Apartamento completamente nuevo con un cómodo dormitorio con dos camas individuales juntas y un armario empotrado. Un ventanal hace del apartamento un espacio luminoso y aireado.
El salón, con sofá y mesa de comedor, dispone de una pequeña cocina totalmente equipada. Baño completo con plato de ducha. Televisor de pantalla plana y acceso a internet vía Wi-Fi.
El edificio está compuesto por 5 apartamentos vacacionales en una casa recién renovada. Los interiores tienen todos una decoración sencilla de estilo clásico-contemporáneo.
La ubicación central de la calle Feria, junto a la Alameda de Hércules, y sólo a 15 minutos a pie de la Catedral, hacen de este apartamento un excelente punto de partida para explorar la ciudad de Sevilla.

Macarena es un barrio tradicional lleno de actividad local y colorido, situado al norte del casco antiguo de Sevilla.
Parcialmente delimitado por las antiguas murallas de defensa de la ciudad, Macarena es un barrio marcado por el carácter dinámico y trabajador de sus residentes.
En la emblemática calle Feria se encuentra su conocido mercado de abastos y su mercadillo de "El Jueves", donde se vende una gran variedad de antigüedades y objetos de segunda mano.
Dirigiéndose al oeste, llegará enseguida a la Alameda de Hércules, una amplia plaza recién remodelada rodeada de bares de tapas, restaurantes, cafeterías y pubs.
En dirección norte encontrará el Arco de la Macarena, la antigua muralla de defensa y la Basílica de la Macarena, sede de una de las hermandades de Semana Santa de Sevilla más renombrada.

Fijn verblijf hier gehad (3 nachten). Het appartement is ruim en schoon en heeft een fijne douche. Ook het bed was ruim voor 2 personen en lag goed. Ik zou hier zo nog een keer naartoe gaan. Tot slot een vriendelijke en behulpzame host. We konden bij uitchecken de koffers laten staan en hij gaf ons een tip voor het parkeren (parking Imagen, 22 euro per dag).

We had a lovely stay in the apartment. It is well equipped with everything we needed and is close to some great bars and restaurants. The must-see sights of Seville are within walking distance, although there is plenty of public transport as well. Communication was fantastic and Manuel was very helpful in keeping our bags downstairs for us after we checked out. Would thoroughly recommend.

I had a wonderful week at the apartment in Sevilla! Perfect place for a visit, close to a lot of bars, restaurants (yet calm!), the mercado de Feria and in walking distance of all the important sights. I also worked for 2 days from the flat which worked totally fine! I would definitely stay there again!

Nice flat, reasonably spacious for a 1 bedroom apartment. Area could be a little noisy late at night, due to nearby bars. Also early morning refuse collections at 4am. Something to bear in mind if a light sleeper. It is quite a vibrant neighbourhood and felt safe to walk around at night. Couldn't fault Markus and the Veoapartment staff who were friendly and even let me check in early, which was good as I arrived in Seville early morning.

Die Unterkunft liegt in einem der schönsten Viertel und ist gut zu erreichen. Leider ist die Straße sehr laut (vor allem nachts, es klang so als würden die Glascontainer auf der anderen Straßenseite nachts geleert werden) und die Fenster isolieren nicht wirklich gut. Die AC im Schlafzimmer hat außerdem nicht so gut runter gekühlt. Alles in Allem ist es aber ein sehr gutes Preisleistungsverhältnis und bei kurzem Aufenthalt eine praktische Unterkunft. Das Bett war sehr bequem, es war super sauber und der Service von veoapartments sehr gut. Wir konnten direkt einchecken und vor Abreise die Koffer noch im Büro stehen lassen. Vielen Dank dafür!

The perfect location for our needs, just down from the Feria market and a short walk to the Alameda, the centre, or to Resolana for the bus. Nice modern clean apartment and the beds were so comfortable. One of two air conditioners wasn't working when we arrived and they took care of it right away. We've stayed in many apartments in Seville over the years and were super happy with our stay here.

We really enjoyed our stay at Veoapartment! The location is excellent, a lot of supermarkets, restaurants and bars nearby and only a 10 min walk to the city center. Very friendly and helpful hosts and the apartment itself had everything we needed for a short stay.

Das Appartement ist super am Rande der Innenstadt gelegen und hat alles um sich selbst zu versorgen, was aber schwer fällt, da überall jede Menge Tapas Bars und Cafés in der Gegend sind

Pasé en este apartamento casi tres semanas y la verdad es que lo pasé muy bien :) Me gustó mucho el apartamento y también el barrio, que es tranquilo pero con muchos bares y cerca de la Alameda de Hércules. Hay espacio para trabajar, y la wifi funcionó muy bien. También la cama fue suficiente cómoda y además todo estaba muy limpio. La cocina tiene lo básico para prepar comida fácil. La gente de veoapartments fue muy simpática y no tuve ningún problema. Lo recomiendo 100 por 100. :)

Appartement propre, agréable et bien insonorisé. La décoration est simple et moderne. La literie est de bonne qualité. La chambre donne sur une rue qui peut être bruyante à certaines heures matinales. Ce n'est pas infernal non plus.

Estudio prácticamente nuevo y dotado con todo lo necesario para hacer la estancia lo más cómoda posible: aire acondicionado, baño completo, cocina... Se localiza en el centro histórico de la ciudad, a menos de 20 minutos de la catedral y cerca del resto del conjunto monumental de la ciudad. En la misma puerta existe una parada de autobús para moverse fácilmente.

I am happy with the accommodation as well as the transport service (Naturanda) that the veoapartment provided. I sure am going to use veoapartment the next time I come back to Seville. I already recommended it to some friends who are planning to visit. The only thing that was not to our liking is the television because my husband who has the habit of watching the news on tv every morning & evening was not very happy because all the channels were Spanish-speaking.

We were very pleased with our stay at Feria 2A. The location is very central to everything - shops, cafes, tapas bars, markets, convenience stores, Alameda, etc, etc. Access by taxi was surprisingly simple too. And waking to the aroma of freshly baked pastry from the bakery below was wonderful. The apartment was sufficiently equipped to handle basic meals, although we had little need. After moving about Andalucia we found the washing machine & iron handy too. All staff were very friendly, kind and accommodating to our needs. Would happily book again, thank you.

j'ai été ravi par cet appartement ainsi que du travail de la réception ,l'appartement est très propre avec une cuisine équipée (manque de grille pain ) cependant un peu loin du parking concordia qui a été réservé rapidement par l’équipe de la réception ; un peu de bruit la nuit causée par des gents de la rue surtout le weekend ; un bravo à la charmante sara et marie ; merci

L’appartement Feria était très confortable et parfait pour un couple. Nous y avons passé 5 nuits. Situé près de l’Alameda de Hercules, l’appartement jouit d’une localisation très intéressante. Le soir, le quartier est très animé et on y trouve facilement un endroit où manger ou prendre un verre. La foule est jeune, dynamique et branchée. Pour ce qui est de l’appartement, nous avions accès à une laveuse, du savon à lessive et des séchoirs pour les vêtements, à disposer dans notre appartement. Le lit était très confortable. La salle-de-bain est moderne et très propre. Bien insonorisé, nous n’avons pas entendu nos voisins pendant toute la durée du séjour. Markus, le propriétaire, était facilement accessible (les bureaux sont situés au rez-de-chaussée du bloc appartement), quoique nous avons davantage gérer notre réservation avec une autre employée de VEO qui parlait très bien français. Elle nous a d’ailleurs suggéré un petit restaurant sans prétention que nous avons vraiment apprécié. Suggestion : mettre un grille-pain à la disposition des clients. Nous avions un petit four qui répondait à ce besoin, mais le résultat était un peu décevant et il fallait près de 8 minutes pour obtenir quelques petites tranches de pain grillées. De plus, il serait bien d’avoir un petit mode d’emploi pour le four. Peut-être est-ce parce que nous sommes nord-américains, mais nous n’avions jamais utilisé un appareil similaire (à la fois four et micro-ondes).

Good from start to end. Most have been said. Their office is on the ground floor, easy if you have any questions, not that they left us with many. Very helpfull, they speak very good English. Comfortable beds, good shower, all the basics you need in the apartment and in the neigbourhood, last wich we loved.

L'appartement est clair, propre et bien situé. Tous les commerces nécessaires sont à proximité et l'hyper centre est accessible facilement à pieds. Les bureaux de Veoapartment sont mitoyens en rez de chaussée ce qui facilite le contact (d'ailleurs très bon) à l'arrivée et au départ. Il ne manque rien dans l'appartement (il y a même quelques ingrédients pour cuisiner un minimum, ce qui est bien appréciable quand on ne reste que quelques jours). La Wifi fonctionne très bien. Si je reviens à Séville, je retournerai dans cet appartement.

We stayed for a long weekend and the location was perfect for us. We really loved the restaurants, bars and cafes that were close by - and also the great Feria market. It was also easily accessible from Sevilla Sta Justa railway station - our arrival point. We prefer apartments to hotels because you have more space and the option to self-cater if you want. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay - and the check-in process was very easy.

L'appartement était très propre. Très bien conçu pour 2. Il y a des petits plus qui ne sont pas négligeables (papier toilette, sel, poivre, huile, vinaigre...). Un seul bémol, le bruit de la rue la nuit (isolation des fenêtres insuffisante). Nous avons pris le transfert de l'aéroport jusqu'à l'appartement et avons vraiment apprécié. La personne qui nous a transféré nous a pris à l'aéroport, nous a emmené directement à l'appartement et a contacté Markus pour que nous ayons les clés en arrivant. Markus nous attendait, quel confort ! Markus nous a très bien accueilli. Nous ne parlions pas bien ni espagnol ni anglais mais celui-ci essayait quand même de nous apporter des informations (restaurants, situation de l'appartement par rapport au Centre Ville...). L'appartement est bien situé et proche des restaurants, cafés ... Le Centre ville est à 20 mn à pieds (Cathédrale...). Nous sommes très contentes de notre séjour.

We have been impressed from start to finish - the booking on line was easy and efficient, we took a taxi from the airport and the transfer was quick and cost 30 Euros. To get back we walked to the train station and got a bus for just 4 Euros per person and that took only 20 mins. The apartment was lovley and clean and bright, simple furnishings, tasteful and all that we needed was there. Bring ear plugs if street noises at night effect you but it is fine and only what you would expect in this location. Great location - can walk to all the sights in the old city centre easily - less than half an hour to the Alcaza Palace. Locally great Tapas Bars in Hercules Plaza, food market right next door, street market on Thursday, lovely churches, cobbled streets and fantastic architecture. We loved it all! Veoapartment team were very welcoming, friendly and helpful.

Appartement très confortable et propre dans un quartier agréable a proximité des restaurants sympas, du marché. A 15 min de la plaça nueva. L'équipe de veoapartment est très disponible et nous a fourni de bons conseils pour les adresses de resto et une aide précieuse pour trouver un taxi dans la période de la semaine sainte.

It was a good choice - Macarena district is less touristic, and therefore nicer to live. Small bars everywhere, where you can get a great coffe and snacs on all times. Many tapas bars, you can reach within 5 minutes walk. Clean, nice appartment. The only mistake we have done - we travelled by car. If you visit Sevilla, than just forget about it. Veoapartment make it easy to find a cheap parking, but still, without car is much better.
