El apartamento dispone de salón con sofá, mesa escritorio y televisor. La cocina americana forma parte del salón y está equipada con los electrodomésticos y utensilios necesarios. Dormitorio con cama de matrimonio (140 x 200cm) y cuarto de baño con ducha.

El apartamento se encuentra en una pequeña calle entre la Alameda de Hércules y el río Guadalquivir. Muy tranquilo, situado en torno al patio del edificio.

San Vicente es un barrio conocido por sus numerosas plazas e iglesias. Está situado al noroeste del centro histórico, a pocos minutos a pie de los monumentos y atracciones más importantes de la ciudad. Una oportunidad para descubrir la Sevilla más auténtica.
La Iglesia de San Vicente es un claro ejemplo de arquitectura gótico-mudéjar construida en el s.XV. Junto a la Iglesia de San Lorenzo encontramos la Basílica del Gran Poder, hogar de una de las imágenes de Cristo más veneradas de la ciudad. La procesión del Cristo del Gran Poder es una de las más importantes de la Semana Santa sevillana.
El barrio de San Vicente está delimitado por el paseo del río Guadalquivir, un espacio que integra ciudad y naturaleza, ideal para andar tranquilamente, correr o montar en bicicleta. La antigua estación ferroviaria de Plaza de Armas (Estación de Córdoba), es hoy en día un moderno centro comercial que conserva la fachada y la estructura arquitectónica original de estilo neomudéjar de 1901.

Wir waren äußerst zufrieden mit der gemütlichen kleinen Wohnung und dem schönen und großen Außenbereich. Die Lage der Wohnung ist zentral und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Die Betreuung durch die Gastgeber war hervorragend. Einziger Minuspunkt: Das Sofa könnte mal gereinigt oder besser gegen ein neues Sofa ausgetauscht werden. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Ich verbrachte vier Wochen in der Wohnung und habe halbtags gearbeitet (Homeoffice). Das Wifi lief stets stabil und war schnell. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und die Terrasse einfach toll. Obwohl November, konnte ich viele entspannte Stunden hier geniessen. Für mehr Privatsphäre ist ein Vorhang angebracht. Das ist praktisch, ich habe jedoch nur selten Gebrauch davon gemacht. Die Nachbarn sind sehr freundlich und ruhig. Im Wesentlichen war alles wie auf den Bildern - und an die Duschbrause gewöhnt man sich :-) Die Waschmaschine in der Küche war auf den Bildern nicht sichtbar - das war eine angenehme Überraschung. Die Lage ist super. Bis zur Alameda sind es 2 Gehminuten. Dort kann auch der Abfall entsorgt werden. Die Plaza del Duque erreicht man in 10 Minuten zu Fuss. Die Kommunikation verlief jederzeit unkompliziert und freundlich. Ich war sehr dankbar, dass eine kurzfristige Anpassung des Abreisedatums pragmatisch möglich war. Ich kann die Wohnung absolut weiterempfehlen.

Está en un área céntrica y con muchos restaurantes bien comunicada, el apartamento está bien, la terraza muy bonita el lugar es muy silencioso, lástima que la limpieza en general deja mucho que desear deberían poner especial atención en el mantenimiento para que el lugar valga la pena.

van 18- tot 27 september hebben wij gebruik gemaakt van het appartement. Bij aankomst stond Paula en Markus(verhuurmakelaar) ons bij de voordeur op te wachten. Na de gebruikelijke instructies hebben wij een geweldige tijd gehad in Sevilla. Het appartement ligt in een rustige wijk en toch alles dichtbij o.a Alameda de Hercules. Echt een aanrader.

The apartment was in a great location within easy walking distance to all the sights and great neighborhood for restaurants. Lovely outdoor area/ terrace. Disappointed with the state of repair, needs refurbishment and a deep cleaning of premises and also the dishes/ utensils/ kitchen cooking equipment needed cleaning. Lack of sufficient hot water.

Is a perfect location to explore Seville with the large terrace being a splendid feature. We stayed here for three weeks and enjoyed every minute. Seville is a great city and this is great place to stay. We were staying here when Covid started 3 years ago so was good to rinse that one away. Could not recommend Paula and the aprtment more highly.

Very nice place! Excellently located, very quiet neighbourhood, yet very close to many cosy bars and restaurants. The sunterrace was fantastic, I enjoyed quite many relaxing hours in the sun here. Communication with Paula was very good, quick and clear, kind responses. I stayed here ca 2 weeks for work, I can certainly recommend this nice little place!

the apartment is located very close to a lot of great parts of the city like the cathedral, la Almeda which has a bunch of restaurants and bars. The flat itself has a great balcony with some lounge chairs which is really great for relaxing in the sun. A couple of things to be aware of is that the bathroom adjoins the bedroom so if your partner gets up a lot at night (like I do) that can be a little bothersome. All in all a great flat

Apartamento PRECIOSO! Silencioso, bien decorado, acogedor, y con todo lo necesario para pasar tu estancia en el mismísimo centro de la ciudad. Situado junto a la Alameda, tienes acceso a la zona más alternativa y viva del centro, con ocio casi a todas horas del día. El apartamento cuenta con una terraza maravillosa.

The apartment was in a fantastic position, with Alameda de Hércules just a 2 minute walk. Plenty of tapas bars, restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The Cathedral and Santa Cruz about a 20 minute walk. We found the apartment terrace very hot and felt some more shade would have helped. All in all a very pleasant months stay.

Schönes helles Appartement in einer angenehmen schönen Anlage, mit wunderschönen Innenhof. Grosse Terasse, gute Betten, Wohnzimmer coutch ausziehbar, grosses sehr schönes Bad, Küche gut eingerichtet Eine Store am Terassenfenster liess sich nicht schliessen. Dieses Problem wurde am anderen Tag sofort geregelt Obwohl die Wohnung nicht weit von der Alameda entfernt liegt ist es sehr ruhig. Das Appartement war sehr sauber, schöne weisse Bett- und Badwäsche. Zusätzlich Decken auf Verlangen.

The apartment was small, but very functional with an excellent bathroom. The patio was unfortunately too hot to use in the afternoon and we could only sit out at breakfast time and after sunset.

A great apartment exactly as shown in photos and we really enjoyed our stay. Very clean and everything provided. The company is brilliant to deal with the staff are so helpful. The area has everything and the restaurants close by were really good. We had our coffee at the same place every morning and by the end of the seven days I didn't even have to ask for my coffee as they knew us by then. There is a Carrefour supermarket 450 meters away( at the top of Calle hombre and veer right) for all the necessities of apartment staying. I would not hesitate to stay in this apartment again. Only issue was the stairs and that's only because we have old knees.

Appartement situé au calme tout en étant à proximité d'endroits animés. Décentré par rapport aux sites les plus touristiques, permet de découvrir la vrai décor de Séville. Excellente organisation tant lors de la réservation qu'en cours d'occupation. Avantage énorme de disposer d'une terrasse sans quoi ce serait peut-être un peu limite pour ce qui est du confort.

Veo apartments were a pleasure to deal with. Easy booking, superb apartment just as described,very well kitted out, with a beautiful courtyard & mainly local people living in the apartments. The terrace is great, both sun & shade throughout the day. Only a few minutes walk to everything you could possibly need. Great choice of food, lovely atmosphere & lots to see in the narrow streets around the apartment. Just 20 mins walk & you are in the busy tourist area & the well documented sight seeing.

Very well situated appartment for 2, very peaceful but with lots of bars/restaurants around. Everything is in walking distance, approx 30 mins to the cathedral, but far enough from the tourist area. Lovely terrace but not enough shade at least during the hot month of August! Kitchen well equiped and nice big shower. Thank you to the Veoapartment team.

The apartment is beautiful. It is equipped of all that is needed. The apartment is situated in a very quiet building. The apartment is very well situated, in a typical and alive district (near the Alameda de Hercules). Moreover the terace is well oriented (sun all the day) I have already occupied this apartment the last year, I occupy it this year and I hope I'll occupy it in the future. Great compact apartment in bohemian alameda hercules. Very peaceful courtyard setting but only one minute from the alameda and only 15 minute stroll to the giralda. Excellent spacious terrace catches the sun all day. Very comfortable bed .Only criticism was that air con felt too warm and underpowered for the bedroom. But overall excellent value for money.

First class professional service. Javier who met us at the apartment was very friendly, informative and helpful. He made us feel really welcome and gave us great tips on sights, restaurants, language etc. The apartment was exactly as described and we were very comfortable there. Le quartier Alameda est un quartier très peu touristique et très vivant. Beaucoup de bars à tapas dans le secteur, soirées animées. L'appartement est très lumineux, décoré simplement et avec goût. Equipement bien adapté au séjour, terrasse très agréable et ensoleillée donnant sur une cour intérieure, très propre, linge en suffisance pour la semaine. Nous recommandons le quartier et l'appartement. Les petits points négatifs: mauvaise insonorisation avec les voisins et lit très ferme...

Great Apartment, great communication with the rental company and owner. Perfect size for two people and a great location for exploring Seville - All sights are walking distance. Loads of cafes and bars is local area. Terrace gets the sun all day.

It was the best apartment that we rented in Spain. Very clean, well designed, great patio where we took our breakfast and dinner everyday. The kitchen is well equiped, and the air conditioning was a real plus since it was 38 C in Seville during our stay. The neighbourhood was great, about 15-20 minutes for the center of town by foot, and quiet, and we we were happy to come back to this apartment every day. The sofa bed was comfortable. The only minus is that the access to the bathroom is through the main bedroom.

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment. The location was great with a lot of nice bars and restaurants nearby and the apartment was nicely decorated. The best part of the apartment was the beautiful terrace - which was a perfect way to enjoy the Sevilla sun and a good meal. The team from Veo Apartments provided excellent service, especially Manuela, who gave us a warm welcome and excellent tips where to eat and how to move in the city. All in allcould not be more pleased with our stay.

The apartment was exactly as advertised and fairly well appointed. We liked the convenience of a washing machine, the access to the terrace and the location. The improvements I would suggest are: more towels (one per person for a week is not enough), two sets of keys so individuals can do their own wandering in town, and perhaps a rug for the living room floor (got a bit nippy in December). Also, there is no shelf or dish in the shower for soap and shampoo. Owner's reply: Thanks for your comments. We will take note of all them to improve the stays of our clients. We stayed here for two nights in July, and it was a perfect base to explore Seville. It is located in San Vicente, a short walk into the centre, but with many local restaurants and bars nearby, we were also able to park for free quite close to the apartment. Check in was easy and we were given lots of great tips for eating out. The apartment is quite small, with an open plan kitchen and living area, a double bedroom and good-sized bathroom; I don't know what more you need for a few days stay. The furnishings are in good condition, and you are supplied with pretty much everything you need - kettle, toaster, microwave, washing machine and most importantly a hairdryer! The air con was also fab, and it was spotlessly clean. The best part of the apartment is the large terrace which runs the length of the apartment - we ate dinner out there twice rather than go out because we loved the space so much. The apartment is a great alternative to a hotel, and the location allowed us to see a less 'touristy' side to the city.

Great apartment with a fantastic large terrace that has the sun all day long. I stayed here with a friend for 5 nights and it was a perfect size for 2 people. The location is in a quiet area, but a few mins walk away there is a lovely square with many excellent bars and reasturants. We found all the main sights to be within reasonable walking distance. We were met by the apartment manager at the requested time and she was very efficient and friendly. As others have mentioned, the apartment could do with some minor upgrading, kitchen paintwork and some of the furniture. Overall a great apartment.
