La maison est organisée sur 3 niveaux et bénéficie d'un ascenseur privé. 155m2 intérieurs + 57 m2 de terrasse.
La pièce à vivre est meublée avec 2 grands canapés, un fauteuil, une table basse, une table à manger avec 6 chaises, et une TV. Deux fenêtres ouvrent sur la rue Zaragoza. La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec four, lave-vaisselle, lave-linge et micro-ondes.
3 chambres : Chambre 1 avec lit double (180 x 200 cm). Chambre 2 et chambre 3 avec lits séparés (90 x 190 cm). Deux lits supplémentaires sont disponibles dans la chambre 3 afin de porter la capacité à 8 personnes.

La maison possède une terrasse privée sur 2 étages. La terrasse inférieure (au 3e étage de la maison) est équipée et décorée avec une table à manger, un auvent et des plantes. La terrasse supérieure offre une vue exceptionnelle sur la Cathédrale. Elle est aménagée avec des chaises longues - idéal pour prendre un bain de soleil ou profiter du doux air sévillan à la tombée de la nuit.

El Centro se trouve au coeur du centre historique de Séville. Il commence au niveau de la Plaza del Duque de la Victoria, en passant par la Plaza de San Francisco, puis la Plaza Nueva où se situe l'Hôtel de Ville - bâtiment historique à l´architecture remarquable -, jusqu'à la Cathédrale.
À côté de l´Hôtel de Ville se trouve la zone commerciale la plus importante de la ville, qui comprend les rues Sierpes, Tetuán et Velázquez. Vous y trouverez un grand choix de magasins de vêtements, d'articles de sport, de bijoux ou d'articles pour la Feria de Abril: châles, robes de flamenco, castagnettes et éventails. Vous pourrez aussi y découvrir le Palais de la comtesse de Lébrija, réputé pour sa collection de mosaïques romaines.

We really loved our stay here! I wasn’t really sure what I had booked until we got there. It is a three story house with a small elevator and stairs connecting the different floors. The entryway is on the first floor. You have to unlock the front door, and then unlock a separate metal door once inside. On the second floor there are two bedrooms and a full bathroom. On the third floor you will find the kitchen, the main living area and a bathroom with a shower. On the third floor you will find the third bedroom and a bathroom with a shower. Also on the third floor there is access to a private patio with a table and chairs. From the patio, you can go up another set of stairs to reach the rooftop deck. This is by far the best part of the place. You have an incredible view of the cathedral and the rest of the city. It is especially amazing at night. Highly recommend!

Wonderful property! From the convenience of the elevator to the incredible rooftop view, this place is top notch. We stayed during Semana Santa and we were able to see several processions right from the balcony, it was amazing! Location is within walking distance to all kinds of restaurants and shops, including a small grocery store just down the road, very convenient. 10/10 would recommend this property, you won't be disappointed!

We had a lovely stay in the apartment as a family of 4 (2 adults, 2 children) and both sets of grandparents. There was plenty of space to spread out between the living room and two terraces. The multiple bathrooms with showers were great too. The locations is really great. Walking distance to everything and there’s a square a 5 second walk which is beautiful all day and evening. Children playing after school right into the night. Restaurants in the area but not right outside the door. The view of the cathedral is brilliant. We had some queries which were resolved very quickly. We were greeted by the host who showed us around and was really useful. The express supermarket is near enough outside the door, very convenient. There is a coffee shop which acts as a tiny bar in the evenings so there was some noise of people on Friday / Saturday night. It didn’t keep us up but if you are a light sleeper then you may want ear plugs. AC was good. water pressure great. Would stay again!

We spent 9 nights visiting our study abroad student; it worked out very well having enough space to be together without being on top of each other. The two bedrooms on Floor 1 were well protected from the noise of the nighttime (weekend) revelry; the one on Floor 3 was a little louder. It was easy to feel at home and, as the other reviewers have stated, I can't imagine a better location. It was easy to "run back home" during the days of sightseeing. Other than day trips outside the city, we were easily able to get around the city by walking. While it is not a cheap stay, we would have needed two hotel rooms and having the kitchen meant fewer meals out. So, in the end, I think the price was quite good. Mornings on the terrace were lovely. All in all, we felt like we were treating ourselves to a luxury stay even though we saved money by choosing Zaragoza terrace. We would highly recommend.

Great spot in Seville. Right in the center of town with lots of bars, restaurants and shopping right outside your door. Groceries, cafes and everything you could need. Cute home with a few quirks but the management team does a lot to help. Amazing outdoor spaces with beautiful views.

You cannot go wrong with this property! It's only 2 blocks from the Historic City Center and a block from the Plaza Nueva (main square) where you can catch a taxi or the street car. It is also a block away from the main shopping district and a short 5 min walk to the Cathedral. The property itself is very comfortable if you respect your privacy or travel with children and want to get away from them for a while. It has several levels with the main level kitchen, living and dining room on one and the bedrooms on another. There is also an elevator if you don't care to climb up the stairs. There is a supermarket half a block away and a larger one within a 5 min walk distance. Plenty of local restaurants and well known American fast food chains are also within a 5 min walk. I would definitely stay at this property again if I returned to Seville. I traveled in July with my 7 year old twins and their nanny.

This apartment is so central to Seville's main attractions, it was a perfect location for our visit there. We loved the way that we had so many fine places to eat and all of them pretty much on our doorstep. The apartment is very well equipped....a teapot would have been nice!! We loved the quirky layout and there was great privacy for our adult family. The terrace at night time gave us lots of opportunity to photograph the floodlit cathedral.

Das Appartement "Zaragoza Terrasse" entsprach in jeder Hinsicht unseren Erwartungen. Seit weit über zwanzig Jahren verbringen wir unsere Ferien ausschließlich in Ferienwohnungen oder Ferienhäusern, haben uns jedoch nur selten spontan so wohl gefühlt wie dort. Die Größe der einzelnen Räume läßt sich schon im Voraus anhand des Grundrisses gut feststellen. Altes wurde in dem vollständig sanierten Haus aus dem Jahr 1905 erhalten und mit Neuem behutsam kombiniert. Von Kleinigkeiten abgesehen ist die Ausstattung sehr geschmackvoll, praktisch, vollständig und in gutem Zustand. Auch in der Küche findet sich alles Wichtige - es macht Spaß, dort zu kochen. Wenn sich noch das kleine Schlafzimmer im ersten Stock mit einer Klimaanlage ausstatten ließe, wäre alles perfekt. Ergebnis: Eine ideale Unterkunft für Freunde von Kultur, Kunst, Begegnungen und Kulinarik!

Une belle maison sévillane, très bien situé, dans une rue passante mais pas trop grande. Beaucoup de restaurant et de commerce à proximité, Plaza Nueva a 2 pas, arrivée du tram dans la rue à côté. Bon équipemenent et terasse pour manger très agréable. Terrasse sur le toit inutilisable en journée, beaucoup trop chaud !

My husband and our three daughters, all in their early 20's, spent eight nights at this apartment. It worked real well for us. The location is wonderful, so close to the cathedral, the Alcazar, many restaurants and tapas bars. We walked everyplace. There is a taxi stand right around the corner, and that came in handy for going to the airport. Our only complaint is the lack of privacy in the master bedroom. The room has glass French doors with two little curtains on them. The fan blows the curtains around, so the room was a bit of a fishbowl. Proper curtains or shutters would be a big improvement. There is a small supermarket across the street about 1/2 block away. This was very handy.

The Zaragoza Terrace is optimal for a vaccation in Seville: The location just couldn't be better! All the places of interest in walking distance, a neighborhood with a friendly and lively atmosphere, lots of restaurants and bars, but not a lot of noise. The townhouse is of high standard with the terrace(s) as icing on the cake! The three floors were perfect for a family with two teenage daugthers. All contact and communication with Veoapartment was professional and efficient.
