House with 1 bedroom overlooking the Alhambra, and private terrace. Located in the lower part of the Albaicin quarter on San Juan de los Reyes street, a 5 minute walk from Plaza Nueva – Granada’s main central square. Suitable for 2+2 guests.
The apartment is distributed over two levels, where modern elements combine with the rustic effect of the wooden ceilings. With original artwork, wooden flooring, free WIFI internet, heating for the winter and fans for summer.
On the lower level (1st floor) is the living-dining room, which gives access to a small private terrace (without views). Outdoor furniture includes a table, chairs and a parasol. Inside, the living area has a sofa-bed, coffee table and TV. Dining table with 4 chairs.
The kitchen forms is partially separated from the living room by a large breakfast bar. Kitchen equipped with all main utensils and appliances for self-catering – with washing machine.
On the upper level (2nd floor) is the bedroom with twin beds and en-suite bathroom with shower. A large window offers straight open views of the Alhambra.

Location difficult to beat, looking straight across to the magnificent Alhambra, in the ancient fortified Albaicin area of Granada. The apartment was comfortable, had all the services and fittings necessary, and an excellent (free) wifi. The apartment owner was extremely helpful and provided lots of useful information for our stay.

Appartement très bien situé dans l'Albaycin avec superbe vue sur l'Alhambra, à 5 minutes de marche de la Plaza Nueva et de la Cathédrale. Grande terrasse très appréciée. Accueil chaleureux d'Antonio qui nous a fourni de judicieux conseils et informations pertinentes.

We had a lovely time in this apartment. Our host, Antonio was very helpful and saw to it that we had everything that we needed, including lots of information about Granada. It was in a very good location, between the city centre and El Albaicin. We would definitely stay there again.
