El edificio está compuesto por 5 apartamentos vacacionales en una casa recién renovada. Los interiores tienen todos una decoración sencilla de estilo clásico-contemporáneo.
La ubicación central de la calle Feria, junto a la Alameda de Hércules, y sólo a 15 minutos a pie de la Catedral, hacen de este apartamento un excelente punto de partida para explorar la ciudad de Sevilla.

Macarena es un barrio tradicional lleno de actividad local y colorido, situado al norte del casco antiguo de Sevilla.
Parcialmente delimitado por las antiguas murallas de defensa de la ciudad, Macarena es un barrio marcado por el carácter dinámico y trabajador de sus residentes.
En la emblemática calle Feria se encuentra su conocido mercado de abastos y su mercadillo de "El Jueves", donde se vende una gran variedad de antigüedades y objetos de segunda mano.
Dirigiéndose al oeste, llegará enseguida a la Alameda de Hércules, una amplia plaza recién remodelada rodeada de bares de tapas, restaurantes, cafeterías y pubs.
En dirección norte encontrará el Arco de la Macarena, la antigua muralla de defensa y la Basílica de la Macarena, sede de una de las hermandades de Semana Santa de Sevilla más renombrada.

This studio apartment hosted by Veopartment was perfect for our shot trip to Seville. The hosts were super friendly and gave us many great recommendations of things to check out. The check-in went quite smooth and the guys was quite flexible with everything. The area has a lot of great great restaurants and bars, and you can reach the most attractions by foot from here. I can highly recommend.

Excelente lugar. Lo recomiendo. Es cerca de todo y la comunicación fue excelente. Hay una oficina en el primer piso que permite tener acceso a cialquier cosa que necesites. Hermoso lugar.

I was welcomed warmly by Ismail, one of the agency staff who rents the studio. Their office is just downstairs so if you need anything you can litterally just go and ask. The place had everything I needed, very clean and more than enough towels for my week. You are in the heart of Seville, close to many places, restaurants to go to. You will feel the Sevillan local atmosphere. As described previously by someone else, we do face large public bins that can be emptied late at night, early morning, but it didn't bother me. The washing machine is downstairs in the building for everyone to use, you will find there some shampoo, shower gel left by previous tennants that you can use. Great value for money, I

This place is in a great location. Close to lots of restaurants, shops and grocery stores. It's an 8-minute walk to Setas de Sevilla and about 15 minutes to the cathedral. It's very quiet and dark at night, especially with the black-out shade down. We enjoyed sitting at the table with the doors open for coffee and meals. It was a little small for the two of us and the kitchen was well-equipped, but tiny. It's on the 3rd floor with no elevator. We had issues with the internet when we arrived. It was very slow (4Mbs) and kept bouncing. The host was slow to respond via AirBnB. Luckily, their office was on the first floor so I knocked on the door and spoke to them about it. By the end of the day, they had installed a booster in our room. I clocked the internet at 28Mbs after that (it was 270Mbs outside their office). The hosts were very nice and we enjoyed our stay, but we will choose a larger place next time. It would be perfect for a single person who likes to eat out.

We lived our stay here in Seville! The apartment is in an excellent location with plenty of great restaurants and cafes within walking distance. Additionally, the old town is only a 15-20 minute walk away where many of Seville’s historical sites are located. Overall, would definitely recommend and the place matches the description well!

We were very happy with the apartment. Very responsive host. Plenty of light. A nice bed, roomy and easy to eat in or out. Walkable to restaurants and the beautiful beach. We hired a car at the last minute and the parking was easily manageable. Would happily stay again.

Great place to stay in Seville, the local area is really nice. Just outside the major tourist area of Seville which we liked as it was easy to walk anywhere we wanted to go but was also a bit quieter. Place is comfortable and the air conditioning is really good

We had a great stay here! The apartment is clean and bright, and a good location walkable to all the main sights of Seville. Hosts are very responsive prior to and during our stay. We had a small issue with the air conditioner and they were proactive in getting it sorted as quickly as possible and providing us a fan in the interim. Would definitely recommend :)

Zatrzymaliśmy się w tym miejscu już po raz trzeci i na pewno jeszcze wrócimy. Ten pozornie niewielki apartament spełnia za każdym razem wszystkie nasze oczekiwania, jest wygodny, posiada balkon na ulicę i niewielką kuchnię wyposażoną w podstawowe sztućce i naczynia. Łóżka są wygodne, jest też sporo miejsca na rzeczy. Gospodarze są bardzo pomocni i uprzejmi, można poczuć się jak w domu. To też idealne miejsce dla osób, które chcą zobaczyć w Sewilli nie tylko zabytki, ale też poznać lokalne życie. W zasięgu spaceru są wszystkie najważniejsze atrakcje w mieście, które można odwiedzić w ciągu dnia, a wieczorem cieszyć się tętniącą życiem Ferią i Alamedą do Hercules. Warto jednak podkreślić, że jest to miejsce dla osób, którym nie przeszkadza hałas, ponieważ calle Feria jest bardzo gwarną ulicą.

I had a good experience staying at this Airbnb studio in Sevilla. The host was welcoming, despite my late arrival. The studio was clean and well-located, with a comfortable bed. There were some internet connection problems for one evening, which was a bit inconvenient, but otherwise, everything was great. I would recommend this studio for a cozy and convenient stay in Sevilla.

We spent four nights in this apartment and were very happy with our stay. The apartment is very well located, close to many restaurants and bars. We were happy to cool down with the AC in the apartment after walking around in the city. The apartment has everything we needed for our stay; a spacious bathroom, comfortable bed, small kitchen with a fridge and a table where we could eat our breakfast. Kleines aber vollkommend ausreichendes Apartment für einen Städtetrip in Sevilla. Sehr gut gelegen, zahlreiche Restaurants und Bars in unmittelbarer Nähe, trotzdem nicht direkt mitten im Trubel. Mit Sonnenschein geweckt zu werden, absolut top!

we stayed for 4 nights in the apartment. It had everything we needed. we didn't cook as there are lots of cafés, restaurants, bars around every corner but basic facilities were there if you need them. Comfortable bed and a good shower. Cute little balcony to let the fresh air in. Ideal location to walk to all the attractions but in a slightly quieter neighbourhood. Will definitely stay here again.

Check in was flawless. Easy to find and the host was very kind. Great communication. They have a packet of Info on Seville and suggestions for restaurants near by. The room is good for a solo traveler and the bed is comfortable. Nice size fridge and enough space to work remotely. The area is hip and lots of restaurants near by. The Airbnb is pretty north of the city so it’s about a 20 min walk to get to the main attractions. The street noise is significant though I feel like all streets in Seville are this way. Near a grocery store and market.

Prima appartement. Schoon en ongeveer 10 minuten lopen van 'de paddestoelen'. Rolluik voor het raam zorgt voor een lekker donkere kamer en de airco zorgt voor koelte.

The welcome was great. Also easily accessible at the weekend. When my flight was canceled, they offered to stay another night for free. Good double windows. Is necessary because the street is a bit noisy.
