Apartamento de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños con magníficas vistas al río Guadalquivir. Situado en la pintoresca calle Betis de Triana. Otras vistas dan al puente de Triana, la plaza de toros La Maestranza, la Torre del Oro y la Giralda. Capacidad para alojar 4+2 personas.
Los interiores de estilo neoclásico están decorados de forma elegante y moderna. Predominan la solería de mármol blanco y paredes de tono azul claro. Los techos altos dan una sensación de confort y espacio.
El salón-comedor tiene dos grandes ventanales con bonitas vistas al río. Equipado con 2 sofás, mesa de centro, mesa comedor y sillas. La cocina está bien equipada con horno, lavavajillas y lavadora incluidos.
Dormitorio principal con cama de matrimonio y armario. Un amplio ventanal de doble acristalamiento reduce los ruidos exteriores mientras disfruta de las vistas al río. El segundo dormitorio da al patio interior de la casa. Tiene 2 camas individuales y un mueble-litera plegable con 2 camas más. Cuarto de baño privado con bañera.
Hay un segundo cuarto de baño disponible con bañera.
Betis Triana se encuentra en la segunda planta de un edificio recién reformado, con ascensor. El apartamento ofrece acabados de alta calidad y vistas únicas: el río Guadalquivir aparece como una extensión del salón.

En Triana, tradicionalmente el barrio de pescadores, marineros y artesanos, se saborea la auténtica cultura andaluza. Aquí están situados los famosos talleres de cerámica y alfarerías de Sevilla y es una de las cunas más importantes del arte flamenco.
A orillas del río se encuentra la pintoresca calle Betis, con unas magníficas vistas sobre el río y el casco antiguo, tanto de día como de noche. En la calle Betis encontrará una amplia oferta de bares, restaurantes y discotecas. Junto al puente de Triana se sitúa su antiguo mercado de abastos, construido hace 150 años sobre las ruinas del Castillo de San Jorge, convertido recientemente en museo de la Inquisición.

The appartment is well located and it has a great view. It's a very active area so you can expect some noise during the nights but it didn't prevented us from resting.

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment. It was perfect and beautiful! We had everything we needed, and felt so at home. We are very grateful to Veo Apartments for this truly wonderful experience! The location is fabulous, right on the Guadalquiver with views across the river of the Giralda of the Cathedral of Seville, La Torre del Oro, and much, much more! We loved the Triana district! So many exciting things and places right at our fingertips!! Also, when I emailed Veo beforehand, Joao and Manuel were very prompt to respond and answer our questions! We are grateful for that as well. Manuel met us at the apartment at the appointed time, and spent time with us showing us everything we needed to know about the apartment for our stay! This apartment is in a superb location overlooking the river and close to the sights of Seville but in the heart of Triana. The living area is spacious and perfect for entertaining.

Charming flat in a great location. The large windows in the living room and bedroom have an amazing view of the river and Seville. Calle Betis is busy, but not too busy, we enjoyed watching the activity on the street and the river. Master bedroom is nice, again, love the view. Plenty of storage. 2nd bedroom is appropriate for children, my 18 yo daughter preferred the couch. Kitchen is nice and well supplied. We were without elevator and wifi for most of our stay. Nobody at fault, but inconvenient, those amenities would have been nice. There is a bad smell in the courtyard of the building. We did not notice the odor in the unit, but when you first walk into the building, the odor is very noticeable. We enjoyed our stay, we would stay there again. Hosts were responsive and kind.

Beautiful older Spanish style flat in Triana which is incredibly charming neighborhood! Views of the river and Sevilla are amazing! AC was great during the very hot month we were there! Walked everywhere!!Would stay again! Management team, specifically Manuel, was responsive and kind. Personal greeting was lovely! Gracias! Flat could use a deep clean and some fresh linens that coordinate with the old world aesthetic that the flat has. It is clear it was once very loved but has had a bit of wear and tear. Still highly recommend this flat for all the romantics out there that want to gaze out at the river and bridges and Sevilla and play house in a magical location!! P.S. Take earplugs as the master bedroom faces Calle Betis which is alive all night long with the sounds of laughter and song!

Right in the middle of the Triana area and east walk to the centre Flat is traditional with stunning views of the river and right in the heart of Seville Excellent aircon and very comfortable sleep for 5 Loved it and would highly recommend They kindly delayed cleaning until tmr so that we could leave our bags in the flat as our flight home was 22:00 That helped a lot Jim and Charlotte

We love Sevilla and have stayed in several apartments, but the Bétis building is our favorite location. The neighbourhood is interesting, there's an excellent market two minutes away, and the river view from the apartment is unbeatable. It's also close to the only truly good bakery we have ever found in Sevilla (at 5 Pureza).

Amazing view! If you love to sit in a romantic window and gaze at the river and people watch, this is your place. Gorgeous at night time. A little noisy at night, but besides that a wonderful place to stay. If you like Flamenco, there is even a neighborhood Tablao right below and next to the apartment. The market of Triana is also a fabulous place to get some super fresh ingredients. Loved this apartment.

The parking garage and the fresh market close by is a plus. All the major sight seeing areas are within walking distance. The night life on Friday and Saturday nights down on the street can be rather noisy though and it goes on until 4:00am.

We have stayed as 4 adults in the first week of April and Sevilla was unusually cool and there was heavy rain for some days. But we enjoyed a lot staying in this apartment because we have really the best view of Sevilla and all the marvelous smell of azahares (orange flower) were in our apartment. There are also radiators in all the rooms. We have been visiting Sevilla almost each year since 2005 and this year the city was extraordinary crowded so we were pleased to stay hear; Triana is a great place for having excellent mariscos and other delicious tapas. We love to stay again in the same apartment.

Yo he estado muy a gusto, por mi trabajo tenia la ubicación ideal, y la casa es super bonita. Muy luminosa, muy limpia, y con todo lo necesario. La vista es le mejor de Sevilla. La atención de las chicas encargadas es super excelente. Siempre amables, siempre atentas.

This is our second stay in a couple of years. Last time for 3 months this time just a month. The location and view is magnificent. Away from the tourist area but it is within easy walking distance. Near restaurants and shops and surrounded by flamenci.

We had a great stay in the Betis 3 appartment. The communication before and during our stay was impeccable. We received a very warm welcome and a perfect explanation by Lola. The appartment is exactly like the pictures show. Very cosy, clean and big. All ustencils for cooking were present. Lola provided us with extra coffee cups since that was the only thing missing. Our entire family really enjoyed our stay in Seville. The location couldn't have been better! (be prepared for some noise at night, but it adds to the charm of the place) Ps: Lola, as I said: you're the best! :)

Éramos un grupo de 7 amigas y a todas nos encantó, las camas muy cómodas, el salón muy amplio y todo bastante limpio y bien cuidado, la ubicación y las vistas perfectas. Además el trato con Lola fue muy bueno y el precio bastante asequible. Sin duda repetiríamos en otra ocasión!

The appartment is situated perfect, close to everything. Fine equipped. Although 2 wineglasses for 3 people is not very much, as there is a dishwasher. The dishwasher was provided with pills to wash, but not any salt or softener - as it needed. Small things, but nevertheless it would be nice, if it was there.

El apartamento es precioso, de diseño. Estaba todo muy limpio y con muebles de muy buena calidad. Las camas muy cómodas incluso el sofá-cama. Vistas preciosas. Muy bien equipado de todo, no echamos en falta nada. Totalmente recomendable 100%. Estuvimos un grupo de 14 personas y alquilamos 2 apartamentos.

Apartamento muy bien equipado, incluso para estancias largas (nosotros estuvimos un mes), muy muy amplio y con unas vistas inmejorables. La plaza de garaje adicional es un lujo en esa zona y queda muy cerca del apartamento. Es verdad que los fines de semana por la noche se oye un poco el ruido de la calle pero puede soportarse y en la habitación del fondo no se oye nada. El servicio fue tambien muy bueno. La lavadora parecía estar estropeada y vinieron en seguida a explicarnos cómo funcionaba. En resumen: el apartamento es totalmente recomendable.

Appréciations positive. Appartement propre et spacieux. Manque un canapé lit dans le salon pour permettre a 6 adultes de pouvoir y dormir. Un double vitrage des fenetres serait appréciable. L'appartement était propre, bien equipé, situe dans un endroit magnifique avec un vue très belle. Le gout de propriètaire est très class. Facilité de arriver aux endroits plus historiques et touristiques. Accueil de l'agent que nous avons rencontré était très sympa, et respectieux. Merci bcp
