One-bedroom apartment for up to 2 guests. It is well located in the historic centre, about a 25 minute walk from the Cathedral, in Macarena - one of the most traditional and liveliest neighbourhoods in Seville.
The apartment is decorated simply in a contemporary style. Living room with sofa, armchair, central table and TV. Dining table and chairs.
The kitchen is adjacent to the living area and is equipped with the main utensils and appliances for self-catering. With oven and washing machine.
Full bathroom with shower, WC and washbasin.
The bedroom has a double bed of 1,60mx2,00m and a large built-in wardrobe to store your belongings. The window faces an inner patio, making it a very quiet place to sleep.
The apartment is located at Torres street close to Alameda de Hércules. There are markets, shops, cafes, bars, restaurants, squares, churches - all within minutes of walking distance.

Das Macarena-Viertel ist ein authentischer Stadtteil voller Lebendigkeit, der im Norden der historischen Altstadt von Sevilla liegt. Ein Teil des Stadtviertels liegt innerhalb der alten Stadtmauer und gehrt damit zu den traditionellen Wohnanlagen der Stadt. Hier ist der Anteil der alteingesessenen Sevillanos im Verhältnis zu den Touristen sehr hoch.
In der Feria Straße können Sie in den Markthallen aus einem reichen Angebot an frischen regionalen Waren wählen, außerdem finden Sie hier auch viele Bäckereien, kleine Lebensmittelläden, Tapas Bars und Restaurants. In westlicher Richtung gelangen Sie zur Alameda de Hércules, einem vor kurzem neu gestalteten Platz, umgeben von Tapas Bars, Restaurants, Cafes und mit einem abwechslungsreichen Nachtleben.
In nördlicher Richtung liegt das Macarena-Tor, mit den einzigen noch gut erhaltenen Resten der mittelalterlichen Befestigungsmauer Sevillas. Hier finden Sie auch die Macarena-Basilika, in der die berühmteste Bruderschaft der Semana Santa Sevillas ihren Sitz hat.

Erittäin suositeltava majoitus, kaikki asiat toimivat, lämmin huoneisto näin talvella ja hiljainen talo sekä katu. Sijainti lähellä Las Setasta ja Plaza de Hercules -puistoa. Bussilla voi kulkea näppärästi Macarenasta kaikkialle. Kolme viikkoa kului nopeasti ja alueella paljon mielenkiintoista valokuvattavaa. Veoapartment hoiti hyvin kaikki asiat. Suosittelemme!

El anfitrión se portó muy bien, siendo muy accesible y amable en todo momento, contestan muy rápido si tienes alguna duda o necesitas cualquier cosa. Por destacar algo a mejorar, creo que si se trata de una estancia larga como la mía se debe preveer a la hora de reponer ciertos productos, como de limpieza o para la lavadora. En general muy buen apartamento, recomendable.

So, what's a good starting point for this review? Let's start like this. Our stay in autumn in Torres apartment was not the first one. Indeed, around three years ago, I already had been there for a long-term work stay of six months in Sevilla. To be honest, I am not one of those persons spending much time in googling things or writing reviews (as you might deduce from this late evaluation). Anyway, when I was looking for an apartment in Sevilla three years ago, I did take some time to find a good place to stay. And, indeed, it has been a very good decision to do so because I think I have found the most wonderful apartment in town!! Especially, if you are in a foreign city for a longer period of time, an accommodation in which you feel safe, secure and comfortable is a decisive factor for the overall feeling of the stay. So I'm very happy afterwards that I took the time to find this great apartment. It offers you among other things the following: very clean very spacious very beautiful decorated completely refurbished the bedroom is euqipped with an extremly comfortable bed the bedroom is euqipped with indoor lattice-blinds which enables total darkness at night (if you like) provides you a feeling of saftey located in one of the most authentic neighbourhoods in Sevilla nevertheless very quiet nevertheless only 15 minutes by foot to the city center of Sevilla one of Sevilla's most beautiful churches (Basílica de la Macarena) is around the corner the owners Francisco and Meriem are very nice people and support you in everything you need in urgent cases, Veoapartment's main office is only 5 minutes away on foot WLAN, frdige, washing machine working properly Well, I hope these arguments might convince you to book Torres Apartment for your next stay in Sevilla :) The end of the story is quickly told: Since we liked the city of Sevilla so much, my girlfriend and me got married there this year in September, and, as a matter of fact, we booked Torres aparment again for this occasion and the following two weeks of honeymoon : Everything was even more beautiful than we remembered it. !Muchísimas gracias por todo!

Appartamento ben curato, comodo ed in centro, vicinissimo all'alameda. Siamo stati benissimo e in casa abbiamo trovato tutto ciò che serve per un soggiorno di pochi giorni, compreso zucchero e caffè! Se dovessi tornare a Siviglia soggiornerei ancora qui!

El apartamento es amplio, silencioso y acogedor. La zona donde se encuentra es perfecta ya que está muy cerca de la alameda llena de terrazas y con un gran ambiente. Francisco (el casero) es una persona encantadora y en todo momento estuvo muy atento , comunicándose conmigo por wasap y preocupándose de cómo estaba durante toda mi estancia. Las personas encargadas de veoapartament fueron unos grandes profesionales y me ayudaron en todo haciendo de mi estancia en Sevilla una experiencia muy agradable. The apartment in Calle Torres is very spacious and comfortable. The apartment itself is quiet. Restaurants, cafés, shops, are close by and you can walk easily to the city centre. We had a warm welcome, and the owner and the people from Veo did everything they could to help u's during our stay.

L'appartement est bien situé dans Séville: les moyens de transport publiques sont à proximité, les déplacement pédestres sont faciles et les commerces de proximité sont nombreux. Le Wi-Fi et la télévision par cable ont beaucoup facilité notre long séjour. Nous devons souligner l'excellent support du personnel de Veoapartment, notamment Marie et Sarai que nous profitons de l'occasion pour saluer, tant à l'occasion pour les problèmes quotidiens de la vie à Macarena que pour la gestion de notre dossier de location.

Great location, still within the "old city" but in a quiet street. The streets around are full of interesting shops, local artisans: it feels much more "real" than the touristic places closer to the cathedral. The flat itself has been refurbished very recently, is spotless clean and feels very airy. Nice design and many practical touches, such as a big closet for storage and plenty of hooks in the really stylish bathroom! the beds are comfortable and all the appliances such as induction and washing mash in work very well. The best place we stayed at during our holiday in Spain! I would 100% recommend it!

The apartment was as described. Everything worked. We never had to even get on a bus to visit the city. Another valuable plus is the fact that it is very close to Veoapartment's office. And there the staff has been very helpful answering all questions and providing assistance. Highly recommanded.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Méryem qui parle français ! L'appartement est propre et calme. Il est situé à 15 minutes à pieds du centre ville et nous avons pu visiter tout Séville en laissant notre voiture de location pas très loin. Attention à ne pas se garer immédiatement dans les rues autour de l'appartement (PV de 200 euros !). On peut se garer à 5 minutes gratuitement le long du fleuve.
