Apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, for up to 4 people. Located in the Triana neighbourhood of Seville, at 15 minutes walk from the historical centre. There are markets, shops, cafes, bars, restaurants, squares, churches - all within minutes of walking distance.
There is a comfortable sitting area with a balcony facing Olivares street. Furnishes include 2 sofas, armchair, coffee table and dining table with 4 chairs. There is also an outdoor table and chairs on the balcony.
The large kitchen is separated from the living area. It is well equipped with utensils and appliances for self-catering. With oven, dishwasher and washing machine.
The master bedroom has a double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower. The second bedroom features two single beds. There is a second family bathroom with shower, with access from the corridor.
Other features include a large-screen TV, air conditioning (hot/cold), ceiling fans and wireless internet.
The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a residential building, with an elevator.

Der Stadtteil Triana liegt auf der linken Flusseite und gehört nicht direkt zur Altstadt Sevillas, da er sich ausserhalb der Stadtmauern befindet. Allerdings wird das heute nicht so genau genommen. Denn alle emblematischen Sehenswürdigkeiten der Altstadt, wie Torre del Oro und Stierkampfarena liegen sehr nahe.
Die einstmals einzige Verbindung zwischen Triana und Sevilla war die Puente Isabel II, auch Trianabrücke genannt. Diese Brücke wurde in ihrer heutigen Form im Jahr 1845 von französischen Ingenieuren unter Einfluss von Gustav Eiffel erstellt.
Im einstigen Viertel der Fischer und Hafenarbeiter, kann man echte andalusische Kultur hautnah erleben. Die berühmten Werkstätten und Töpfereien Sevillas haben hier ihren Sitz, und Triana ist eine der Wiegen des Flamenco.
Entlang dem wundervollen Flussufer verläuft die Betis Straße, von der aus man bei Tag und bei Nacht einen fabelhaften Blick auf die Altstadt hat und die für ihr Nachtleben berühmt ist: Hier sind einige der besten Restaurants, Bars und Diskotheken zu finden.
Direkt an der Triana Brücke befinden sich die 150 Jahre alten Markthallen von Triana - erbaut auf den Ruinen des Sankt Georg Burg, einsitiger Sitz der heiligen Inquisition.

We really enjoyed our 2 week stay in Triana. The apartment is on a quiet road (although the resident above is rather noisy in the evenings) Great bars and restaurants nearby and 15 mins flat walk into the old town. The apartment is well laid out and the kitchen is excellent we found everything we needed in there. My only niggles are that there is only enough hot water for one shower in the en suite bathroom. However the shower in the main bathroom is excellent and we had some of the most beautiful fluffy white towels! Also the lock to enter the main door to the building is temperamental and you have to be patient when using the key to get in. And finally mattress protectors and extra towels would be greatly appreciated. Overall this is a lovely very clean apartment and Veoapartment’s staff were polite, helpful and quick to respond.

Not a great experience… ants in the kitchen and some of them in the living room. A lot of dust in the house especially in the living room ceiling fan and bathroom. Don’t recommend.

We enjoyed our time at the property. It was well situated. We walked everywhere, no need for additional transportation. Lots of restaurants and grocery stores close by. Communication with rental company was good.

Cómodo, en una buena localización del barrio de Triana con multitud de tiendas y bares cercanos y a dos pasos del centro. Eso sí para una estancia en otoño/invierno en días que haga frío hay que llevar ropa de abrigo dentro de la casa porque el aire acondicionado que supuestamente da calor no lo hace y claro es Sevilla y los pisos no están muy preparados para esas condiciones. Fuera de eso todo estaba en muy buenas condiciones y desfrutamos, lo que el tiempo nos permitió de una estancia agradable

Hola Mario, muchas gracias por tu comentario. Hemos comprobado el aire acondicionado y funciona perfectamente, tanto en modo frío como en modo calor. Seguramente el aire estaba seleccionado en modo frío porque hasta la fecha de su estancia las temperaturas han sido altas en Sevilla. Solo hacía falta cambiar al modo calor.

The apartment was extremely comfortable. The air conditioning worked very well. I have suggested to lubricate the door hinges for the 2nd bedroom, and the bathroom across the hallway, Veoapartment have agreed to do the needful. I would highly recommend this apartment.

Appartement bien situé et tranquille. Plusieurs commerces de proximité, dont un mercado avec produits fermiers frais à 10 minutes à pied. Gare routière et centre-ville à 15 minutes. Propriétaires sympathiques et qui réagissent rapidement s'il y a un problème.

We stayed in the flat for 10 days over the Christmas period. It was comfortable and had almost everything we wanted to make Christmas dinner. We liked the location very much especially the Triana food market which was 10 minutes walk away. The apartment was facing a hospital but was a very quiet location. I wouldn't recommend trying to park nearby as there never seemed to be any spaces. There were buses and easily available and inexpensive. Would definately stay here again.
