Los interiores son modernos y luminosos. Colores neutros, solería de piedra y parquet, obras de arte originales y muebles de diseño contemporáneo proporcionan un espacio confortable y acogedor. El apartamento se encuentra en la segunda y tercera plantas de un edificio residencial tranquilo. Con 130m² de vivienda y 100m² de terraza.
En la planta inferior, está la zona de descanso con 3 dormitorios y 2 baños. Dormitorio 1 tiene una cama doble de 1.60x2.10m y cuarto de baño propio. El baño incluye una ducha de techo que simula una agradable sensación de lluvia. El dormitorio 2 tiene una cama doble de 1.40x2.00m y el dormitorio 3 una cama doble de 1.35x1.90m.
En el pasillo, hay un segundo cuarto de baño para los dormitorios 2 y 3. Baño completo con bañera y ducha incorporada.
En la planta superior, está la zona de estar y terraza. Salón amueblado con un sofá, 2 sillas tipo mecedora y una mesa de centro elevable que se puede utilizar como comedor. La cocina está muy bien equipada de todo tipo de utensilios, vajilla y electrodomésticos de alta calidad - horno, lavavajillas y lavadora incluidos.
En esta planta hay un tercer cuarto de baño completo con ducha.
Otras características: TV, internet WIFI gratis y teléfono (ver condiciones). Aire acondicionado centralizado con sistema mixto de refrigeración y calefacción.
El salón abre a la terraza con una piscina privada que se puede utilizar todo el año (no climatizada). Medidas piscina: longitud 5m, ancho 3m, profundidad 1.40m. La terraza está decorada con plantas y muebles de jardín: mesa, sillas, toldo, ducha de exterior y 2 tumbonas - un lugar perfecto para refrescarse en la piscina, tomar el sol y disfrutar de las vistas.
El apartamento está en la segunda y tercera plantas de un edificio residencial tranquilo, sin ascensor. Hay un montacargas disponible para subir y/o bajar maletas.

2- Indique los componentes del grupo y su relación familiar: número de adultos, número de niños y edades.

Our family had a wonderful week in Seville. The apartment was located in a great part of town and it was easy to walk to many areas like the main cathedral. Other days we took transportation which was easy to get as well. The apartment was clean and we really enjoyed the rooftop pool on the hot days. The hosts were communicative and responsive. We would definitely go back!

This was the 2nd time I rented this apartment. Very nice well furnished rooms, spacious kitchen with all equipments available. The terrace is spacious and of course the swimming pool is great! Closeby the Feria fresh market, on walking distance of the city centre and closer by the Alameda de Hercules with a lot of restaurants and bars.

At home the winter was revisiting so we were happy to experience this attractive city and an modern apartment with a favorable location. The check in and out was very smooth. We loved this apartment! It was close and walkable to a lot of great shops, restaurants, and bars. It was also a short walk to major tourist attractions. The apartment was clean and tucked away from all the noise of the city. The check-in was easy and the contact showed us lots of places nearby and information about the apartment. Great communication!

The host was great and always very responsive to all our needs. The location of the apartment was great as well, next to everything you will need. The apartment itself was immaculate. The space within the apartment as well the patio and pool space were immaculate as well.

Staff at Veoapartment was very accommodating w check-in and check-out. Photos and descriptions were accurate even though i didn’t pay enough attention to realize that there was no elevator- my fault lol. Location was great.

We all enjoyed our stay at Relator Apartment, location excellent if you are happy to walk 20-25mins to Cathedral Area and Seville centre. Good bars and restaurants locally. Plunge pool was an excellent bonus as temperatures reached 43 degrees in late afternoon. Excellent bakers open 7 days a week 50 yards up the road. Air condoning very good in the extreme conditions.

The apartment is perfect! We were with 3 people, so each of us had a bathroom and a bedroom for ourselves. Very comfortable rooms and bathrooms. The kitchenis very well equiped, we didn't miss a thing. The terrace is very spacious and the pool was a luxury, which we used every day after dancing flamenco for 3 hours. The building is very quiet, so we slept like a rose. Also the location is perfect: calle Feria is around the corner, where you will find supermarkets and ATM's, the fresh market with vegetables, fish, etc. When you walk to the end of calle Feria, you will find the Metropole Parasol (go up and enjoy the stunning view) within 10-15 minutes, and then continue to the city centre. Also the Alameda de Hércules is very close, with all kinds of restaurants and bars. I have stayed in many apartments of Veoapartment in the past 20 years, which I have had never complaints about. This is the second time I had an apartment with a swimming pool, and it is a luxury! The personal service and contact of the staff of Veoapartments is also something to mention. If there is something broken, like cold water, it will be solved as soon as possible. Next year I will be back!

Lovely apartment, lots of space, very clean. Outside private terrace with pool . Interior decorated with some nice art, kitchen is well equipped. Air conditioning works very well and is a welcome break from the heat on returning from a day walking around the attractions/city. About a 15 minute walk to the centre of the city so well situated. Seville itself is a beautiful city and the accommodation accompanies it perfectly. All of the staff members I dealt with were polite, spoke perfect English and are very accommodating overall. Highly recommended.

We had the most wonderful time in Seville and this apartment made a significant contribution to this. Seville is a beautiful city and there's so much to do but with the heat in August, it was fantastic to have this apartment to return to. The apartment is spacious and tastefully decorated with the essential air conditioning to keep things cool and ensure a good night's sleep. The kitchen is well equipped and we easily cooked a number of meals. Our only gripe would be the small number of glasses but this is a minor point and certainly didn't impact our enjoyment. However where this apartment excels is the outside space - a large roof terrace with dining table and of course the swimming pool. Veoapartments, who manage the apartment, were excellent - they arranged our transfers from and back to the airport. Manuel was waiting for us at the apartment on arrival and made useful recommendations of places/areas/restaurants to visit and they allowed us to leave our luggage at their office on our final day which is a short walk from the apartment. The area in which the apartment is located is mainly residential and there are lots of local restaurants and bars in the area. These were the places where we had the best food at the most reasonable prices. It is an easy 20 minutes walk to the main attractions of Seville (Real Alcazar, the Cathedral, Giralda Tower, etc) and a little further to the Plaza de Espana and Marie Luisa park. All in all we had the best time and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting the city.

We had a fab stay! The apartment has everything you need and the location is perfect The only negative I will say is the lift was out of order, there are plenty of stairs to walk up and down. We had a great stay in this apartment. It's a little bit north of the main attractions but perfectly walkable, about 20 minutes from the cathedral. The apartment is just as pictured, comfortable and quite large. The terrace is fabulous and the pool is essential during Sevilla's hot summer months. We were there in September and used it every day. The master bedroom bed is a bit soft for my back, and the front bedroom is a bit loud if you're not accustomed to city sounds, but overall this is a great apartment for a family or group of friends. Our kids also enjoyed the collection of Spanish and English children's books. And the neighborhood has lots of restaurants, cafes, takeout options and markets for a variety of tasty eating, including places that are open on Sundays. In addition, the veoapartment office is right around the corner in case you need to leave luggage before or after your stay.
