Apartment with 100sqm comprising 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living-dining room and kitchen. It is centrally located on calle Mateos Gago, just 50 meters from the Cathedral. Suitable for up to 6 guests.
The elegant interiors are decorated in a classic style combined with modern elements. Marble flooring contrasts nicely against the solid dark wooden furniture, rugs and original art works. There is central air-conditioning (cooling / heating) and high speed fiber optic internet connection.
Two windows facing south run across a pleasant living-dining area, from where one can enjoy side views of the Cathedral. There is a sofa, bench, coffee table and TV. Dining table with 6 chairs.
Adjacent to the living area is the modern kitchen equipped with all main utensils and appliances for self-catering, including: oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. Off the kitchen there is a laundry open-room with a washing-machine and dryer.
A corridor leads to the 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Each bedroom has two single beds (90 x 200 cm) and its own en-suite bathroom with shower. The 3 rooms are located at the back of the building, making it a quiet and peaceful place to sleep.
The apartment is on the third floor of a residential building, with elevator. There are restaurants, cafes, bars, squares, churches - all literally at your doorstep.

Mateos Gago is a popular street bordering the old Santa Cruz quarter, one of the most charming and colourful neighbourhoods in Seville, surrounded by the Cathedral and the Alcázar Royal Palace.

Location is superb to restaurants and attractions Apartment is as described and host very responsive with communication. Although right in centre of everything the 3 bedrooms are in back of the apartment so no noise from street which is rare in such a prime location highly recommend staying here

The apartment location was great. Restaurants are immediately outside your building. The beautiful cathedral church bells ring just down the street. Staying here makes you feel like you are in the true heart of Sevilla. The view from the front windows is wonderful. The hosts are super friendly and responsive. A/C works great. Small two person elevator works fine. Be aware that taxis do not drive on the street in front of the building. Be prepared to walk a little ways with your luggage to get to the apartment. But the location makes it so worth it. There were no bath wash cloths, but that seems to be common in Europe. We sincerely hope to come back to this apartment and location again.

Perfecto! Nada que objetar, alojamiento muy bien situado, limpio y bien equipado. Nos sentimos muy bien. La comunicación fue muy buena y las explicaciones fueron muy claras. Solo un pequeño comentario sobre los cubos de basura que hay que dejar bastante lejos. Lo recomendamos.

The apartment was in an amazing location and we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. We were a group of 3 couples and the apartment was a great fit for us. A look out of the balcony window and the beautiful site of the cathedral in the near distance made it an even more perfect. A definite winner and we will be back for sure next time!!

The apartment was in a great location closed to the cathedral and resturants. There were 6 of us and the 3 bathrooms was a wonderful amenity. Hot water wasn't an issue. Also, the washer dryer combo was great. I would strongly recommend the apartment if you are looking for something in the middle of downtown. (Maybe bring toilet paper, we only had 1 roll per person and it wasn't enough for the 3 1/2 days we were there.)

The location was absolutely awesome. Right in the heart of a lot of of shops, restaurants, and the magnificent cathedral. The one negative to report was the fact that the heating and cooling units were still set to heat in two of the bedrooms, and it was very warm when we were there. There was no relief from the heat as the units needed to be reset and it was not something that we could control with the remote controls. Someone did come and reset the units accordingly the next day. One bedroom and the main area of the flat were set to cool. Also, there were not additional supplies in the house, such as toilet paper and paper towels.

We had an amazing four night stay. The hosts were super helpful and responsive. The location cannot be beat and while there is street noise (loved it personally), the roll down shutters along with the rear bedroom location provides an excellent buffer. Our group of five absolved having separate rooms and three bathrooms is unbeatable. Thank you!!

Unbeatable location, spacious apartment, incredibly clean. In the city center - street performers, busy restaurants, and shops right downstairs. Even though it is in a busy area, the bedrooms are in the rear of the apartment and were very quiet. Beds and linens were comfortable. The kitchen was large, new, and well equipped. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with shower. The hosts were responsive and friendly. Highly recommend this apartment.

A great little place right in the heart of Seville old town and Santa Cruz. Quite touristy with lots of tourist cafes and restaurants. I would recommend eating elsewhere in a more ‘local’ area, for example in Feria which is 15 mins walk away. Santa Cruz is busy and buzzy with buskers and chatter all day and into the evening. HOWEVER, the bedrooms are all towards the back of the apartment so rest assured you will have a PERFECT night’s sleep and will never be disturbed, not even by daylight!!!! The mattresses on all the beds are very comfortable, there are only twin beds (no doubles) and every bedroom has its own private ‘bathroom’ which is just GREAT. A perfect place to stay for a few nights. THANK YOU.

This apartment is perfect. Great location, cute, spacious and excellent value for the price. We were 6 women and it was great to have six single beds. I expect the beds could easily become doubles, so it would be perfect for 3 couples too. I would highly recommend this place, my friends were very pleased with me for choosing it.

Si miras hacia arriba desde la casa, puedes ver la Catedral de Sevilla y abajo puedes ver bonitos restaurantes y hermosas calles. El lugar era precioso tanto por dentro como por fuera y podíamos sentir Sevilla. Todo perfecto, pero hubo una dificultad. Era un olor viejo. El viejo olor del edificio también estaba en las sábanas, y era difícil para nuestra familia usar las mantas. Cualquier persona con alergias tendrá que tener cuidado con esto. Todo lo demás perfecto. Todo funcionó bien, y cuando abrí la ventana, me impresionó que el hermoso paisaje se extendiera y las ventanas para verlo fueran muy grandes.

Apartamento muy cómodo a poca distancia de las principales zonas de interés de Sevilla. Anfitrión muy amable y muy atento a las solicitudes, flexible en los horarios de llegada y claro en las explicaciones. Extremadamente receptivo, resolvieron un problema de aire acondicionado en un día y rápidamente encontraron un buen que había dejado en el apartamento. Absolutamente recomendable también por una excelente relación calidad-precio.

Superbe appartement en plein cœur du quartier Santa Cruz et à deux pas de la Cathédrale Giralda. L’emplacement est vraiment parfait, difficile de faire mieux. Tout est faisable à pieds depuis l’appartement. Pleins de restaus sympas à deux pas également. Le check-in a été hyper facile et rapide. L’appartement est bien aménagé et offre de superbes facilités. Chaque chambre possède sa propre salle de bain et ses toilettes ce qui est un gros plus. Bref, je recommande +++++

Es war alles super vom Anfang bis zum Ende. Ein traumhaft schönes und geräumiges Apartment mit 1A-Austattung und viel Platz. Bestechend war aber vor allem die Nähe zur Kathedrale. Ich kann es gar nicht in Worte fasse, wie unfassbar schön dieser Aufenthalt war. Ich empfehle dieses Apartment zu 100 weiter. Danke!

There’s a lot to love about this apartment. The common areas - kitchen, dining, and living rooms - are amazing. Take a nap in the living room in the afternoon and enjoy the din. The bedrooms are all similar: en suite with twin beds … but roomy and very quiet. The location cannot be beat! Look out the windows to the cathedral and to the processions on the street below. You’re in the middle of everything, yet a passage way away from the hustle and bustle. And, the management folks were the best … an efficient check-in and quick and helpful responses to our queries. We would return - Seville is lovely and full of surprises. Go!

We were extremely happy with our choice of this apartment. Beautiful, comfortable, large bathrooms by european standards. Coming from US and traveling with a large family we didn’t always find that, although we always rented biggest apartments we could find. We were a family of 5 ( all grown ups). The view is amazing! Location is perfect, right in the middle of the old town. Quick walk to the Plaza de Espana. Most importantly, the hosts are superb. We were allowed to check in or leave our bags at the apartment early, were given a comprehensive tour of the apartment and all our questions were answered promptly. It would be hard to find a warmer welcome. Muchas Gracias! Highly recommended. One tip: make sure you bring earplugs. The church bells are very loud and go off every 15 minutes.

The location is great, every spot is within the walking distance. You can literally see the Cathedral from the window I like that design of the house because each room has its own shower and toilet, which gives us a great convenience in a group of six It is surely a wonderful place to stay in Seville.

The accommodation was in great location and the description was spot on. Lots of restaurants and bar well within walking distance. Some of the key attractions were very close by too. The apartment was located in the lively and fun heart of Seville, right near the cathedral, the Alcazar and many wonderful restaurants. It's a short walk to the riverfront and many other tourist sites. The apartment is comfortable and the managers are informative and responsive.

This apartment is absolutely amazing and well located. We fully appreciated the quiet bedrooms and the shades that block out the hot sun during the day and give complete obscurity during the night. The kitchen is well equipped, clean and sleek. Air conditioning was a must (in July!) and worked well at cooling the rooms down quickly. There are a few minor repairs that could be taken care of, however these did little to make our stay not "five star". Many thanks!

This apartment is exactly as advertised. Big enough for our family if 5 to spread out, nicely outfitted if you want to cook, or imbedded within the Cathedral district to just walk out to eat and see things. You could easily stay here for a long term stay if you’d like.
