Apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It is well located in the historic centre, about a 20 minute walk from the Cathedral, in Macarena - one of the most traditional and liveliest neighbourhoods in Seville. Suitable for up to 4 guests.
The living room has a sofa, two armchairs, coffee table and TV. Dining table with four chairs. The separated kitchen is well-equipped with utensils for cooking and main appliances, including: fridge-freezer, dishwasher, vitroceramic stove, oven and microwave. There is a shared rooftop to dry clothes which includes a private room with a washing machine.
A corridor leads to the two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Bedroom 1 has a double bed and bedroom 2 has twin beds. Both bathrooms have a bathtub with a shower head (the second bathroom is smaller in size).
There is air-conditioning (with cooling and heating), ceiling fans and free wifi internet connection.
The apartment is located at Plaza San Marcos. There are markets, shops, cafes, bars, restaurants, squares, churches - all within minutes of walking distance.

Das Macarena-Viertel ist ein authentischer Stadtteil voller Lebendigkeit, der im Norden der historischen Altstadt von Sevilla liegt. Ein Teil des Stadtviertels liegt innerhalb der alten Stadtmauer und gehrt damit zu den traditionellen Wohnanlagen der Stadt. Hier ist der Anteil der alteingesessenen Sevillanos im Verhältnis zu den Touristen sehr hoch.
In der Feria Straße können Sie in den Markthallen aus einem reichen Angebot an frischen regionalen Waren wählen, außerdem finden Sie hier auch viele Bäckereien, kleine Lebensmittelläden, Tapas Bars und Restaurants. In westlicher Richtung gelangen Sie zur Alameda de Hércules, einem vor kurzem neu gestalteten Platz, umgeben von Tapas Bars, Restaurants, Cafes und mit einem abwechslungsreichen Nachtleben.
In nördlicher Richtung liegt das Macarena-Tor, mit den einzigen noch gut erhaltenen Resten der mittelalterlichen Befestigungsmauer Sevillas. Hier finden Sie auch die Macarena-Basilika, in der die berühmteste Bruderschaft der Semana Santa Sevillas ihren Sitz hat.

Ottimo host sempre disponibile, appartamento situato in posizione centrale con servizi vari nelle vicinanze. Ottimo anche i bar ed il forno sotto casa per la colazione. Consigliatissimo.

A fun location with access to shops, restaurants and easy walking to local attractions. The cathedral is a highlight! Lots of space, and having an extra bathroom was a bonus!

Très beau logement, propre, bien équipé et avec des beaux espaces. La présence de deux salles de bain a été très appréciée ! Nous avons eu une communication très fluide avec notre hôte et nous avons été très bien conseillé par Ismaël à notre arrivée. La localisation était parfaite, nous avons pu facilement nous déplacer à pieds dans tout Séville. Petit bémol : l’isolation phonique est très maigre, et la place bruyante (tout comme les parties communes parfois). Je ne recommanderai donc pas ce logement à des personnes ayant le sommeil léger. Nous avons néanmoins passé un très bon séjour.

Our host was great on explaining everything and shared great ideas to find good restaurants. The location was perfect at Santa Semana the best spot to observe the festive. Very easy to walk into the city center or any other location.

We had a great stay. Apartment is spacious and full of character. Location great, next to a nice little bar and a shop, and short walk to main sights. Hosts were v helpful and communicative. Would stay again.

it was ok but a few things became difficult for me .The bathtubs where impossible for me to enter so i had 3 months only washing by the sink . another situation was that you promised to help me leaving . This guy who came to help me to the trainstation helped me to the tickethall and from there it was difficutl with suitcases and walking stick I was lucky another guy helped me to the train . and the guy who should help me asked me for taximoney home He said it was his day off . well!!! but i had a great time so everything is ok now I will come back to the companyanother year

Localização privilegiada, próximo de tudo. Em 15m a pé se está nos principais pontos turísticos. O apartamento é muito confortável, completo, bem na praça de São Marcos. Estava limpo e muito bem equipado. Manuel e Damien, os responsáveis, respondem sempre na hora, com muita cordialidade. Adoramos a estadia.

My mom was visiting me in Seville and wanted her own place to say nearby my apartment and this was the perfect space for her! The apartment was lovely, spacious and in an incredible location. The check-in was easy and she loved the space and the view out to the Plaza. The hosts were super responsive and helpful!

Très bon emplacement et appartement grand ! Deux chambres avec chacune une salle de bain et wc. Bien équipé pour quelques jours, il nous a manqué juste un grill Pain … Concernant le bruit décris sur plusieurs commentaires, il est bien présent. Nous en avions conscience mais nous ne pensions pas à ce point ( même vitres et volets fermés ), le bruit de la place est présent tout au long de la nuit pour la chambre qui donne sur la place. Le logement serait vraiment excellent si quelques travaux d’insonorisation étaient prévus! Malgré tout nous avons passé un excellent séjour . L’emplacement est parfait et nous avons eu la chance de voir une procession le samedi soir du balcon ????. Une boulangerie/ épicerie ainsi que restaurant et bar sont sur la place San Marcos. L’accueil a été parfait !!

Area is very local, lively and full of fantastic restaurants and for me this was the best part of Sevilla as neighbourhood. Apartment fits perfectly for two people doing distance work and apartment was cozy, lots of space and everything works. Sevilla became one of our favourite cities in a whole world so one day we shall return to Plaza San Marcos :) Thanks guys.

A lovely clean and comfortable apartment in a good neighbourhood about 20 minutes walk from the cathedral and central tourist areas.
As stated in previous reviews, the bars in the square are busy and noisy at times. The noise can be eliminated by shutting the windows in the double bedroom and living room. However, we enjoyed having a beer in the square in the evening and can recommend the Pizza Restaurant, bar beside and the wonderful bakery, all across the square from the apartment.
Manuel and Damian, the hosts were quick to respond when we had an issue with the air conditioning.
Overall, we highly commend this apartment.

The apartment is very big, clean and close to the city center. You can find all that you need for a few days. If you are not a heavy sleeper, the room with the double bed can be a little noisy. The other one is more quiet.

Bell'appartamento in ottima posizione, è un po' fuori dal centro monumentale (10/15 min a piedi), ma sito in un'ottima piazzetta con tutti i negozi necessari (bar, bazar, forno, farmacia).
Ottimo il fatto che abbia 2 bagni.

Appartement très propre, bien placé et spacieux. Tout est faisable à pied si on aime marcher. Seul bémol, la chambre qui donne sur la place est très bruyante. Il n y a pas de double vitrage, c est comme si on était dehors. Autrement hôte disponible et très bonnes prestations.
