Apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It is centrally located on Av. Menéndez Pelayo, on the edge of the Jewish Quarter, just opposite to the Murillo Gardens. The Cathedral is only 10 minutes' walk away - making it a great starting point to explore the city of Seville. Suitable for up to 4 guests.
The interiors are of exceptional quality and finish and are decorated in an uncluttered, contemporary style. There is central air conditioning with cooling and heating, wooden flooring and double-glazed windows. High speed fiber optic internet connection is included.
The living room is furnished with a sofa, 2 armchairs, central table and TV. Dining table with 4 chairs. The kitchen forms part of the living area and is fully equipped with all main utensils and appliances: oven and dishwasher included. The washing machine is inside one of the bathrooms.
Bedroom 1 has twin beds (90x190cm) and a fitted wardrobe. En-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, washbasin, bidet and WC. Bedroom 2 also has twin beds (90x190cm) and a fitted wardrobe.
Next to bedroom 2, is the second bathroom with a walk-in shower, washbasin and WC. The washing machine is stored underneath the washbasin.
The apartment is on the first floor of a residential building fully renovated in 2019, with elevator. A total of four balconies face the Av. Menéndez Pelayo. It a busy avenue but the apartment provides good insulation and noise reduction. Across the avenue are the Murillo Gardens, one of the most beautiful parks in Seville.

Santa Cruz est un des quartiers les plus charmants et colorés de Séville. Il est délimité par la cathédrale et les murs arabes du palais de l´Alcazar, résidence royale et exemple superbe d´architecture mudéjar.

It was a well stocked apartment. Location was awesome. The washer worked great. elevator. Air conditioner worked well. It was very clean and the beds a bit hard but that be a Spain thing. The master bedroom is beside a busy road but we had earplugs so no problem. The other bedroom had no road noise. The only problem is we lost our wifi for a day and half and nobody responded until the next day when were leaving. So kinda tough not having it when you rely on it. We would stay here again. Loved it

Apartment is in a great location and directly across a street from a public garden. Close to shopping area with restaurants. The apartment is very clean and well supplied. The owners were great to work with. They met me at the apartment after we established an arrival time to hand off the keys.

Superbe appartement à Séville, spacieux et proche de l'Alcazar et centre historique. Il y a eu un peu d'attente pour rentrer dans l'appartement (un peu dur, car il faisait très chaud, mais la clim marchait déjà une fois à l'intérieur). Hôte réactif et très sympathique. Je recommande vivement pour un groupe de 4 personnes.

C'était notre deuxième séjour dans cet appartement et nous avons de nouveau été ravies par la qualité du logement et son emplacement. L'artère en façade reste bruyante mais le trafic s'atténue en fin de soirée.

Well located, clean, modern, safe apartment in the heart of Sevilla. Very nice for a family. The unit is located on Avenida Menéndez de Pelayo so there a bit of street noise is audible. That said, location outweighs noise concerns and would highly recommend it.

We werden ontvangen door een zeer vriendelijke collega van Marcus. Die ons zeer uitgebreid vertelde over het appartement. Alles was nog mooier dan op de foto’s. En zeer compleet aangekleed. Was echt een ‘thuis’ . De stad Sevilla was ook geweldig. En we komen zeker terug naar dit appartement. Zo mooi en zeer goed bereikbaar voor alle mooie highligts!

Awesome place to stay in Seville! Great location to get to all major sites. Very clean and nicely kept place. Wi-Fi and AC worked really well. Kitchen was very well equipped. Apartment only has a washer, no dryer so you have to air dry clothes. Place looks exactly like pictured in the listing. We stay for 5 days and only problem we had was that there was only 1 towel provided for each person for 5 days. Since there was no dryer the clothes take couple days to air dry. You don’t have extras to use. We have to purchase our own while waiting for the towels to dry. Would suggest to provide at least 2 sets of towels for each person if stay is more than 2 days. Location couldn’t be better as it was close to great restaurants and groceries were close by. We were able to just walk to all the main areas. Was great being close to the main part of the city! Apartment was on a busy main road but when you close the doors you don’t hear any noise in the rooms or inside the apartment. Great place to stay while visiting Seville!
