Apartment with 100sqm comprising 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living-dining room and kitchen. It is centrally located on calle Mateos Gago, just 50 meters from the Cathedral. Suitable for up to 6 guests.
The elegant interiors are decorated in a classic style combined with modern elements. Marble flooring contrasts nicely against the solid dark wooden furniture, rugs and original art works. There is central air-conditioning (cooling / heating) and high speed fiber optic internet connection.
Two windows facing south run across a pleasant living-dining area, from where one can enjoy side views of the Cathedral. There is a sofa, bench, coffee table and TV. Dining table with 6 chairs.
Adjacent to the living area is the modern kitchen equipped with all main utensils and appliances for self-catering, including: oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. Off the kitchen there is a laundry open-room with a washing-machine and dryer.
A corridor leads to the 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Each bedroom has two single beds (90 x 200 cm) and its own en-suite bathroom with shower. The 3 rooms are located at the back of the building, making it a quiet and peaceful place to sleep.
The apartment is on the third floor of a residential building, with elevator. There are restaurants, cafes, bars, squares, churches - all literally at your doorstep.

Mateos Gago is a popular street bordering the old Santa Cruz quarter, one of the most charming and colourful neighbourhoods in Seville, surrounded by the Cathedral and the Alcázar Royal Palace.

El apartamento está muy bien ubicado, junto a la Catedral. Los dormitorios son suficientemente espaciosos con un cuarto de baño completo por dormitorio. El salón y la cocina muy bonitos, grandes y con mucha luz natural.

The location is great, every spot is within the walking distance. You can literally see the Cathedral from the window I like that design of the house because each room has its own shower and toilet, which gives us a great convenience in a group of six It is surely a wonderful place to stay in Seville.

The accommodation was in great location and the description was spot on. Lots of restaurants and bar well within walking distance. Some of the key attractions were very close by too. The apartment was located in the lively and fun heart of Seville, right near the cathedral, the Alcazar and many wonderful restaurants. It's a short walk to the riverfront and many other tourist sites. The apartment is comfortable and the managers are informative and responsive.

This apartment is absolutely amazing and well located. We fully appreciated the quiet bedrooms and the shades that block out the hot sun during the day and give complete obscurity during the night. The kitchen is well equipped, clean and sleek. Air conditioning was a must (in July!) and worked well at cooling the rooms down quickly. There are a few minor repairs that could be taken care of, however these did little to make our stay not "five star". Many thanks!

This apartment is exactly as advertised. Big enough for our family if 5 to spread out, nicely outfitted if you want to cook, or imbedded within the Cathedral district to just walk out to eat and see things. You could easily stay here for a long term stay if you’d like.

Veoapartment is a great host. They always reply promptly and in a very clear manner. When we had questions on the use of the washing machine, someone was there in 15 minutes! They also had someone meet us to give an orientation. The apartment is just as great as the hosts! It is spotless clean and is actually better than the pictures. In germs of the location, it is just a few meters from La Giralda and the Alcazar. The street is lined with bars, restaurants, and shops. You will find everything along that street. Although the bars are filled with noisy customers, we could hardly hear them at the apartment with all the windows closed. As bonus, the TV set has Netflix and Apple TV video streaming. We definitely did not miss the shows we were following back at home. Overall, this apartment is really good value for money.

Super comfortable and convenient apartment, we very much enjoyed our stay! Only problem was that we were not met at the door as promised, and then arrived to find the cleaners had not come. We had to wait a good while for confirmation that cleaners had been located, and really could have gotten grocery shopping out of the way had we known how long it would be. However, once the cleaners came, they were very efficient and thorough, and everything was great after that! Terrific apartment for exploring Sevilla with a limited amount of time. Big kitchen, comfy furniture. We enjoyed!

This place makes you smile; it’s like you’re in the middle of a party! Cars are unable to drive up to the apartment because of the narrow, cobblestone roads and pedestrian areas. If you enjoy walking, you will love being so close to lots of food options, cute shops, flamenco venues, the cathedral and Royal Alcazar. It’s a picturesque area lined with orange trees. It especially comes alive at night. The hosts were friendly and responsive and met us to assist with check-in. The building has an elevator that fits two people. The apartment is spacious, and the rooms are quiet. Being in a busy area might have affected the water pressure and temperature in the showers. But we never had issues with the Wi-Fi. We appreciated being able to use the washing machine. It definitely felt like a treat to stay here!

The location can be beat! It’s a wonderful and more immersive experience of being in Seville barrio Santa Cruz and easy access to sites, shopping and restaurants! Ismael checked us in and he showed us how to use the appliance. Place immaculate and we loved the comfy beds, cool aircon in all the rooms. And washer and dryer and elevator. Tips: car transfer cannot access the Airbnb location bc of the narrow cobblestone road in Barrio St Cruz but one can walk 5-9 minutes to apartment from a more accessible street. be mindful of this when arranging private airport transfer. But taxis are available like 3 minutes walk near the Girarda church. The washer and dryer are different in Europe than in USA. Just be aware that it takes longer for the dryer to dry the clothes.

Desde el momento de la reserva hasta la llegada al apartamento, ponerse en contacto con el anfitrión es muy bueno , responde rápidamente a las preguntas. Un apartamento ejemplar, cocina equipada, baños limpios y cómodas habitaciones. Aunque el mismo centro de Sevilla y el tráfico en la calle a la tarde en el apartamento y sobre todo en la zona de dormir, es tranquilo. Un base ideal para explorar el casco antiguo, sin problema con las comidas, con muchos bares y restaurantes por todas partes. Lo recomiendo

Fantastic place for a stay in Sevilla. The team was very responsive and let us check in a few hours earlier than planned. Damian was there to meet us, showed us around and gave us very helpful recommendations for our stay. The place was huge (each bedroom has an en suite bathroom) and arguably in the best location in Sevilla (a 30 second walk from the Cathedral and a couple of minutes to everything else). Would highly recommend.

Ragazzi simpatici e sempre disponibili, sia prima del soggiorno che durante... appartamento top per rapporto qualità prezzo, posizione perfetta per girare per Sevilla e soprattutto il fatto di avere per ogni camera il suo bagno interno c'ha dato molta privacy.... c'era anche asciugatrice e lavabiancheria anche se non l'abbiamo mai usata

What an amazing and energetic location! Only steps from the Cathedral, Real Alcazar and a ton of great tapas bars with vibrant nightlife on the streets. This is a perfect base for 3 couples travelling together, well laid out, en-suites for all, plus a good size modern kitchen. The communication with the owners was superb too, very quick responses, in real time. Thank you and see you again soon!

The apartment was spacious and so clean. It was wonderful having a bathroom with each bedroom. The beds were very comfortable. The street can be loud in the living room area but the bedrooms are in the back and very quiet. We enjoyed the large and well equipped kitchen. There is plenty of space to relax and to have a meal together. We would recommend this place! The location is amazing.

It would be hard to find a better location in Seville. Just steps to cathedral, Alcázar, archives. Short distance to other main sites. The apartment is spacious and easily accommodates 6 adults (just 5 of us). Plenty of hot water for all! Scarcity of storage space, especially in two of bathrooms, but manageable. We would gladly stay again.

Location, location, location. A wonderful apartment exactly where you’d want it. Close to all the attractions and restaurants Seville has to offer. It was above a bustling street of restaurants, but the bedrooms were quiet. Wonderful to hear the Cathedral bells. We enjoyed staying here. Lovely welcome and we’re able to check in early.

The apartment was right next to the Cathedral and Giralda. Alcazar was just a couple of minutes away. Restaurants were right below the apartment. Grocery stores was a few minutes walk. The apartment was extremely clean, well furnished and as in the pictures. Kitchen was well stocked not just with pots and pans but also basic items like sugar, tea and coffee. The host Manuel was very responsive and addressed any questions we had. Definitely recommend the place.

Overall this is an amazing apartment. The location is great - super close to everything and restaurants just outside the door. Quiet at night even though on a busy, happening street. Roomy and organized. Host was friendly and responsive — addressed any questions we had quickly. The AC worked great - important because it was very hot during our stay!! I would definitely stay there again.

Lovely spacious apartment with 3 en-suite bedrooms. Lift up to the apartment. Air con and lovely bathrooms and kitchen. Perfect location right in the centre of Seville 2 minute walk from the cathedral & no more than 10 minutes to most attractions. Located on a lovely Main Street full of restaurants and cafes with views of the cathedral. Yet it was quiet in the bedrooms as they are located at the back of the apartment. Great check in and very friendly and responsive communication with Manuel all the way through. He came to meet us at check in & showed us around the apartment and told us about the local amenities nearby. Fantastic place for 4 adults with a 1 year old and for exploring the city. We loved our stay

The location and the apartment itself are great. The apartment is clean. Only improvements are related to minor repairs such as bathroom doors and balcony doors don't close or lock. Shower drains are very slow. Aside from that, it was all perfect.

5 star apartment. We’ve been traveling Spain and Italy staying in high rating super host listings. This one has been the best, completely updated, central location yet quiet with good sound dampening from outside noise. Only issue was a sliding bathroom door that is off its track and tricky to open.

This apartment was beautifully furnished, clean, functional and full of local charm. The location was perfectly situated near the Catedral, restaurants and essential shops. Our host reacted quickly to all our concerns. I especially enjoyed hearing the church bell and local activities from my window. On the last morning of our stay, we were awakened by the sound of horse hooves and cows as the locals gathered for a parade! Great place!

세비야 대성당 ㅂ로 옆에 있어 머무는동안 집안에서도 대성당을 볼수 있다는 점이 매우 좋았다. 스페인광장, 메트로폴 파라솔 등 주요 관광지도 도보 10분이내..카페, 식당도 쉬는시간없이 운영하여 언제든 이용 가능해서 좋았고 체크인 전에 미리 와서 기다려 주었으며 친절하게 잘 설명해 주었음. 숙소는 방마다 욕실이 있어 편리했으며 방에서는 밖의 소음이 전혀 들리지 않아 푹 쉴수 있었다. 주방도 넓고 기구..양념등 잘 갖춰져 있었음. 세빌을 방문할 기회가 있으면 반드시 또 이용할 것임.
Fue muy agradable que pudieras ver la catedral desde dentro de la casa durante tu estancia ya que estaba al lado de la Catedral de Sevilla. Las principales atracciones turísticas como la Plaza de España y Metropol Parasol también se encuentran a 10 minutos a pie. El alojamiento fue conveniente porque cada habitación tenía un baño y pude descansar bien porque no escuché ningún ruido exterior en la habitación. La cocina también era espaciosa y estaba bien equipada con utensilios y condimentos. Si tengo la oportunidad de visitar Sevilla, definitivamente lo usaré nuevamente.
