El salón es amplio y luminoso con grandes ventanales y vistas directas a la Catedral. Está amueblado con sofás, sillones, mesa comedor y sillas. La cocina dispone de todos los utensilios y electrodomésticos principales: microondas, horno y lavavajillas incluido. En la terraza, hay un lavadero con lavadora y zona para tender.
Otras características incluyen: TV, internet WIFI, aire acondicionado en cada habitación (frío / calor) y ascensor en todas las plantas de la casa.

El Centro es el núcleo geográfico de la Sevilla histórica. Junto a la impresionante Catedral, el centro empieza en la Plaza de San Francisco, donde se encuentra situado el ayuntamiento, edificio histórico que representa la arquitectura plateresca de Sevilla.
Desde el ayuntamiento llegará directamente a la principal zona comercial entre la Calle Sierpes, Tetuán y Velázquez. Aquí encontrará una gran oferta en tiendas de ropa, artículos de deporte, joyas o moda para la Feria de Abril: mantones, trajes de flamenca, castañuelas, abanicos... El Palacio de la Condesa de Lebrija, ubicado en una de las calles cercanas, destaca por su impresionante colección de mosaicos romanos.

We moved this house right by the catedral. Very easy to get around and we felt part of the city. The house is beautiful and host was very helpful with great recommendations. We were a group of 8—college daughters and friends plus my 80 year old parents. The elevator helped with luggage. Highly recommended

Wonderful location in the center of Seville. Great view of the Catedral at night. Hope you enjoy bells as they ring-out often. Great spot for a handful of friends to stay and enjoy Spain to its fullest.

The townhouse is located in an amazing location and walking distance to not only the Alcazar, but also Plaza de Espana. The location across the street from Cathedral de Sevilla and the La Giralda Tower is picturesque and convenient. The photos on the listing accurately shows how the property looks like. The elevator in the townhouse is very helpful for moving luggage upstairs and downstairs. Just as additional information for future guests, there is a washer on the property on the 4th floor that is accessible on the outside spiral staircase and there are indoor clothes lines for air drying your clothes, but there is no dryer. Also, note that this particular location is difficult to get an Uber pickup or drop off in front of the property. There are restrictions for private cars for this district. However, there is a taxi stand that is conveniently a block down the street if you need transportation. All in all, our family had a wonderful stay and we highly recommend the property.

This place is fantastic. Exactly like the pictures. Communication was great. Close to everything. The only “downside” was that you didn’t want to leave the balcony! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

This apartment is in a wonderful location, everything is on the doorstep and the views from the upstairs balconies are amazing. Apartment was very clean and it was great to have the added bonus of a lift. Air conditioning was also great especially as it was so warm outside. Would recommend earplugs for light sleepers as the one downside of this fantastic location is the noise, however you do get used to it even the bells ringing throughout the night! Great choice for a group who want communal areas but also the privacy of individual rooms and bathrooms.

A lovely 4 level apartment in the perfect location. You literally have bars, restaurants, cafes at your doorstep. The views from the balcony was simply stunning, no need to visit a rooftop bar for the views, as it was all there from your own apartment. Kitchen well stocked. Visitors information office next door. Host was great to communicate with and I would recommend this apartment.

Best location for Seville next to the Cathedral and Real Alcazar. Lots of nearby restaurants and flamenco shows. Spacious rooms. Lift/elevator to all floors. Airconditioner in every room. Balcony is amazing. Excellent for families!

There's an unbeatable view of the cathedral from this large 4-floor apartment. The AC worked great and kept the rooms comfortable, even though it was 107 outside.

What a wonderful place! We had a lovely and comfortable stay. Beautiful home and so close to everything. Given the close proximity to the spectacular Seville Cathedral - so beautiful- do have to consider the church bells and also early trash pick up and recommend ear plugs if you are a light sleeper.

Location, Location, Location!!! Fabulous location immediately across the street from the Seville Cathedral. Super close to Alcazar. In the heart of the action of the sites to see. Great place for multiple families traveling together. Loved the terrace- it was like having our own private rooftop bar.

Our family of five enjoyed a magical stay and hopes to return one day. The charming house is centrally located to provide an easy walk to all the sites, shopping and dining. The views are breathtaking and the sounds of the bells and horse carriages made the stay more enjoyable. Communication was top notch. Highly recommend!

The Casa Cathedral is exceptionally well located, couldn’t be better. Our family, 3 couples, had plenty of room and it was great to have the terrace to sit together and watch all of Seville below us. The apartment was within easy walking distance of all the main attractions as well as plenty of restaurants and tapas bars. As it’s located in a busy area there will be noise and of course the cathedral bells. The communications were fabulous, so helpful.

200% recommend. Beautiful house with amazing views of the cathedral from the rooftop terrace. Lovely bedrooms, each with its own bath and smoke storage space. Located right across from the Cathedral, a 3 minute walk to the Alcazar, many ding and shopping options within walking distance. Very responsive and friendly hosts. This place is an absolute gem.

My family and I had an incredible and memorable stay at Casa Catedral in Seville. Casa Catedral is a unique and special property well positioned in an incredibly central location … steps from countless bars and restaurants as well as all of the major attractions in Seville. The host was extremely responsive and helpful (a special shoutout to Damien), recommending excellent tapas bars and restaurants. We made so many memories that will last a lifetime. We recommend this Airbnb for a variety of different group types … families, couples, corporate events, etc., and we would definitely stay here again.

Amazing views! The rooms were all decent sized except the one at the top. Thats also the only one that does not have an attached bathroom and the bathroom was kind of cramped and hard to move around. Aside from that everything was beautiful and everything was within walking distance. Communication was easy and fast.

The Casa Cathedral was perfect for our family of six adults! Each couple chose a room on a separate floor, so it afforded great privacy! The apartment was within walking distance to everything we wanted to see. We loved spending time on the patio and watching all of the activitiy in the area. If you have trouble sleeping, you might want to bring ear plugs to block out the street noise and church bells. I would definitely recommend this accommodation to any larger group staying in Seville!

Great location, amazing view. Only shortcoming is that it was noisy from the hourly church bells ringing (can’t be helped if you want to live next to the cathedral!), and street noise from ground floor room. Otherwise we loved it!

Perfect location!!! Located across from the cathedral and walking distance to restaurants, transportation, parking, and shopping, this apartment is perfect for a large group. The apartment is spaced for personal bedroom privacy, has immaculate bathrooms, has plenty of light during the day as well as blackout shutters for sleeping. The beds are comfortable and there are extra comfortable blankets in the spacious closets. We felt very at home for our 9 day stay and cooked a few meals inside. The views and terrace are spectacular. Helpful tips for guests, it’s a bustling street so if you’re sensitive to noise while sleeping like we are bring ear plugs and you’ll sleep beautifully. 10/10 we would stay again!

This Airbnb is wonderful. The location is amazing right across the street from the Cathedral, Alcazar, and archives of the Indies. So many restaurants and bars right at your doorstep. The terrace is awesome, three different levels but private elevator inside the apartment. Book this place, it’s awesome!

As elderly folk the lift was a blessing. Our concerns over the Cathedral bells were unfounded.The terrace was great for a pre-dinner drink & a post- dinner drink. The apartment had everything we needed. However, a folder with general information would have been useful. Julia was brilliant.

We had a fantastic stay, the house was superb and the terrace is just glorious. The weather was warm and we sat outside every day soaking up the sun. The house met all our requirements and having four bathroom was a plus. Julia who manages the house was very helpful and great at communication, Andy in the tapas bar downstairs was also incredibly helpful and a pleasure to deal with. The only downside was the bells, but obviously booking a house by the cathedral we expected some noise. Location is superb everything on your door step. We highly recommend this property.

This four-story house was directly opposite the cathedral and Giralda, and had the most wonderful views from its roof top terraces. Each of its four bedrooms had its own bathroom, and the common areas (living-dining room, kitchen, etc.) were spacious and well equipped. Host was so helpful and accommodating, and we had a WONDERFUL stay.

The apartment was perfect for us and was in an ideal location for viewing the processions. It was also very nicely appointed. In particular the kitchen had everything I needed to prep and cook meals. It was also surrounded by shops and restaurants. It is perfect for celebrating Semana Santa but understand that it will not be quiet. The procession bands are loud and they occur throughout the night. But for me, it is what I came for.

Our family of six stayed here last week for 2 nights. Perfect in every way. Location is a great spot next to the Cathedral and easy to get around from there. When we arrived, the owner met us and suggested we come into his restaurant next door for a bite to eat and a few drinks at Miligritos which was a very nice welcome. Later that night we back there for dinner and a flamenco show. You can enjoy sitting on the rooftop patio in the evening with a bottle of wine and soak up the exceptional Cathedral views. I highly recommend staying at Cathedral Terrace!
