House with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, private terrace and free parking. It is located in the Triana quarter on calle Castilla, near the vibrant Betis street and the Guadalquivir river. The centre is a 15 minute walk away. Suitable for up to for 4 guests.

The house has a surface area of 130m². There is a terrace of 20m² and a smaller terrace of 6m² with a plunge pool. It is spread over four levels of a traditional Sevillan house (without elevator).

The entrance on the ground floor is through the parking garage, which is suitable for small vehicles. Maximum length: 4.10m.

The living-dining area is on the first floor. There is a sofa-bed, 2 armchairs, central table and TV. Dining table and chairs. A corridor leads to the modern kitchen fully equipped with utensils and main appliances for self-catering, including oven and dishwasher. The washing machine-dryer is hidden away in the terrace.

The 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are on the second floor. Bedroom 1 has a double bed (1.50 x 2.00m) and an en-suite bathroom. With a bathtub and shower head, washbasin, bidet and WC. Bedroom 2 has a bunk bed (2 single beds of 0.80 x 1.90m) and a desk. Instead of the bunk bed, you can also use the sofa-bed (1.35 x 1.93m) of the living room - if you prefer this option, please advise.

The second bathroom has a walk-in shower, washbasin and toilet. There is an additional toilet room on the ground floor.

The terraces are on the top floor. The main terrace faces east and is decorated with plants, outdoor furniture for seating and a parasol. At the back of the house, facing west, is the second terrace with a small plunge pool open from June to October (unheated). Measures: length 2,00m, width 1,10m, depth 0,65m.

Other features: central air conditioning with cooling and wood flooring with underfloor heating. High speed fiber optic internet connection is included.

Free parking garage in the house. Maximum length 4.10m. If your car exceeds the parking space, we recommend the public parking Mercado de Triana, which is just 2 minutes driving away.

Triana is one of Seville´s authentic neighbourhoods. It´s located on the west bank of the Guadalquivir, a short walk across the river from the centre.

Historically the neighbourhood of craftsmen, sailors and dockworkers, today Triana still plays an important role in Seville's cultural heritage. It is one of the spiritual homes of flamenco culture, and home to the world renowned Triana pottery. Here you will find workshops and ateliers selling both traditional and modern ceramics.

Betis Street, which runs alongside the river, provides stunning views of the old city centre by day and night, and is a popular destination after hours with its wide range of restaurants, bars and clubs. At the far end of the street, by the Triana Bridge, is the 150 year old food market built over and beside the ruins of St. George's Castle - the Castillo San Jorge, once home of the infamous Inquisition.

Très bonne adresse, maison typique de Séville relookée par un architecte,
Très agreable, très bien située, très bien équipée, literie très confortable, belles salles de bains
Idéale pour un couple avec deux jeunes enfants entre 5 et 14 ans ou un couple avec un adolescent qui peut dormir sur le canapé dans le séjour.. Belle terrasse très fleurie.
