El salón tiene un sofá, 2 sillones, mesa de centro y TV. Mesa de comedor y 6 sillas. La cocina, con entrada independiente, está totalmente equipada con los utensilios y electrodomésticos principales: horno, lavadora y secadora incluidos.
Hay 3 dormitorios y 2 baños. El dormitorio 1 tiene una cama doble (135x190cm); dormitorio 2 tiene dos camas individuales (90x190cm); dormitorio 3 tiene dos camas individuales (90x190cm). Todas las habitaciones disponen de un armario para guardar sus pertenencias.
Los dos baños tienen una ducha a ras de suelo o una bañera con ducha incorporada.

Die Wohnung ist sehr zental und eignet sich super für einen Städtetrip in Sevilla. Der Gastgeber hat uns Restaurants, Bars, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten usw. weiterempfohlen. Wir werden diese Wohnung wieder buchen wenn wir nochmals nach Sevilla kommen.

L'appartement est très bien situé et très agréable. A notre arrivée de l'aéroport (avant 16H) Manuel a réagi très vite, pour que nous n'ayons pas à attendre dans la rue, il a fait envoyer quelqu'un pour nous ouvrir en 5 min. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

This apartment is great. Perfect, as listed. The host was a super host, took care of all our questions and what a marvelous apartment. This apartment is the perfect t location for both; those looking for the great nightlife and those looking to explore and having a safe place to rest this is the perfect t place. We did many tours that return almost at midnight we walk to and from the apartment at super early and very late hours: always felt safe. Yes, the bars and restaurants located all around the location don’t affect the apartment which is on the third floor. We recommend this apartment to singles and families. We were five adults and this was perfect. Don’t look anywhere else, this is the location you need.

Great location, it is very central. As a result you need to be realistic, there is noise from the establishments downstairs. However, windows are double glazed. Great coffee shop next door. There is a deep fried food venue nearby so you can smell oil in the light well. Lovely views from the windows, heating worked well. Excellent communication from the owners.

Super séjour dans le logement propre et lumineux. Pour améliorer, un lave vaisselle serait idéal . Il y a le minimum pour cuisiner mais pour un court séjour, c’est parfait. Logement dans l’hyper centre donc un peu bruyant le week-end….

Overall, the place was ok for what we paid but would not stay again. The location of this apartment was good - near the Cathedral (right around the corner) and Alcazar (~5 minute walk). However the neighborhood is very loud especially on weekends. It was very difficult to get to and stay asleep with the constant noise (people, garbage trucks, etc.). The place could use updates - the kitchen and bathrooms especially and the whole apartment needs new paint. The apartment also did not have any or very few basic goods like coffee pods, washing machine detergent, paper towels etc. When we asked the host, he directed us to a local market to buy things for ourselves as they do not stock between guests. Finally, for check-in - we told the host what time we were arriving the day before and gave a 30 minute warning of arrival on the day of, per the host’s request. Despite this, it took ~20 minutes for the host to show up and let us in and he was surprised that we arrived when we did.

Net appartement met een mooie centrale ligging. Omdat het appartement voor en na ons niet direct gereserveerd was konden we eerder inchecken en later uitchecken. Airco aanwezig . Badkamers en keuken waren schoon. Wel zijn deze wat verouderd.

A great place to stay! Ideal location, from where lots of restaurants within walking distance, as well as the highlights of the city. The apartment itself was very clean and spacious and provides everything you need for a comfortable stay. The hosts are very kind and respond quickly to any questions. Perfect location, walkable to a lot of historical sites, restaurants, and shops. It’s in the middle of everything, so if you’re a light sleeper, some ear plugs would be wise to bring. Would highly recommend this apartment!

We had a fantastic stay in this apartment in Seville. The location is perfect, right in the center of the city and surrounded by beautiful attractions and great bars and restaurants. We were so busy exploring the city and enjoying the food that we didn't spend much time at the apartment at all. But the beds were comfy, the aircon worked well, and we had everything we needed.

Manuel was a great host , really friendly and informative, he allowed us a later check out as no further clients that day. We were 5 girls so the two bathrooms important, never ran out of hot water, aircon worked perfectly, apartment clean & modern, beautiful and central stay - we had a memorable birthday trip, thanks Manuel for all and your recommendations, love Sevilla, the people are wonderful and the tapas are to die for. This property was located in the perfect spot where we could just walk to the main attractions in Seville or just be in the center of the city life. The kitchen was very basically equipped for our long stay and. we had to improvise when preparing a few home cooked meals, but that's on us as with as many places to eat around who needs to cook?

Great bars and restaurants as well as main attractions at our doorstep. Loved the big windows and listening and taking in the flavours of Seville and Semana Santa. Highly recommend.

The apartment was an ideal spot for a group of friends to visit Seville. The location allowed for easy access to bars, restaurants and sightseeing spots. The staff was very nice and happy to recommend amazing local spots. I highly recommend this apartment.
