Apartamento de estilo clásico y romántico con 1-dormitorio para 2 personas. Muy céntrico, junto a la iglesia del Salvador, a 5 minutos andando de la catedral de Sevilla.
El propietario es interiorista y al entrar seducen los colores, el mobiliario vintage y obras de arte originales. Suelo de mármol blanco contrasta con paredes pintadas en tonos vivos y paredes empapeladas en dorado.
El salón es amplio y luminoso. Con 3 ventanales y vistas a la iglesia del Salvador. Hay una mesa comedor con sillas (la mesa se compró después de las fotos).
La cocina tiene entrada independiente y está totalmente equipada con los utensilios y electrodomésticos necesarios. Con lavadora y lavavajillas.
El dormitorio está en la parte interior de la casa. Con una cama de matrimonio (1,35 x 1,80 m) y un armario.
Internet wifi de alta velocidad y aire acondicionado centralizado (frío / calor).
Herbolario forma parte de un edificio histórico totalmente reformado. Segunda planta, con ascensor.

El Centro es el núcleo geográfico de la Sevilla histórica. Junto a la impresionante Catedral, el centro empieza en la Plaza de San Francisco, donde se encuentra situado el ayuntamiento, edificio histórico que representa la arquitectura plateresca de Sevilla.
Desde el ayuntamiento llegará directamente a la principal zona comercial entre la Calle Sierpes, Tetuán y Velázquez. Aquí encontrará una gran oferta en tiendas de ropa, artículos de deporte, joyas o moda para la Feria de Abril: mantones, trajes de flamenca, castañuelas, abanicos... El Palacio de la Condesa de Lebrija, ubicado en una de las calles cercanas, destaca por su impresionante colección de mosaicos romanos.
En dirección noroeste se sitúa el Museo de Bellas Artes, segunda pinacoteca de España, después del Museo del Prado de Madrid.

A superb place to stay in central Seville. Could not be better placed. The apartment is as it looks in the pics. The place is quirky, individuallly fitted out, the light fittings are magnificent, wonderful. I loved staying here for my six weeks in Seville, and will surely return

Is echt een fijn appartement. Foto's komen overeen met de werkelijkheid. Vragen via de mail aan Veo (ivm vroege check-in en late check-out) werden snel beantwoord. We hebben genoten van 5 heerlijke dagen in het prachtige Sevilla. Alles (voor ons) prima op loopafstand van alle bezienswaardigheden, winkeltjes, pleintjes, bars, restaurants etc.. Tip restaurant: El Pan Nuestro op pleintje bij appartement. Als je Real Alcazar en de Kathedraal wilt bezoeken: reserveer tijdig (thuis!) je tickets. Bij ons was het weekend al vol en konden we nog op de laatste dag 's middags boeken. Ze zijn zeer streng qua tijdsslot, dus eerder in de rij staan (ook al heb je al je ticket) heeft weinig zin.

Está súper bé ubicado. Fabulosos restaurantes en la puerta y a poca distancia a pie de las principales atracciones. Los visitantes anteriores habían mencionado el «ruido de la calle», pero nuestra experiencia fue que esto se sumó al ambiente del apartamento con un agradable entretenimiento nocturno de guitarristas/cantantes callejeros la mayoría de las noches hasta alrededor de las 22:00. El apartamento está limpio y es cómodo y tiene todos los servicios necesarios, pero parece un poco cansado en comparación con las fotos del sitio web.

It’s right in the heart of all the action and within walking distance to anywhere else that you’d want to go. It is a bit noisy at night because of this so if you’re a light sleeper or you like going to bed early, just keep that in mind. It has incredible views and all the amenities - even a washing machine which was so handy. It was also super clean. Check-in was easy and there’s a guide in the place with instructions for things in the apartment and tips/recommendations within the city. I would definitely book it again!

Appartement très bien situé sur une agréable place au coeur de Séville.Conforme aux photographies, bénéficiant d'une climatisation discrète mais très efficace dans tout l'appartement.Proche de bons restaurants, de commerces de bouche et des rues consacrées au shopping. Idéal pour visiter tout Séville à pied.Extrêmement recommandable .

It requires some upgrades for sure and lacked basic amenities such as toilet paper, hand soap, shower gel / shampoo etc. A bottle of mineral water in the fridge on arrival would have been nice given the price paid for a short stay. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend the apartment to others.

We stayed at this apartment for around five weeks in late winter/early spring. The apartment is dated but quirky, in that, there is a retro vibe to it that we loved. The apartment is as described and accurately portrayed in the photographs. The apartment does need a bit of care to avoid deteriorating and a bit of maintenance such as repairs to ceramics and some other small points. Don’t be put off as the positives outweigh any negatives. The area is buzzing, it is really central, the view from the balcony is beautiful and it feels very safe and secure. It can be a bit noisy unusually as you are on the second floor but we always take earplugs with us which fixes that problem. Sundays in Seville are very quiet and peaceful in contrast to the rest of the week. The bed was very comfortable but queen sized so if you are tall be warned. There are loads of amenities very close to hand on the doorstep. You will want for nothing. We would definitely go back for a long or short stay.

Alles war super, nur Scharfe neue Messer, und noch kleine Töpfe könnten in der Küche sein. Badezimmer braucht eine Renovierung. Sonst war alles in Ordnung. Bett sehr bequem, Wohnzimmer gemütlich.

We had a great stay in Sevilla in this funky, comfortable, perfectly located apartment. Just quiet enough while still hearing the aliveness of the square below. Just a heads up we stayed for 2.5 weeks and we were only given 1 trash bag (no extras) and limited toilet paper and paper towels. Overall would highly recommend.

We loved the apartment. Great location, good restaurants and bars in the area. Very central. Easy walking to al highlights. The apartment was everything we needed and expected. I use veoapartment really often and i love the experience all the time. This apartment is in a perfect region and it is really nice, with lovely furniture. The view is also spetacular and you can see sometimes people going out of the church in a "paso" really traditional in Seville. Had a problem with the wifi, but in less than 24 hours they solved it. There is one lamp that doesn't work, in the hall. The only discomfort is that they give you just two towels (and we were in two people), and one pair of sheets, was difficult to clean and wash, because i didn't have any extra.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Herbolario apartment in Seville. The Veoapartment team were very helpful and responsive during the booking process, accommodating us with our awkward arrival and departure times. The apartment itself is excellent. Very well decorated throughout in a modern style, while still retaining some original features such as the gorgeous shutters on all the windows. We didn't cook in the apartment so I can't comment on that, but we had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. The wifi worked very well, and we could even connect to it from the Bar Europa tables in the plaza below! The situation of the apartment is amazing, right on the Plaza behind the Iglesia del Salvador. The views from the living room across the plaza are great - brilliant for people watching! It is also really close to Plaza Salvador and Plaza Alfalfa for some great bars and tapas! All of the main sights are in easy walking distance. Being right on the plaza, the apartment could get quite noisy on a weekend with the crowds being out late into the night. It was absolutely fine during the week and this was not an issue at all for us, but if you are a very light sleeper you might need earplugs on a Saturday night! Overall we absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend Apartment Herbolario for anyone staying in Seville. Thank you very much to the veoapartment team.

Nuestro tiempo en apartamento Herbolario fue un buen rato, en un sitio perfecto. Hay bastante espacio, la cama es muy comoda, y la cocina tiene todas las necesidades. Solamente hay algunas problemas, como la luz en el techo del cuarto de cama, que no funciona, o la toma electrica suelta en el lado derecho de la cocina, que no es seguro. Aparte de estos, un apartamento muy bueno. Respuesta del propietario: Muchas gracias por su comentario. Nos alegramos de que le haya gustado el apartamento. Ya hemos cambiado la bombilla fundida en el cuarto y reparado la tome eléctrica en la cocina. Saludos. (Aug 2015)

Beautiful comfortable apartment in the best location in Sevilla. Close to everything. Lovely bright living room with view over the plaza which is bustling during the day but very quiet at night. Everything you need is provided. Fast internet connection, but a very temperamental TV - but who needs TV! Definitely recommended for a couple.
