Two bedroom apartment located in the historic centre, about a 25 minute walk from the Cathedral, in Macarena - one of the most traditional and liveliest neighbourhoods in Seville.
The entrance is immediately to the living room, with a sofa and TV. Dining table and chairs. The kitchen, with separate entrance, is well-equipped with utensils for cooking and main appliances, including: washing-machine with dryer, vitroceramic stove, oven and microwave.
There are two bedrooms and a bathroom. Bedroom 1 has a double bed and a wardrobe. Bedroom 2 has two single beds and a wardrobe. Full bathroom with a shower.
There is air-conditioning (with cooling and heating) and fast fibre optic internet connection.
The apartment is located at calle Peral, close to Alameda de Hércules. There are markets, shops, cafes, bars, restaurants, squares, churches - all within minutes of walking distance.
Second floor, without elevator.

Das Macarena-Viertel ist ein authentischer Stadtteil voller Lebendigkeit, der im Norden der historischen Altstadt von Sevilla liegt. Ein Teil des Stadtviertels liegt innerhalb der alten Stadtmauer und gehrt damit zu den traditionellen Wohnanlagen der Stadt. Hier ist der Anteil der alteingesessenen Sevillanos im Verhältnis zu den Touristen sehr hoch.
In der Feria Straße können Sie in den Markthallen aus einem reichen Angebot an frischen regionalen Waren wählen, außerdem finden Sie hier auch viele Bäckereien, kleine Lebensmittelläden, Tapas Bars und Restaurants. In westlicher Richtung gelangen Sie zur Alameda de Hércules, einem vor kurzem neu gestalteten Platz, umgeben von Tapas Bars, Restaurants, Cafes und mit einem abwechslungsreichen Nachtleben.
In nördlicher Richtung liegt das Macarena-Tor, mit den einzigen noch gut erhaltenen Resten der mittelalterlichen Befestigungsmauer Sevillas. Hier finden Sie auch die Macarena-Basilika, in der die berühmteste Bruderschaft der Semana Santa Sevillas ihren Sitz hat.

All went well,
Only things that I would add to this apartment are:
- a bin basket in the bathroom and something to hang the towels in the bathroom,
- reading lamp in the room with one bed ( I took one from the double room but a little one would be enough).
- More than one kitchen towel to dry hands but also dishes, glasses etc. So probably 3.
Thank you so much for all your help, notably when we forgot the key on the other side of the door and locked ourselves outside...!

Estuvimos muy agusto. Nos gustó mucho la ubicación, cerca de la Alameda de Hércules. El apartamento está muy bien para 4 personas. Las camas muy cómodas. El trato muy amable. Muchas gracias por todo.

El piso se encuentra en buena zona no muy cerca pero tampoco muy lejos del centro, en general nos ha parecido bien

Nada que objetar al apartamento, pero la total falta de aparcamiento nos obligó a dejar el coche a aproximadamente 1 km de distancia, en un aparcamiento de pago (cerca del hospital Macarena), con un coste de unos 30 € por 12 horas. Este es el único punto crítico.
