This is a charming family house with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, toilet, living room, dining area and kitchen. Large private terrace with garden furniture and views. It is centrally located in El Arenal - one of the most traditional neighbourhoods of Seville, by the bullring and just 5 minutes walking from the Cathedral. Suitable for up to 6 guests.

Refurbished to a superior standard while respectful of the original architecture, the house combines modern elements with traditional features. With marble flooring, original art works and contemporary furniture. There is air-conditioning with cooling / heating. Free high speed fiber optic internet.

The house is distributed over three floors, without elevator. With 150 sqm interior + 75 sqm outdoor space.

On the first floor is the living room with 2 sofas, coffee table and a Smart TV. Dining table with six chairs. The large kitchen is fully equipped with all main utensils and appliances: washing machine, dishwasher and oven included. There is also a toilet available.

There are 3 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms on the second floor. Bedroom 1 has a double bed and bedrooms 2 & 3 have twin beds placed together. The 3 bathrooms are equipped with a shower, of which 2 are en-suite.

The house has a large private terrace on the top floor. The terrace is decorated with garden furniture and offers exceptional city views.

Lage des Apartments Real Carretería

El Arenal, eines der beliebtesten Stadtviertel Sevillas, befindet sich in zentraler Lage zwischen dem palmengesäumten Ostufer des Guadalquivir und dem alten jüdischen Viertel Santa Cruz.

Es bietet den perfekten Ausgangspunkt für den Besuch zahlloser Sehenswürdigkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Plaza de Toros de la Maestranza ist die weltberühmte Stierkampfarena Sevillas. Das Opernhaus mit dem selben Namen liegt direkt nebenan. Im Torre del Oro, auf der gegenüberliegenden Strassenseite befindet sich das Seefahrtsmuseum und weniger als 100m entfernt, die Anlegestelle für Schiffstouren auf dem Guadalquivir.

Die Kathedrale von Sevilla und der Alcázar genannte Königspalast befinden sich im benachbarten Santa Cruz Stadtviertel.

Das Arenal ist auch eines der besten Gegenden um Essen zu gehen. Es gibt dort zahlreiche Strassencafés, Restaurants und Tapasbars mit hervorragender regionaler Küche.

The apartment is centrally located- close to fantastic tapas bars, supermarkets and attractions. It was lovely to sit on the roof terrace for lunch and pre dinner drinks. The beds are comfortable as are the couches in the living area. The wifi is fast and reliable. A great place to experience Seville.

Fantastic apartment in a great location. Despite being just a few yards from all of the action, the apartment was also pretty quiet at night. Loved being right in the middle of everything. Beds were super comfortable. I think the couches could use an update - after a long day of eating/walking/biking they weren't the greatest in terms of comfort, but that's very minor. The amenities were great; water pressure in showers was perfect, the rooftop was glorious and we'd stay here again for sure.

Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist gross und komfortabel. Das Bett im Masterbedroom war sehr bequem. Minuspunkte gibt es für die Terrassenmöbel, die teilweise kaputt waren und die Kurbeln für die Rollläden, die teilweise kaputt waren oder halb aus der Wand gefallen sind.

Great location. Walking distance to everything. It is a busy area that can be a little noisy, but we felt the location was worth it. We had a small issue, and the hosts immediately responded and addressed it. We were fortunate to have a long-term visit and found the cooking supplie a bit limited, but most guests will be enjoying the numerous amazing restaurants.

this apartment is strategically located between the cathedral and the bull ring. everything is very walkable with plenty of grocery stores nearby. we spent Christmas with family, all adults with plenty of space for everyone. we used the rooftop for afternoon charcuterie and drinks, just amazing. We made a Christmas dinner and there was sufficient kitchen pots and pans. We had coffee at home for the early risers. All in all a great space in a great location. We were met at the apartment early and were able to leave our bags.

We had a great stay. The apartment is amazing with plenty of room. The beds were very comfortable. The location was excellent with lots of restaurants nearby and only a short walk to the major attractions. Manual was a great host and gave us some great dining suggestions. We would like to come back and visit Seville again and stay in this apartment.

Aangenaam verblijf, dichtbij leuke restaurantjes en de bezienswaardigheden. Vlotte communicatie en leuke aanbevelingen. Enig minpuntje is soms een geur uit de badkamer en dat we onverwacht vroeger moesten uitchecken.
