Apartamento con 2 dormitorios, 2 baños y parking gratuito. Capacidad para alojar 4 personas. Está situado en el corazón del centro histórico de Sevilla, en la calle Florentín, a tan solo 50 metros de la Catedral.
Los interiores están decorados dentro del estilo neoclásico. Predomina el mármol rojo, mobiliario de madera oscura y obras de arte originales.
El salón está equipado con un sofá, 2 sillones, mesa comedor y sillas. Aire-acondicionado centralizado, calefacción, ventanas de doble acristalamiento, internet WIFI y TV.
La cocina está perfectamente equipada con todos los utensilios y electrodomésticos necesarios. Incluye: microondas, horno, lavadora con secadora y lavavajillas. Hay un cafetera Nespresso.
El dormitorio principal tiene cama de matrimonio (150x200cm) y un gran armario. Cuarto de baño privado completo con bañera y ducha incorporada. El segundo dormitorio tiene dos camas individuales (90x200cm), armario y mesa escritorio. Ambas habitaciones son muy tranquilas para dormir.
Hay un segundo cuarto de baño más pequeño con ducha.
Florentin está en la primera planta de un edificio residencial, con ascensor. Garaje privado disponible en el edificio gratuito (ver condiciones).

El Centro es el núcleo geográfico de la Sevilla histórica. Junto a la impresionante Catedral, el centro empieza en la Plaza de San Francisco, donde se encuentra situado el ayuntamiento, edificio histórico que representa la arquitectura plateresca de Sevilla.
Desde el ayuntamiento llegará directamente a la principal zona comercial entre la Calle Sierpes, Tetuán y Velázquez. Aquí encontrará una gran oferta en tiendas de ropa, artículos de deporte, joyas o moda para la Feria de Abril: mantones, trajes de flamenca, castañuelas, abanicos... El Palacio de la Condesa de Lebrija, ubicado en una de las calles cercanas, destaca por su impresionante colección de mosaicos romanos.
En dirección noroeste se sitúa el Museo de Bellas Artes, segunda pinacoteca de España, después del Museo del Prado de Madrid.

El apartamento esta muy bien ubicado, el acceso es fácil y esta bien equipado en la cocina, los espacios de la sala y comedor son agradables, sin embargo en realidad solo tiene una ducha porque la otra es demasiado pequeña y la limpieza puede mejorarse

The apartment is in the center of the city. Everything was accessible by foot. Everything about the apartment fit the description. The host was very helpful before and after arriving.

Unit was nice but smaller than it appears on line. The second bath was extremely small. Shower stall was very small and shower curtain was hard to keep water from running onto the floor. Location was good

The apartment was spacious and clean with everything we needed. We were in the middle of everything. Great location! We could easily walk everywhere. You hear some noise because you are right next to major tourist attractions but it is not overwhelming or super inconvenient and you get used to it pretty quickly. In any case, we would stay there again if we come back to Seville in the future.

We had an amazing trip to Seville and staying in this apartment was the perfect location for us to enjoy all the attractions and restaurants. It was close to everything and within walking distance. Fantastic location which is what you're paying for. Apartment is tired with bathrooms that need total renovation and deep clean. Water for baths & showers and barely warm. Kitchen utensils, cups and plates all need replacement since those that were there were mostly chipped and stained. Also, in the lounge whose windows directly face an office some net curtains would have provided some privacy.

very nice apartment, in a ideal location. the Cathedral is only about 50m away and everything else where we went was also very close. the unit itself is very nice, and the host was very flexible and responsive. it is on the first floor (ie not ground floor) and so we did not need the elevator. We did a small bit of cooking which was fine, and did use the washer/dryer. I would characterize the amenities/appliances as adequate/functional rather than high end, which was good for us. The master bedroom was good. our kids did complain that the second bedroom beds were squeaky. Overall we were very happy with our stay, and would stay again here should we ever end up in Seville again.

Location, location, location…. With many great restaurants within walking. Cathedral around the corner many other sights within walking distance. Apartment was very functional for four of us. Second bathroom shower was a little more difficult as it is very small. Communicate was good also. Will look forward to returning.

Beautiful apartment in the center of the action without the NOISE of all the action seeing as it is on a small side street. We had breakfast right across the street every morning at Filo and there was the wow factor of having the Cathedral at the end of the street. This was the only place we stayed during our three week vacation that wasn’t furnished by Ikea so you really get the sense you’re in someone’s beautiful home. Would recommend a stay here, you won’t regret it.

This was a lovely apartment in a fantastic location (almost better than described). It felt like home. It is in the center near restaurants, shops and bars, so there is some noise, but not enough to be a problem. We were warned about the road construction, but it was no bother. The inside is really stunning with all the red marble. I would definitely recommend! We were grateful to be able to check in an hour early and drop off our luggage. I should mention there were no supplies in the rooms. There was NO toilet paper. There was also no paper towel, laundry detergent, dish soap, or dishwasher detergent. The grocery store was fortunately near by and open the day we arrived. Actually anything you need is close by. We should also mention the second shower is quite small. A larger person may have difficulty. We truly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful apartment.

This location couldn’t be more central in the city. If you trip going out the door you could hit your head on the Cathedral. It’s that close. So convenient and we especially liked the fact it had a garage. It’s a few very narrow streets to get there, but we only took the car out twice during our week’s stay. The host were very responsive.

Overall - we enjoyed our stay at this Seville apartment. We were met at the apartment upon our arrival and received all the information regarding our stay. We had private parking and the location could not have been more centrally located. Great communication by Manuel made for a great experience. I would recommend this apartment 100%!

The location couldn’t have been better and the apartment was lovely- comfortable furnishings and very accessible. I liked the fact that it had an elevator, which I appreciated when transporting luggage. Otherwise, we took the stairs. Our host provided lots of excellent recommendations for us, in terms of places to see, things to do from a local perspective and great places to eat.

The Florentin apartment is perfectly situated to explore Seville by foot. The Cathedral is literally around the corner and the Real Alcazar just over 5 minutes walk away. It is on the first floor and while there is a lift, we were told that it sometimes doesn't work but this wasn't a huge problem as it was just one flight of stairs. There is plenty of space and although it is centrally located, it is generally very quiet. There are plenty of restaurants and bars nearby and the apartment's kitchen allows for eating in if desired. The nearest supermarket is a good 5-10 minute walk away. We utilised the on-site parking on our last day and it was easy to access. Just be aware that the car space is not huge so anything larger than a mid-sized car/suv might have trouble fitting in the space. On a side note, our flight was changed and we didn't arrive until close to midnight. The office couldn't have been more helpful and obliging in arranging an airport transfer and for us to be met by one of their staff when we arrived at the apartment at around 12:35am. Much appreciated! We would happily stay here again if we were visiting Seville.

My husband & I enjoyed living in Sevilla for 5 weeks. The location is the best to explore this lovely city. We visited Granada & Cordoba, too. We love the food, wine, culture, architecture, history, & people of Spain. Preparations for Holy Week started several weeks ago, but we’ll be glad to miss the crowds & gridlock of that time.

We loved this apartment. We were here for 3 weeks and it really felt like home. It is right in the center, close to everything but also was very quiet. You could hear the bells from the cathedral but it was romantic, not loud. The apartment was very comfortable and equipped with everything you need. The beds were comfortable and there were extra blankets in the closet if we wanted. Can't say enough about this lovely place. Thank you for sharing it with us. For future guests, there is a fabulous breakfast and sandwich shop almost out the front door called Filo. Everything we tried there was delicious. HIgh recommendation!

My mom and I loved staying here! The location could not be improved upon — everything we could need or want to explore was within walking distance. The apartment was clean and well decorated, and it was simply a lovely place to spend nearly a week exploring Seville. Great value for the money, and we enjoyed the dining recommendations from our host!

Our host, Manuel was incredibly kind to wait to help us in parking our car at this location. If you are not a very experienced EU driver, I would avoid at all costs driving in this historic section of Seville. By all means, please rent a car after your stay in Seville and not before. You won’t use a rental car while you are staying in Seville anyway. This location is one of the very best in the city!

L'appartement est parfait, la situation parfaite dans Séville centro, l'accueil parfait, l'échange avec Veoapartment avant la location, par téléphone ou par mail, parfait et fiable. L'appartement est très bien équipé en tout. Seul soucis, malgré sa très bonne literie, l'un des petits lits grince trop à chaque mouvement, et la machine expresso ne fonctionne pas. Je viens de le réserver à nouveau pour octobre, j'espère que vous aurez résolu le problème, surtout le lit.

The apartment was nicely furnished, comfortable and quiet. The location was absolutely perfect for exploring Seville and there are some good tapas bars almost at the front door. Having an elevator made it very easy to get our heavy bags to this first floor apartment. The car parking was also very convenient although it is best suited to a small or medium sized car. The bedrooms were comfortable and bathrooms were good although one bathroom was very small. Having a washing machine for our clothes was also an advantage.

Very helpful and responsive, from check in to check out. Apartment was clean and comfortable. We had an issue with the air conditioning that was solved promptly with a single phone call. The beds and linens could have been better, but otherwise we were very happy with the booking and would definitely stay again.
