Appartement de 2 chambres, pour 4 personnes. Situé dans le quartier El Arenal, à seulement 5 minutes à pied de la Cathédrale.
Chambre principale avec 2 lits individuels (200x80 cm) et une grande armoire. Seconde chambre avec 2 lits individuels (190x90 cm).
Un couloir mène à la salle de bains - avec lavabo, WC, bidet et douche.
Petit salon avec TV, canapé et fauteuil. Il y a une table à manger extensible. Juste à côté se trouve la cuisine bien équipée.
Sols en marbre, climatisation réversible (chaud/froid), et accès gratuit à Internet en Wi-Fi.
L'appartement est situé dans une ruelle tranquille, sans circulation, à côté de la rue Zaragoza. Premier étage, sans ascenseur.

El Centro se trouve au coeur du centre historique de Séville. Il commence au niveau de la Plaza del Duque de la Victoria, en passant par la Plaza de San Francisco, puis la Plaza Nueva où se situe l'Hôtel de Ville - bâtiment historique à l´architecture remarquable -, jusqu'à la Cathédrale.
À côté de l´Hôtel de Ville se trouve la zone commerciale la plus importante de la ville, qui comprend les rues Sierpes, Tetuán et Velázquez. Vous y trouverez un grand choix de magasins de vêtements, d'articles de sport, de bijoux ou d'articles pour la Feria de Abril: châles, robes de flamenco, castagnettes et éventails. Vous pourrez aussi y découvrir le Palais de la comtesse de Lébrija, réputé pour sa collection de mosaïques romaines.
Dans la partie nord-ouest vous trouverez le Musée des Beaux Arts, la seconde collection la plus importante d'Espagne après le Musée du Prado à Madrid.

If you intend to rent the apartment mainly to spend the night and take your breakfast, this is a very good pick. It is very well located in the city center and very quiet for a good night rest. The living room is small but good enough for the morning coffee/breakfast. Very clean and decoration of very good taste

I stayed in this apartment for 6 weeks and it was perfect for 1-3 persons. In my opinion it might feel cramped for 4 adults needing a long term rental. It is a 5-15 minute walk to every major attraction. The beds are comfortable. It's quiet and clean. There is a small kitchen which is adequate for meal preparation. The shower was great with an abundance of hot water. The washing machine is a huge bonus. This was by far the nicest apartment that I have rented in Europe. The staff at Veo are responsive via email and in person. I speak very little Spanish and it was never a problem. I will definitely return and I will use Veo without question.

Myself and my 2 friends had a great stay at the apartment. It is quite compact so might not suit a family but ideal as a base for a group of friends. The kitchenette and living room is quite small but adequate with a small balcony off the living area. The shower is great, beds were comfy. You will not hear any noise in the back bedroom however you will hear some noise in the front bedroom that faces the street. We were there for Feria so a lot of people coming and going may be quieter other times of the year. The apartment is very central, just off a main street and about 10 mins walk to the Cathedral and Castle and the main shopping streets. Seville is a lovely city with great restaurants and lovely Spanish squares and very friendly people. Would definitely recommend a trip.

Apartamento pequeño pero muy bien aprovechado, perfectamente equipado y con todas las comodidades para pasar unos dÃas en Semana Santa. Lo mejor su ubicación, en pleno centro de Sevilla, lo que permite olvidarte del coche y acceder a cualquier punto dando un pequeño paseo. Zona tranquila.

Perfect location, though quite noisy during Holy Week (not a problem for us). The vendor spoke no English but again this was not a problem for us and we don't expect everyone to speak English! We really enjoyed our stay but found the beds very uncomfortable and the wifi stopped working for the final two days. Owner's reply: Holy Week is a very popular event in Seville, therefore the historical center is busier as usual and can be noisy. For any problem or question on arrival or during your stay, note that veoapartment team is available 7 days a week by email or telephone (they speak English). Bed comfort is something very personal but we are going to check them anyway. Thanks for your comments and suggestions. We hope to see you soon again in Seville. Atentamente. (Javier, Apr 2015)
