Das Macarena-Viertel ist ein authentischer Stadtteil voller Lebendigkeit, der im Norden der historischen Altstadt von Sevilla liegt. Ein Teil des Stadtviertels liegt innerhalb der alten Stadtmauer und gehrt damit zu den traditionellen Wohnanlagen der Stadt. Hier ist der Anteil der alteingesessenen Sevillanos im Verhältnis zu den Touristen sehr hoch.

Very clean and comfortable apartment, located about 10 minutes from Setas. Quiet area, close to restaurants and shops. Easy check-in and good communication with the host. Highly recommend!

El apartamento está limpio y es funcional, la cocina tiene todo lo que necesitas para usarlo. La única sugerencia es poner también champú y gel de ducha en el baño porque solo había jabón de manos. La zona es animada y está llena de bares.

The overall experience was very smooth: the apartment was clean and quite spacious, there was coffee and different amenities available to cook and wash, and the bed was very comfortable with an air conditioning unit above! The location was very good, close to both the city center and a marketplace, with many good restaurants and coffee shops nearby. The communication for the check in also went well! The only downside was that, even though the windows were thick, in the night you can hear the garbage trucks passing by, but this has more to do with the location than the apartment, and we knew that from other reviews from the start. Overall, we highly recommend the place :)

Una zona súper bien ubicada, todo súper cerca llegas caminando , cerca de bares restaurantes y comercios. Las setas a unos pasos … en realidad todo caminando ! El anfitrión Suepr accessibles a nuestra hora de llegada y a la salida nos guardaron las maletas ya que salíamos hasta las 6 pm . Todo excelente

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral zum Zentrum. Zu Fuß kann man so gut wie jede Ecke der Stadt erreichen. Das sich das Apartment mitten in der Stadt befindet bleibt Lärm vom Berufsverkehr und ein bisschen Nachtleben nicht aus. Die Unterkunft ist für den Zweck eines Städtetrips gut ausgestattet und vollkommen ausreichend. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern ist super und lässt keine Wünsche offen.

Accueil chaleureux par notre hôte, très flexible du début à la fin car nous avons pu laisser nos bagages le dernier jour. L’appartement était très propre à notre arrivée. Un peu petit mais pas un soucis si c’est juste pour passer vos nuits ! Pour ce qui est du quartier, la calle Feria est superbe, pleine de vie et on en gardera des souvenirs mémorables. Super glaces chez Bolas, une myriades de terrasses de quartier, super friperies aux alentours, et jamais trop loin à pied du reste des spots à visiter. Avec la vie vient le bruit donc peut être un peu bruyant par moment les soirs animés, ou pour les poubelles le matin, mais honnêtement ça passe. En tout cas, pour le prix c’est une bonne affaire. Bon séjour à tous !!

Stayed here for a couple of nights and was out first time visiting Sevilla! Veoapartment were so responsive and proactive in communicating with us prior to our arrival! Check In was super easy and flexible and genuinely couldn't have asked for a better place to stay on our trip! Gave amazing local recommendations and made our trip one to remember! Couple - stayed 7 nights. Good accomodation, host and communication. Busy street and garbage pick-up (containers in front of appartement) is annoying, also during the night.

We received a warm welcome at the apartment. The instructions were clear, and if we had any questions, we could always ask. It was great that there was a list of supermarkets, restaurants, etc. Almost everything was perfect. We just didn't know we had to buy our own toilet paper and garbage bags when we ran out. But in the end, they were very kind about it, and we still got them, which was great! Thanks for your hospitality, and who knows, maybe we'll see you again!

La estancia estuvo muy bien. El apartamento está muy limpio y tiene una ubicación céntrica, muy cerca de la Alameda de Hércules. Manuel y Joao fueron extremadamente amables, recomendaron los lugares más bonitos para comer en la zona y fueron muy serviciales a nuestra llegada, especialmente en un día con una temperatura muy alta. Lo recomiendo encarecidamente y espero volver pronto.

Where to start? The team at Veoapartments are fantastic! All highly personable, warm, welcoming and a fantastic level of English. The apartment was exactly as described, spotlessly clean and has everything you need. The location is great, lots of bars and tapa in the surrounding area with the centre only 15-20min walk away. I cannot recommend this highly enough.

Wir hatten einen reibungslosen Check-In, die Kommunikation war super und wir haben tolle Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt bekommen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber! Die belebte Nachbarschaft mit tollen Restaurants und (Vintage) Läden hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Da unser Appartement zur Straße rausging war es ziemlich laut. Dank der Rollos konnte man den Lärm etwas dämpfen!

Great location! Close to lots of restaurants and cafes. You are close to all sites, all walkable. It is a very loud street especially in the morning (ex. garbage trucks working early). We slept fine with ear plugs. The kitchen is small (really a kitchenette). There is a lovely window with a table and two chairs. Sat there, had a drink and played cards before going out for dinner. The bed is comfortable, the shower has lots of hot water and great pressure. The bathroom is spacious. The entire place was very clean.

Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt schön, einziger Nachteil ist die Karaoke-Bar gegenüber der Unterkunft, wir konnten ohne Oropax nicht schlafen. Dies war uns wegen der anderen Bewertungen vorher bewusst. Die Lage ist sehr schön, viele nette Cafes etc um die Ecke.

Appartement très bien placé dans ce quartier moins touristique de Séville. Parfait pour les personnes qui veulent éviter de loger juste à côté des grosses attractions de la ville. L’appartement est très bien, fidèle à la description. Petit bémol: donne sur une rue très passante et bruyante à toute heure du jour et de la nuit… pensez à prendre dès boules quies si vous avez le sommeil léger.

Die perfekte Unterkunft um mitten im Geschehen zu sein! Wir haben es geliebt überall hin zu Fuß gehen zu können und tolle Restaurants und Bars quasi direkt vor der Türe zu haben. Wer Ruhe sucht sollte sich vielleicht eine Packung Ohropax mitnehmen. Jederzeit wieder! :-)

La estancia fue muy agradable, el apartamento es pequeño pero no le falta nada. Muy bien ubicado, está cerca del centro y con muchos bares y restaurantes pero respira todavía el aire de barrio. La propiedad fue muy amables y estuvieron pendientes de todo lo que podíamos necesitar.

Nice, simple apartment, clean and well managed. Hosts were communicative and very friendly. Very cool walkable neighbourhood with lots of places to eat and interesting shops - and detached from the tourist hotspots. Only negative is the street is noisy until very late into the night, especially Friday & Saturday. Windows couldn’t 100% close and were maybe in need of repair/update. Improving this might help a lot with the sound insulation.

Monolocale piccolino, in posizione abbastanza centrale, quartiere molto carino a due passi dal bellissimo Mercado de la Feria. Un pò di rumore dovuto al traffico delle auto e ai camion della spazzatura. Letto molto comodo. Lo spazio della cucina piccolo. Host molto gentili e disponibili.

Great location on Calle Feria, very hip neighborhood with lots of bars. The hosts were super helpful and professional. They gave us many good tips for things to do and even helped us at 2AM when we forgot the key to our appartment. The appartment had all the amenities one could possibly want, good bed and shower. Simply all you need and more. Thanks a lot Ismael and Joao!

El apartamento es muy cómodo. Está limpio y la ubicación es estupenda. El camión de la basura se oye bastante cuando pasa pero creo que ahí poco se puede hacer con un balcón a plena calle Feria. La comunicación fue estupenda, tuvimos bastante retraso en los trenes y Markus esperó amablemente para darnos la llave. Sin duda para repetir.

Great value for money! I personally loved the loacation: super close to alameda de hercules, the riverside and 10-20 minutes on foot to Casco Antiguo or all other major attractions in Sevila! Joao was in touch with me and helped me with my booking, he was very responsive indeed. The only thing that did not work in my flat was the TV (but that didn't bother me much and I have not flagged it to the property owner). And one thing that I found odd was to hear that I will not get extra toilet paper and trash bags after 4 days of my stay as the owner provides these only for the first few days of your stay... Nevertheless, I am very happy with my stay!!:-)

We enjoyed staying at the apartment. It has been freshly decorated and was in a great location. It's within walking distance of all the tourist attractions but is also located in a part of the city which is away ffrom the tourists. There are great restaurants nearby.

Comme mentionné, hôte accueillant, car nous avons eu un problème d’avion, et au lieu d’arriver dans l’après-midi nous sommes arrivées à 0h30. L’appartement est très propre corresponds aux photos, mais nous avons découvert que le lave linge et fer à repasser se trouvent dans un placard dans l’entrée de l’immeuble, mais ce qui nous a gênés le plus c’est le bruit extérieur, surtout le ramassage des conteneurs des poubelles tous les matin très tôt, car malheureusement ces conteneurs se trouvent en face de l’appartement.
