roof was great and the hot tub was a great touch in February. The lift was out of service all weekend which was OK for us and not the hosts fault but maybe something to think about if you struggle with stairs. All in all a fantastic weekend and hope to return one day. thank you you having us x

Great apartment and hot tub and terrace steals the show. Apartment is perfectly located, just off main streets yet so quiet. Damien was fantastic at communicating and even accommodated early check in as he has no one in the previous day. He met us on check in and explained everything perfectly.

Really enjoyed my stay here! Greeted on arrival, walked through the whole flat and was given some local restaurant recommendations which were great. The rooftop area for the apartment is special with lovely views of the seville skyline, a great place to relax.

Heerlijke plek midden in de stad! Schoon en netjes appartement. Vriendelijke hosts en goede service. Het bed is helaas niet erg comfortabel en het bubbelbad werkt niet helemaal zoals het zou moeten.

Great apartment! Host met us for check-in and walked us through the apartment. Very friendly and provided local recommendations. Hosts were helpful and responsive when I asked questions prior to our trip. The rooftop terrace is incredible. Amazing views both day and night. The location is great! We were able to walk to various areas of the city easily from the apartment.

Thank you for the great apartment! Close to all the great food and yet not too far from the main attractions. We did have an issue with the shower assembly but it was resolved quickly. Hot tub was great after a long day of walking

Excellent base for historic Sevilla and main shopping streets. quiet street but great restaurants bars and shops close enough. All day sun on the roof terrace with cooling shower and jacuzzi and great views which was an absolute gem .apartment amenities good enough for a comfortable 2week stay.. already booking for next year!

Fabulous central location surrounded by shops and restaurants, our hosts could not have been more friendly, helpful and accommodating! The gorgoeus rooftop, complete with hottub, was the cherry on top. Overall would recommend to anyone looking to visit Sevilla. :)

An absolutely tremendous place to enjoy Sevilla from. Walking distance to everything you could ever want to visit, and quiet enough that you can retreat back to the rooftop hot tub at night to relax. The hosts were amazing and I couldn’t have had a better experience.

its very close to many restaurants, bars, shopping streets. if it is your first time in Seville you definitely want to stay in the old town to get a glimpse of the city. Manuel who checked us in was very responsive and helpful. I literally decided half an hour before checkout to extend one more night and he was very accommodating. The place is as it appears in the photos. The Jacuzzi is a cherry on the top with the view of Seville. Me and my fiancée loved it and will definitely consider booking it again if ever in Seville. The only comment tho is that the room is very small, bed mattress could be more comfy and more pillows can be offered to guests. We were offered 2 very small pillows.

Beautiful apartment, the roof top view was 10/10 and ideal if you want to sit out in the sun in peace & quiet. Walking distance to restaurants and everything your'll need around. Highly recommend would stay again definitely.

My husband and I stayed at this apartment for a week for our honeymoon and it was absolutely perfect! The location couldn't have been more convenient to get to so many bars, restaurants, the cathedral, and so so much more. We walked everywhere and most things are within a 10-15 minute walking distance or less! Other destinations were 20-25 but we didn't mind the walk. Such a walkable city! The place was clean, perfect size for the two of us. The host was easy to get in contact with for anything questions we had - which weren't many because they were so thorough. Someone was there to meet us when the taxi dropped us off - she showed us around, explained everything, and was super nice.

Perfect location, in the center of everything. Shops, restaurants and attractions right on the doorstep. Amazing view of the cathedral from the warm sunny deck, and the hot tub takes away the aches and pains of a day on your feet exploring this beautiful city. The management staff were friendly, informative and responsive.

Le logement peut difficilement être mieux situé avec les principales attractions de la ville à 10 minutes à pieds au plus. Beaucoup de commerces et de restaurants également. La vue sur la cathédrale depuis le toit fait son effet. L’appartement en lui-même est très correct mais quelques lacunes d’équipements ne sont pas très agréables. Je trouve dommage de devoir acheter du liquide vaisselle ou de la lessive pour un court séjour. Un grille-pain manquait également. D’où mon retrait d’une étoile. Le jacuzzi sur la terrasse est top !

This place is fantastic. Incredible 360° views from the Rooftop Patio, where you can see the Cathedral and other landmarks. Also has a Hot Tub, Sun Chairs and patio furniture to enjoy the sunshine. Extremely central location but quiet when you get back home to relax in the tub. Very friendly welcome and would highly recommend anyone considering to just book it. Dont miss out!
