Sevillian town-house with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living-dining room and kitchen. It is centrally located at Calle Relator, close to Alameda de Hércules. There are markets, shops, cafes, bars, restaurants, squares, churches - all within minutes of walking distance. Suitable for up to 6 guests.
The house maintains many traditional architectural features, such as exposed brick and plaster walls, floor tiles, high ceilings and wooden beams, and yet offers classic modern comfort. The entrance is through a central patio.
The living room features 2 julienne balconies facing Relator street. It is furnished with sofa, dining table and chairs. Note the dining area is suitable for 4 people only. (If you need ample dining space for 6, do not book this property.) The kitchen forms part of the living area and is equipped with utensils and appliances for cooking. The washing machine is underneath the stairway of the patio.
The 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are arranged over the first and second floors of the house and comprise: 2 double bedrooms with a Queen size bed (150x200cm); 1 spacious suite-like bedroom with a Queen size bed (150x200cm), living space and own kitchen. The two bathrooms have both a shower, washbasin and toilet.
On the roof-top there are lines to dry clothes. You may use this space for sitting outside, but we do not consider it a regular terrace because of its size, and the inclination of the floor, which makes it impossible to install a parasol. Many guests do use the terrace, but we want to avoid that your expectations are too high. There is seating for 2 people, but no loungers and no shadow.
Have a close look at the floor-plan, which is the last of the photos. You can see that both floors are very similar, except for the dining table which is missing on the second floor. Note that both floors are completelly separated from the staircase. For this reason, we think, the house is very indicated for two couples, who want to have their separate spaces, including bathroom and kitchenette. The distribution of the house comes very close to having two apartments. The only possible shortcoming is the noise insulation of the woodden ceiling, between second and first floor. In case you are interested in the technical specs: the ceiling is built with beams, planks, a layer of mortar, and tiles. Better than a cottage ceiling, but not to the standard of a modern concrete ceiling ;)

Das Macarena-Viertel ist ein authentischer Stadtteil voller Lebendigkeit, der im Norden der historischen Altstadt von Sevilla liegt. In nördlicher Richtung liegt das Macarena-Tor, mit den einzigen noch gut erhaltenen Resten der mittelalterlichen Befestigungsmauer Sevillas. Hier finden Sie auch die Macarena-Basilika, in der die berühmteste Bruderschaft der Semana Santa Sevillas ihren Sitz hat.

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb in Seville! The location was absolutely perfect—close to all the main attractions, yet in a quiet and charming neighborhood. There are tons of great restaurants and bars in the area, making it easy to enjoy the local food and nightlife. The apartment was spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly kind and welcoming, always ready to help with local tips and recommendations. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended!

This is a lovely spot, right in the heart of a local neighborhood but a quick walk to all of the historic sights. It is a great property for a three couples or a family. We enjoyed a glass of wine in the terrace which was relaxing after a long day of walking the city. We did not cook but the kitchens are well equipped for preparing a light meal. Manuel, who met us, was very hospitable & communicated all of the details of the property upon arrival. I would recommend staying here & would definitely return. Note if you have a car you need to park about a 5-10 minute walk.

Fantastic location, plenty of bars & eateries, great vintage shops & it didn't feel overly touristy. Front bedroom did get a bit of noise as you are so close to nightlife. Nice character, plenty of space & well kitted out. Would highly recommend.

Excellent apartment in a very nice area, with a lot of nice restaurants and bars. We didn’t use the kitchen area as we ate out all of the time, but there appeared to be everything you would need if you wished to make a meal. Sevilla was very hot during our stay, so it was always nice to put the Aircon on, on our return. Markus our host was very welcoming and helpful. We would definitely stay again ( Family of 3). Thank you.

The appartment was great, but it was quite chilly on the floor in the end of March. So, when visiting the appartment in early spring you need inner shoes and a warm pullover. We missed wine glasses but that was solved quickly. The tablets on the table were not fresh and just one dish brush.

We love the location of Casa Relator and having the whole place was really great. The tiles in the ground floor entry and up the stairs are so beautiful! The washing machine worked great and we were able to easily dry our clothes on the lines on the terrace. One couple stayed on one floor and we stayed on the other. As someone else mentioned it was nice to have two bathrooms. As a group we used the kitchen and living room space on the top floor as well as a little time on the roof terrace. We loved the original details in the place. The beds were comfortable and the place had everything we needed. We love being in the Macarena, Feria, Alameda neighborhoods. It was easy to work with VeoApartment who manage the apartment. The place felt very spacious for two couples and we think more people would be very comfortable. We hope to return someday!.

We really enjoyed our stay! The apartment is really like 2 in one, it spans over 2 floors with 2 bedrooms on the first floor and 1 bedroom on the second floor with bathrooms on each of the floors. There’s also an amazing rooftop terrace! The location was great, we walked everywhere and discovered cute tasty restaurants in the neighborhood. The host and the company used to organize check out were both super helpful and accommodating, would definitely stay again and recommend to any family or set of couples, friends, travelling to Sevilla!

Una splendida esperienza a Siviglia! Ho soggiornato in questo appartamento per qualche giorno durante la mia visita a Siviglia e non potrei essere più soddisfatta. L'appartamento è disposto su 2 piani ed è arredato con gusto, con un mix di stile moderno e dettagli tipici andalusi che ti fanno sentire subito immerso nell'atmosfera locale. La cucina è completamente attrezzata, ideale se si desidera preparare qualcosa a casa, ed il soggiorno è spazioso e luminoso. Pulizia perfetta. Perfect perfect double apartment. We were 2 couples and it was ideal for us. Really spacious apartments right in the heart of the trendy part of Seville. The area is lively but the 2 bedrooms were at the back of the apartments so away from any noise. The sitting rooms at the front of the apartments can also be used as bedrooms. You have the whole house (more or less) including a roof terrace. Lovely staff, really helpful.

Great apartment, great location, perfect for 2 or 3 couples, or 2 couples and 2 kids. Rooftop was a bonus, a few solar fairylights would make it even better for sitting out in the evening. Lots to do and perfect location for exploring Seville, the market around the corner is a must. We really enjoyed our trip and would recommend this apartment. We would come back again

We had a great stay the rooms are very large with a well stocked kitchenette, the apartments are located in a older part of town with narrow streets and pavements. Lots of shopping close by. Cupboard space was great and the beds were large and comfortable.

Das Apartment ist sehr schön und top gelegen. Wir hatten das gesamte Haus für uns (5 Personen) und haben alles gefunden was wir brauchten. Die Lage ist top, da drumherum viel los ist und es viele Möglichkeiten für Cafés und Restaurants gibt. Das Schlafzimmer welches sich in der unteren Wohnung in der „Küche“ befindet liegt zur Straße hin, wenn man mit geöffneten Fenstern schlafen wollte, ist das doch sehr laut, es gibt aber auch eine Klimaanlage, falls man die Fenster zu macht. Insgesamt sind beide Wohnungen recht dunkel, was aber bei den Temperaturen wahrscheinlich ganz gut ist. Alles in allem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

We loved our stay! The air bnb is large and very clean! The space was great for a group and offered lots of privacy. We were able to walk everywhere including close by markets, and further away restaurants. There are amazing bars/tapas so close by, and it felt very safe to be out even after midnight as everything around is open late and there are lots of people out. We would definitely stay again!

Host was snel aanwezig en heel vriendelijk. Hebben direct extra handdoeken gehad na vragen. Heel mooi huis voor verblijf met gezin met kinderen of meerdere stellen. Alles was schoon, netjes en de voorzieningen zijn aanwezig om een simpele maaltijd te koken. Dakterras is heerlijk voor een drankje in de avond. In de buurt zijn er veel restaurants en bars. Dit is dan ook het enige minpunt want in de avond blijft het lang druk op straat en hoor je de ventilatie van het restaurant om de hoek. Geen punt voor ons we hebben goed geslapen. Sowieso is de stad Sevilla een aanrader om een hele week naar toe te gaan. Genoeg moois te zien en lekkers om te eten en te drinken.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The accommodation was very good and in a good location for restaurants, bars and supermarkets. Close to the Alameda. The house was clean and well furnished and beds were comfortable.

The location is fantastic. Easy walking distance to the old town and lots of attractions nearby. Buses are simple to operate and the C1 and C2 services are easy to navigate to get to the train station and from there to the airport. Driving would probably be awkward around the area but we didn't do that so no issue. The area has plentiful bars, restaurants and shops right on the doorstep. We rented the full building which is actually two apartments on two floors. We had six people in our group but you could have fitted 4 more with the sofa beds (would have had 4 people in one room). The kitchens are basic but functional with reasonable equipment in good working order. The showers took some getting used to but once we figure out how to run them until the water heater kicked in, were very pleasant. The room overlooking the street is a bit noisy overnight as it isn't very sound proof but the two rooms away from the street were very quiet. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Manuel de Veoapartment nos dio muchas surgencias de los restaurantes buenos y cosas de hacer de muy cerca hasta viajes por un día. Cualquier pregunta que mandé por el sitio de web, me respondió muy prontito. El piso tiene una pinta encantadora, rústica, y autentica. Lo más importante es la limpieza, especialmente en los baños y la cocina - reluciente. My familia y yo lo pasemos genial ahí, y me quedaría de nuevo en este piso. Algunos surgencias para ti: Mejor restaurante: Perro Chico. Mejores churros: KuKu Chorro. Daza Flamenco increible: La Casa de Flamenco. Qué disfrutes de Sevilla!

Very pleasant stay and our host Marcus was very helpful and accommodating. The apartment was very nice and central to everything. One small point is that it can get very noisy from street outside and the upper bathroom had a slight smell initially… Would definitely recommend to other guests.

Nuestra estancia ha sido perfecta. El anfitrión ha sido puntual en la llegada, incluso nos han permitido entrar antes para acomodarse a nuestra hora de llegada al destino. La casa es tal cual se ve en el anuncio. No decepciona. Está limpia y con todos el equipamiento que se anuncia. La zona es perfecta para visitar Sevilla, con un mercado de abastos en las inmediaciones, y bares donde tapear. En un paseo de 20 minutos estás en el centro. Lo hemos pasado genial. Recomendamos el apartamento.

I would 100% recommend this apartment to anyone travelling to Madrid. The hosts are very responsive and flexible. The apartment is in a great location with tons of cafes, bars and restaurants within walking distance. It was in a great neighborhood and we enjoyed simply getting lost and meandering around. The apartment is stylish and confortable and exactly what we were looking for in a stay for 4 people. Fabulous place and hope to stay again in the future!!!!
