This is a charming family house with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, toilet, living room, dining area and kitchen. Large private terrace with garden furniture and views. It is centrally located in El Arenal - one of the most traditional neighbourhoods of Seville, by the bullring and just 5 minutes walking from the Cathedral. Suitable for up to 6 guests.
Refurbished to a superior standard while respectful of the original architecture, the house combines modern elements with traditional features. With marble flooring, original art works and contemporary furniture. There is air-conditioning with cooling / heating. Free high speed fiber optic internet.
The house is distributed over three floors, without elevator. With 150 sqm interior + 75 sqm outdoor space.
On the first floor is the living room with 2 sofas, coffee table and a Smart TV. Dining table with six chairs. The large kitchen is fully equipped with all main utensils and appliances: washing machine, dishwasher and oven included. There is also a toilet available.
There are 3 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms on the second floor. Bedroom 1 has a double bed and bedrooms 2 & 3 have twin beds placed together. The 3 bathrooms are equipped with a shower, of which 2 are en-suite.
The house has a large private terrace on the top floor. The terrace is decorated with garden furniture and offers exceptional city views.

El Arenal, eines der beliebtesten Stadtviertel Sevillas, befindet sich in zentraler Lage zwischen dem palmengesäumten Ostufer des Guadalquivir und dem alten jüdischen Viertel Santa Cruz.
Es bietet den perfekten Ausgangspunkt für den Besuch zahlloser Sehenswürdigkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Plaza de Toros de la Maestranza ist die weltberühmte Stierkampfarena Sevillas. Hemos disfrutado mucho nuestra estancia en este alojamiento. Su ubicación es ideal para visitar Sevilla y disfrutar de los bares y restaurantes por la noche. La terraza era agradable para comer. El alojamiento estaba limpio y la ropa de cama era perfecta. Por último, los anfitriones se mostraron flexibles para que pudiéramos dejar el equipaje en el apartamento antes de las 15:00. Volveremos con mucho gusto.

El alojamiento es tranquilo e idealmente situado con respecto al centro histórico. Aparcamiento de pago a 5 minutos andando . Hemos observado que faltan vajilla, cubiertos y utensilios de cocina, y que las cazuelas no son aptas para la placa de cocción. Ropa de cama no adecuada para el colchón, demasiado corta, no puede cubrir el colchón, y una sábana rota. Habíamos avisado de que éramos 3 parejas adultas y las camas individuales estaban hechas con sábanas pequeñas en lugar de estar hechas con sábanas grandes, ya que las camas estaban pegadas entre sí. Y tuvimos olor a alcantarillado en la casa al final de nuestra estancia.

Beautiful home, so many thoughtful design choices. So spacious and amazing to have 4 toilets and 3 bathrooms. The beds were super comfortable. Loved the kitchen deisgn and even in January, the roof terrace was lovely on a sunny afternoon. Also the location was incredible, so close to everything but very quiet at night. Than you!

This place is great for a large group. It has three bedrooms and three full baths. The dining table is spacious and the living room has space to stretch. The roof top could be awesome in the non-winter months. Almost the whole place is on Marble floor so it is smooth but cold to walk on. I suppose it will be great in the summer but you need to wear your sandals in the house. Bathroom could be cold in the winter, and only the hall bath has a ceiling heater. Water heater may have capacity for one person taking shower at a time.

The apartment was clean.Black mold in the shower was bad.Towels were thread bare.Owners tried to spend as little as possible on the property.

Regarding the first picture attached, it is deceiving, because that first pic does not belong to the bathroom according to your comment. It is a little closet where we storage the broom, cleaning products... Due to heavy rains and major leaks suffered, we still need to repaint the walls and ceiling when the calendar allows us to find a free gap. We will also take the opportunity to revet the WC pipe drain too. Apologies If this caused you a bad impression. The cleaning company provide fresh towels from the laundry directly. I contacted them about this matter. We want to clarify that the mold you mentioned in one of the shower ceiling caused by condensation has been cleaned up after your departure.

Incredible area. Walking distance to fabulous restaurants, historic sites and shopping. Lots of mercados close by for easy grocery shopping. Kitchen was fully stocked, and host was accommodating when we realized we needed something that wasn't in the kitchen. Bedrooms were all a great size. There was five of us, so having the 3 full bathrooms, and the one off the kitchen was handy. Easy checkin/out process.

Amazing location, walkable distance to everywhere. The Alcazar is only 5 minutes away. Really amazing apartment with all the necessary amenities. We really enjoyed the terrace as well. Very spacious, and there’s 3 bathrooms (and an extra guest one next to the living room), which made our stay as 6 guests very pleasant. Hosts are responsive and check-in is very easy. Highly recommend!

Superbe appartement idéalement placé à 4 min de la Cathédrale et de la Giralda et à proximité de l’Alcazar. 3 chambres et 3 salle de bain.dont 2 sont dans les chambres. On n’a pas profité de la terrasse car c’est le roof top (il faut monter au 2 ieme etage et la cuisine est au RDC) et il faisait trop chaud (40) mais elle est immense. L’appartement est magnifique. Idéal pour 6 personnes.

El apartamento está súper bien ubicado. La atención es muy buena. Es muy lindo y cómodo. Lo único es que tiene muchísimas escaleras y es complicado para personas mayores, niños y bebés. Sólo para entrar hay más de 30 escalones y para llegar a las habitaciones unos 17 escalones más.

The apartment was great, in a quiet street, close to all the historical landmarks. I would strongly recommend to other people. Only thing to note is that the flat is on the second floor and there are a few stairs to get to it, as well as inside, to go from the living room to the bedrooms.

We truly enjoyed the space - big kitchen, spacious dining/living room, two spacious bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and one smaller bedroom with a hallway bathroom. The rooftop terrace was a nice add-on. Location is central, yet quiet. However, the place requires some updates. Showers are quite moldy as there is poor ventilation. Blinds don’t work and are at various levels in front of the windows. Some wardrobe mild as well. Broken outdoor chair, burned pot in the kitchen, etc. It wouldn’t require much to make this place amazing, just an effort once a year!

Loved this stay. My husband had a really severe back injury and everything was accessible. The kids and I were able to go see everything locally and still check on him. Left a few things in fridge accidentally and they were so kind about it (we rushed out due to medical issues).

My family stayed in this apartment for Christmas and New Years. The location is excellent with easy access to all of the old town charms around the Seville Cathedral. Night life around this area can be quite loud and late running, but the location for this apartment was off the main streets and not super close to some of the louder bars. This made for easy access but quiet sleep. We found the mattresses and pillows quite comfortable. If you are coming in winter, make sure to bring extra layers as the temperature does run a bit cold on the lower kitchen / living room floor. Also, be careful in the showers as the floors are super slick when wet. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this place.

Had a great stay here with friends. The location is perfect, everything in Seville is within walking distance. The only downside is it can be quite noisy at night due to its proximity to some of the bars / restaurants. I would recommend bringing ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper! The apartment itself is beautiful and set over 4 flights of stairs, rooms were large and each room had its own bathroom. Showers were huge and kitchen amenities were good. The only downside was the front door lock was incredibly hard to open and when we messaged the host asking for someone to come and take a look, nobody responded. We managed to find a method that worked, but it could take us between 5-10 mins to get inside. There was also no kitchen sponge so we couldn’t wash anything up. Other than that, it was a perfect stay and we would recommend!

The apartment is centrally located- close to fantastic tapas bars, supermarkets and attractions. It was lovely to sit on the roof terrace for lunch and pre dinner drinks. The beds are comfortable as are the couches in the living area. The wifi is fast and reliable. A great place to experience Seville.
