Duplex with 2 bedrooms, private terrace and free parking. It is well located in the historic centre on calle San Luis, about a 20 minute walk from the Cathedral, in Macarena - one of the most traditional and liveliest neighbourhoods in Seville. Suitable for up to 4 guests.
The living room is furnished with a sofa, coffee table and TV. Dining table with 4 chairs. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with all main utensils and appliances, including: fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher and washing-machine.
The master bedroom has a double bed of 150x190cm and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
From the living room, stairs lead up to the second bedroom and private terrace. There are two single beds of 80x190cm. One bed is stored underneath the other to save space. For groups of 4, we place the same single beds separated as shown in the pictures.
There is a toilet available inside the second bedroom.
Sliding doors open out to a large private terrace with table, chairs and a canopy.
The apartment is set on the second and third floors of a residential building, with elevator and free underground parking garage for SMALL vehicles. Maximum length recommended: 4.20m. WIFI internet connection and air conditioning with cooling and heating are included.

Das Macarena-Viertel ist ein authentischer Stadtteil voller Lebendigkeit, der im Norden der historischen Altstadt von Sevilla liegt. Ein Teil des Stadtviertels liegt innerhalb der alten Stadtmauer und gehrt damit zu den traditionellen Wohnanlagen der Stadt. Hier ist der Anteil der alteingesessenen Sevillanos im Verhältnis zu den Touristen sehr hoch.
In der Feria Straße können Sie in den Markthallen aus einem reichen Angebot an frischen regionalen Waren wählen, außerdem finden Sie hier auch viele Bäckereien, kleine Lebensmittelläden, Tapas Bars und Restaurants. In westlicher Richtung gelangen Sie zur Alameda de Hércules, einem vor kurzem neu gestalteten Platz, umgeben von Tapas Bars, Restaurants, Cafes und mit einem abwechslungsreichen Nachtleben.
In nördlicher Richtung liegt das Macarena-Tor, mit den einzigen noch gut erhaltenen Resten der mittelalterlichen Befestigungsmauer Sevillas. Hier finden Sie auch die Macarena-Basilika, in der die berühmteste Bruderschaft der Semana Santa Sevillas ihren Sitz hat.

Mooie accommodatie. Alles zoals beschreven en als op de foto’s te zien. Gelegen in een mooie wijk, met veel goede restaurantjes, cafeetjes en terrasjes. Appartement is erg rustig, er dringen geen stadsgeluiden door. Office was erg behulpzaam en heeft ruime openingstijden. Ook digitaal wordt vlot en duidelijk gecommuniceerd. Last but not least: erg vriendelijk in contact. Een aanrader.

This apartment was very clean and very close to many city sites. The terrace was a nice bonus. The hosts were very responsive. I would recommend this apartment if you are interested in a walkable location for Seville.

Notre séjour s’est très bien passé ! Mention spéciale pour les 2 personnes qui nous ont guidées pour trouver le parking et l’appartement, c’est une attention très agréable ! L’appartement est très bien situé, à 10mn a pied de la zone touristique. Supérettes et très bons bars à tapas autour. C’est très calme, la terrasse très agréable, la literie d’excellente qualité, ainsi que tous les autres équipements et matériaux. Nous l’avons trouvé suffisamment spacieux pour deux. Nous recommandons vivement cet appartement et nous y reviendrons avec plaisir !.

I had a great few days in Seville. The apartment is located in Macarena which is really traditional and has some nice tapas bars. The apartment itself is nice and private with easy access from the street. The number 10 stop for the City Sightseeing bus stops just outside the church which is a 10 min walk. Check in was great and we were met by a lovely girl who showed us around. Definitely can recommend staying here.

Wij hebben echt een onwijs fantastisch verblijf gehad. Uitstekende locatie tegen het centrum aan van de stad. Alles op een loopafstand. Snelle reactie telkens van de host. Appartement was zoals beschreven. Een echte aanrader is deze locatie voor het bezoeken van Sevilla.

Suited us perfectly. Comfortable beds, great shower, well equipped kitchen, fabulous sun terrace. In old town close to restaurants & shops, 30 minute walk to Cathedral. Excellent private underground parking.

The apartment was perfect in all ways. My friend did have some difficulty accessing the apt. Initially but after that we had no problems. Location was central and convenient. I would recommend it to future travelers.

Très bien situé pour visiter le centre de Séville à pieds Appartement bien équipé et bien agencé. Seul bémol le parking un peu difficile d'accès même avec une clio, il faut faire pas mal de manoeuvres. Heureusement il a le mérite d'être là car le parking dans la rue est inexistant dans tout le quartier.

Con una agradable terraza y todo tío de comodidades. la universidad ca pega es la escalera si hay algún tipo de dificultad en la movilidad. pero eso está bien especificado en el anuncio.

Optimal für einen Städtetrip in Sevilla. Sehr ruhig und doch zentral, umzingelt von Tapasbars, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Nespresso oder Nescafe. Die Matratzen sind super, und das tollste ist wirklich die Dachterrasse. Unbedingt empfehlenswert.

Wir fanden unseren Aufenthalt wunderschön. Es war alles wie beschrieben, die Dachterrasse ist das Highlight natürlich aber auch sonst ist es ruhig. Das Bett war bequem und die Nachbarschaft ist ruhig. Sobald man raus geht ist aber alles da was man braucht. Nur kurze Wege bis zum Supermarkt oder zum Bus. Wir kommen wieder.

Location: super quiet, so many amazing local places to eat and drink, an easy 15 mins walk into the centre of town. 10 mins walk to the river. The apartment: Superb private roof terrace, very quiet neighbours, big enough place to live for a month or holiday. Superfast wifi, comfy bed, iron and ironing board, kitchen is fully kitted out (FF, MW, Cooker and oven) place has great storage The Veo team: Markus did our check in. Efficient, polite and friendly. The team were just on the other end of the phone if needed. All in all, we will definitely be back here. Thank you!

A beautifully decorated and furnished apartment, everything is new, bright and fresh. Lots of wardrobe and drawer space. The terrace is excellent although would benefits from sun loungers. There is a supermarket nearby and lots of lovely bars and restaurants in the neighbourhood. I would not hesitate to recommend this lovely quiet apartment.

Appartement très bien placé et très confortable. La résidence est parfaitement entretenue et dispose de toutes les commodités. Petit plus pour la terrasse et la place de parking (venir impérativement avec une toute petite voiture !). remise des clefs sans soucis et rapide. A louer sans arrière pensée.
