Two bedroom apartment located in the historic centre, about a 25 minute walk from the Cathedral, in Macarena - one of the most traditional and liveliest neighbourhoods in Seville.

The entrance is immediately to the living room, with a sofa and TV. Adjacent to the living area, is the open-plan kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is well-equipped with utensils for cooking and main appliances, including: fridge-freezer, washing-machine, dishwasher, vitroceramic stove, oven and microwave.

A short corridor leads to the two bedrooms and bathroom. Bedroom 1 has a double bed and a wardrobe. Bedroom 2 has a single bed and a wardrobe. Both rooms, as well as the rest of the apartment, face the inner side of the house - therefore it is very quiet inside.

There is central air-conditioning (with cooling and heating) and fast fibre optic internet connection.

The apartment is located at calle Pacheco y Núñez de Prado, close to Alameda de Hércules. There are markets, shops, cafes, bars, restaurants, squares, churches - all within minutes of walking distance.

First floor, with elevator. The patio of the house has a parking area for bicycles.

Das Macarena-Viertel ist ein authentischer Stadtteil voller Lebendigkeit, der im Norden der historischen Altstadt von Sevilla liegt. Ein Teil des Stadtviertels liegt innerhalb der alten Stadtmauer und gehrt damit zu den traditionellen Wohnanlagen der Stadt. Hier ist der Anteil der alteingesessenen Sevillanos im Verhältnis zu den Touristen sehr hoch.

In der Feria Straße können Sie in den Markthallen aus einem reichen Angebot an frischen regionalen Waren wählen, außerdem finden Sie hier auch viele Bäckereien, kleine Lebensmittelläden, Tapas Bars und Restaurants. In westlicher Richtung gelangen Sie zur Alameda de Hércules, einem vor kurzem neu gestalteten Platz, umgeben von Tapas Bars, Restaurants, Cafes und mit einem abwechslungsreichen Nachtleben.

In nördlicher Richtung liegt das Macarena-Tor, mit den einzigen noch gut erhaltenen Resten der mittelalterlichen Befestigungsmauer Sevillas. Hier finden Sie auch die Macarena-Basilika, in der die berühmteste Bruderschaft der Semana Santa Sevillas ihren Sitz hat.

The apartment is well planned and the available space is good utilized . The kitchen has all the essentials and TV is smart with Netflix to chill. On the other hand , the cleanliness has to be improved a bit . The neighbourhood- Alameda de Hercules provides you a proper local life with cheap tapas bars to good supermarkets.

I spent almost a month in Sevilla for work, and this apartment was exactly what I needed: fantastic position very close to Alameda, but in a quite street, protect from the noise of the bar and restaurants in the surroundings and well connected with several buses. Very close to markets, and a lot of great tapas bar, and only 15 minutes from the center. The kitchen was well equipped, and the bed was very confortable. The bathroom is a bit small, but overall the apartment has anything you need for a short or long stay. The staff was super reactive to each one of my requests and very friendly and flexible. I recommend this place!

Great apartment, amazing locatie if you want to go out for a drink. There always something happening and to do in the neighborhood. The host was amazing and very helpful, gave us very nice tips. This experience made us want to come back to Seville :)
