Apartamento de 1 dormitorio con terraza privada. Situado en la céntrica Plaza Ponce de León, a unos 15 minutos a pie de la Catedral. Muy tranquilo, el apartamento forma parte de un antiguo Palacio del siglo XV parcialmente convertido en un complejo residencial contemporáneo construido en torno a un patio tradicional sevillano con fuente central, vegetación y arriates.

El salón es muy luminoso y está amueblado con sofá, sillón y TV. Mesa de comedor y 2 sillas. Puertas correderas abren a la terraza privada con vistas al patio. Orientación Norte.

El dormitorio tiene una cama doble (150x200cm) y un armario. Baño privado con ducha a ras de suelo.

La cocina está totalmente equipada con todos los utensilios y electrodomésticos principales: lavavajillas y lavadora incluidos.

Otras características: conexión a internet wifi y aire acondicionado centralizado con refrigeración y calefacción. Sábanas y toallas incluidas.

El apartamento está en el tercera planta de un edificio con ascensor.

El Centro es el núcleo geográfico de la Sevilla histórica. Junto a la impresionante Catedral, el centro empieza en la Plaza de San Francisco, donde se encuentra situado el ayuntamiento, edificio histórico que representa la arquitectura plateresca de Sevilla.

Desde el ayuntamiento llegará directamente a la principal zona comercial entre la Calle Sierpes, Tetuán y Velázquez. Aquí encontrará una gran oferta en tiendas de ropa, artículos de deporte, joyas o moda para la Feria de Abril: mantones, trajes de flamenca, castañuelas, abanicos... El Palacio de la Condesa de Lebrija, ubicado en una de las calles cercanas, destaca por su impresionante colección de mosaicos romanos.

En dirección noroeste se sitúa el Museo de Bellas Artes, segunda pinacoteca de España, después del Museo del Prado de Madrid.

Super modern apartment in a bustling neighbourhood surrounded by many tapas bars and shops but incredibly quiet inside. Comfy furniture and bed, large tile shower with great water pressure and super hot water - although only enough for one shower at a time. João showed us how everything worked, from opening windows and patio doors to the weirdest washing machine I’ve ever seen. Large grocery store - Mas - just across the street had everything we needed. Parked in the lot next door which was very convenient but pricey at €26 a day.

Vi havde booket hos Veoapartments ifm. en uges ferie i Sevilla. Meget fin lille lejlighed til to personer. Der var de ting, der skulle være, og det var helt rart med en lille opvaskemaskine. Lejligheden ligger på 3. sal ; men der er elevator, hvis man ikke er så god til trapper. Fik en fremvisning af lejligheden og herunder lidt anbefalinger til seværdigheder mm af ’udlejer’. Der er lidt nøgler at holde styr på, da der er en del låste porte/døre, der har hver deres nøgle. Vi fornemmede ingen støj fra gaden, men der var dog lidt nabostøj, dog ikke af betydning. Lejligheden ligger centralt i den gamle bydel og der max 10-15 min. gang til de fleste af byens seværdigheder. Tæt på er der også et større supermarked, og vi havde ikke brug for at handle andre steder, mens vi var i Sevilla. Lejligheden svarer fint til de fotos, der bliver vist på hjemmesiden. Alt i alt en fin og hyggelig lejlighed som kan anbefales.

The apartment was beautiful and Manuel was a great host. The patio is wonderful, and really tranquil despite being in the middle of a busy area. Super comfy bed and large towels. Check out Ringo Banana for delicious breakfast bowls, smoothies etc., and La Chumbera for more upscale tapas. Both spots are 1 min walking from the apartment.

We loved this place! Plaza Ponce de Leon is perfectly situated within walking distance of all attractions, and the apartment was perfect. In particular it was wonderful to relax on the terrace for early morning coffee or at the end of a long day. Communication was great from start to finish and check-in was easy thanks to Marcus who met us upon arrival (even though we were several hours early) and explained everything we needed to know. Highly recommended!!

Very clean, well located with many fine restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Nice 15 minute walk down to the Zona Monumental.

This apartment was great value for money. It was spacious and well located to explore Seville. We had an excellent stay and the hosts were very quick to respond to any queries we had. We would definitely recommend a stay here.

We had a great stay with our 1yo baby. The appartment is just as we expected from the pictures, our host was very responsive and friendly for the check-in and remained responsive for our questions . The place is very convenient, everything (city center, station) is from walking distance.

We had a very nice stay. The building with 8 rooms is in a quiet part of town but still only 10 minutes walk from the action. Erin took very good care of us while we were there. We had everything we needed and would definitely stay here again. The common kitchen was on our floor. We never ran into any of the other guests so felt like we had it to ourselves. There is a laundromat on the main road directly across from the alley that veoapartment is on. Brugge is a treasure and we will definitely be back.

Wir haben uns sofort sehr gut in dieser Wohnung aufgehoben gefühlt, sie entsprach vollkommen unseren Erwartungen! Zu Fuß sind alle schönen Plätze erreichbar, und zum Relaxen gibt es auch genügend Bars/Restaurants rundherum. Praktisch ist natürlich auch der gut sortierte MAS Supermarkt gegenüber. Also, wir empfehlen diese ruhige Wohnung, innerhalb der quirligen, lauten, lebendigen Stadt gerne weiter!

We naively booked this apartment for 39 days, as the main accommodation during our 3 month winter break in Andalusia. So learn from our mistake and never book a long stay without a break clause! Certainly this apartment is unsuitable for a long stay, particularly in winter when you need to have the heating on. The apartment was cold with cold floors. So switch the heating on right! Sadly, when we moved in, the filters for the heating system were so dirty that no air came through the system and we froze. Once they got the filters cleaned out - which took several days, we were then faced with another problem. Unfortunately, the worst thing about the apartment was the smell of sewage linked to using the heating/ventilation system. Two attempts were made to fix the problem - that alleviated but never fixed the issue. Most nights we had to choose between being too cold and having to put up with smell of sewage in the apartment. Not a great position to be in! The other significant problem was with the fridge/freezer, which was broken for many days and as it was difficult to source parts we were forced to switch it off for several days and throw out lots of spoiled food. The owner did pay for the ruined food that we had to throw away. Realistically however, the problem should have been identified and fixed before the place was rented out. Many of the fittings and fixtures in the apartment are of poor quality or poorly installed, eg. a handful of wire hangers, a shower fitting rail fixed with cardboard. We wanted to leave after just a couple of weeks of this, but the owner refused to engage, which was extremely poor considering this was such a long rental. For all these reasons, and despite Veoapartments repeated best efforts at repair, we were really disappointed in the accommodation. At the end of our stay the owner/Veoapartments offered us the princely sum of 200euros in recognition of the inconvenience. This didn't even cover the cost of the additional nights, when we had to move out of the apartment and into a hotel when the smell got too bad. Overall an incredibly disappointing and dispiriting experience that I wouldn’t wish on anyone.

This is a fabulous place to stay in Sevilla. Location - It is a very convenient neighborhood. It's easy to get to most central places in town within a 15 or 20 min walk, . The area was nice, felt safe, and had LOADS of places to eat/drink close by and a supermarket across the street. Apartment - Looks just like the pictures. Quiet, comfortable, and secure. The shower was great (super important!). The deck is really nice for coffee in the morning. The kitchen is definitely form over function, and can be strange to use. Ask the host to show you where the utensils are (very well hidden!), how to use the stove (it seems like it shuts down immediately after you turn it on), how to use the washing machine, and how to work the heating and A/C. All that said, these idiosyncrasies detract little from an otherwise awesome apartment. We were here 6 nights and easily could have stayed longer. This place is perfect for couples; a quiet oasis in a fairly central location in Sevilla. Recommended!

This apartment is very nice, very comfortable and well located.
We appreciated the quietness of the résidence with its beautiful patio.
Unfortunately August is well too hot to enjoy the pretty terrace but it’s still nice to have it.
Except for the airport everywhere we went to was within walking distance even the train station.
Communication was easy and an issue with the fridge was handled efficiently.
A little disappointment though was not having a bottle of water on arrival and the very low stock or absence of supplies like hand soap, toilet paper, coffee, detergent…
We highly recommend the place.

Beautiful apartment in a great location which is central yet tranquil . The highlights are the terrace overlook the central fountain, the very comfortable bed, high quality bed linen and towels, very effective air con and the very lovely Damien who helped us check in when we arrived.
We had a meal at The La Quinta Brasería on the recommendation of a previous review and it was excellent. It is only a 2 minute walk from the apartment and worth booking a table in their courtyard area which is is sublime.

The apartment is exactly as the photos show and it did not disappoint. It was very comfortable and situated in a private building which was very peaceful and quiet. Theres lots of excellent restaurants and cafes close by and a supermarket just across the road. Its about a 25minute walk into the Cathedral, but in Seville any walk is a pleasure. Highly recommended.
