House with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms for up to 8 guests. It is distributed on 2 main levels, plus a small terrace in the roof-top.
Ground floor: living room with 3 sofas, central table and TV. Dining area with a table and chairs for 8. The kitchen, with a separate entrance, is equipped with the main utensils and appliances. Dishwasher and washing-machine included.
On the lower level is the first twin bedroom. There is a small bathroom with shower, with access from the living area.
First floor: master bedroom with twin beds, dressing room and en-suite bathroom with shower. The third bedroom also has twin beds and the fourth bedroom has a double bed. All rooms have a built-in wardrobe.
There is a third bathroom available with shower.
Second floor: small terrace with table and chairs.
Other features: marble flooring, central air-conditioning and free WIFI internet access.
The house is located at Pedro Miguel street close to Alameda de Hércules. There are markets, shops, cafes, bars, restaurants, squares, churches - all within minutes of walking distance.
Staircase
Mind the staircase in-between the 3 floor levels. This house may not be suitable for the very elderly and/or families with babies.
Access
The access from the street is difficult on the last 200 metres, and some taxi drivers do not want to enter because Pedro Miguel is a narrow street. In case you travel by rental car, it is possible and legal to enter the street, up to a medium sized car. The best location for unloading is Plaza Montesión, which is at 200 metres from the door.

Das Macarena-Viertel ist ein authentischer Stadtteil voller Lebendigkeit, der im Norden der historischen Altstadt von Sevilla liegt. Ein Teil des Stadtviertels liegt innerhalb der alten Stadtmauer und gehrt damit zu den traditionellen Wohnanlagen der Stadt. Hier ist der Anteil der alteingesessenen Sevillanos im Verhältnis zu den Touristen sehr hoch.

In nördlicher Richtung liegt das Macarena-Tor, mit den einzigen noch gut erhaltenen Resten der mittelalterlichen Befestigungsmauer Sevillas. Hier finden Sie auch die Macarena-Basilika, in der die berühmteste Bruderschaft der Semana Santa Sevillas ihren Sitz hat.

Voor ons een zeer centrale ligging om elke dag naar dansschool te gaan en Sevilla verder te ontdekken. We waren er al voor de inchecktijd en konden onze bagage al in het appartement kwijt en even omkleden naar meer luchtige kleding, wat heel fijn was. We hebben echt genoten ven deze fijne woning.

Newly renovated 4br/3 bathroom apartment about 15 minutes walk from centre and a couple of blocks from Plaza Hercules with many local restuarants and bars. Very quiet in a narrow pedestrian street. Large master bedroom with ensuite and 2 small bedrooms with shared shower room upstairs, larger bedroom on the ground floor with small shower room. There is a roof top terrace but was being renovated at the time. Small problem that 2 shower heads had broken so had to be hand held but they said would be fixed. They kindly let us have a late check out as it wasnt being rented that day.

A Wonderful stay in a wonderful city. Great location for the apartment and the service was perfect. Not the newest interior, and some lights didn´t work. The apartment needs a brush up and a pool :-) But even though we were satisfied. This is our nienth/year trip in a row to a european city, so we have our experience and we recommend this location.

Así da gusto ir de vacaciones con los amigos. La casa es grande y cómoda, bien distribuida y tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días agradables en Sevilla. Resaltaría que es muy luminosa y amplia. El barrio es cómodo para comenzar la visita de la Ciudad. Especial mención a la gente de Veoapartment que estuvieron atentos en todo momento para que encontrásemos exactamente lo que buscábamos y nos ayudaron con todo lo que necesitamos.

I think the owners have thought of pretty much everything. Attractively furnished, comfortable apartment. Only improvement would be heated towel rail in bathroom and more comfortable pillows. The agency staff were very helpful and friendly.

un excellent appartement, bien situé, complet, bien équipé. Très bon accueil a l'arrivée, Navette pour l'aéroport pour 8 personnes, nous avons passé un super séjour a 3 couples + 2 ados. idéal pour visiter Seville, 15 minutes a pied de la Giralda et 10 mn des champignons parasols. Le toit terrasse est un plus pour se faire dorer au soleil le matin, la rue est calme, bref séjour idéal.

Très propre et joli, bien équipé, sauf 2 salles de douches qui sont petites, un peu bruyant tôt le matin, mais pas gênant, cependant un peu loin du centre si l'on veut y retourner à pied dans la journée lorsque l'on vient de Santa Cruz ou Maestranza notamment. Très bien Mais un peu humide pas très bien aéré et le salon salle à manger un peu sombre. Les chambres qui donnent sur la rue sont bruillantes heureusement qu'il n'y a pas trop de passage. Sinon il est bien equipé. Gros point faible le départ on nous a demandé de quitter les lieux à 10h dans possibilité de laisser les valises, 10h c'est tôt et nous nous sommes balades avec nos valises pas pratique. Nous voyageons beaucoup à 8 et c'est la première fois que ça arrive!! Réponse de veoapartment: Merci pour vos commentaires. L'heure de départ est à 11h pour tous nos appartements. Nous sommes désolés d'apprendre que vous ayez dû transporter vos bagages la journée de votre départ. Very enjoyable stay in April in a comfortable modern well presented interior in a traditional town house in interesting & convenient location but still very quiet Good local supermarket ,bars & restaurants Office staff very helpful in allowing us to extend our stay instead of going to Granada as we were enjoying it so much and in pointing us to a local bike hire shop at the far end of Hercules Square which was very good value 9 Euro for 24 hours .Safe & fun cycling along the river banks & on cycle paths around the main sights
