The main centre is a 15 minute walk from the apartment, which can accommodate up to 6 guests.

Large windows provide a pleasant living-dining area, where you can breathe tranquility, freshness and quietness. Enjoy the views over the surrounding vegetation and monuments, such as Torre del Oro and the Cathedral tower - La Giralda. There is a corner sofa, coffee table and TV. Dining table with 6 chairs.

The kitchen, with separate entrance, is equipped with all main utensils and modern appliances. Oven, washing-machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher included. There is a breakfast bar with 2 bar stools.

The master bedroom has a double bed (150x200cm) and a fitted wardrobe. The second bedroom has twin beds (90x200cm) and a wardrobe. Between both rooms is the main bathroom with double washbasin, toilet, bidet and bathtub with showerhead. The third bedroom has twin beds (90x200cm) and a wardrobe. The second bathroom has a walk-in shower, and is next to bedroom 3.

There is an additional toilet available by the kitchen entrance.

Triana is one of Seville´s authentic neighbourhoods. It´s located on the west bank of the Guadalquivir, a short walk across the river from the centre.

Historically the neighbourhood of craftsmen, sailors and dockworkers, today Triana still plays an important role in Seville's cultural heritage. It is one of the spiritual homes of flamenco culture, and home to the world renowned Triana pottery. Here you will find workshops and ateliers selling both traditional and modern ceramics.

Betis Street, which runs alongside the river, provides stunning views of the old city centre by day and night, and is a popular destination after hours with its wide range of restaurants, bars and clubs. At the far end of the street, by the Triana Bridge, is the 150 year old food market built over and beside the ruins of St. George's Castle - the Castillo San Jorge, once home of the infamous Inquisition.

This rental is excellent. Great location, parking below the building, and a convenient walk to local restaurants and goings-on. The apartment has a great layout, and the view is excellent. Amenities are great, and there are three bathrooms (two full and one half) so that getting ready in the morning is faster if you have multiple people in your party. The kitchen is stocked with most of the basics, including stovetop espresso and a Nespresso machine. Nice appliances and plenty of prep room if you cook. Excellent washer and dryer. Living room area is very comfortable for several people. We found the mattresses to be very good--medium hardness works for us. Plenty of pillows and blankets. Very good storage space for clothes. Wifi was good and worked throughout the apartment. The only negative I can note was the hot water; we had problems with its availability and consistency.
However, to the owner's credit, he was there within 30 minutes of our calling to report the problem. We had to leave Seville before it was resolved, but I'm told they planned to have a plumber out to examine the issue as it affected all faucets. All told, a very good experience. We would book again.

Esther was a fantastic host. Her communication was excellent, especially when we got lost on our way and arrived late to check in! The apartment is in an older style building in local area (away from the tourists), a short walk away from the centre and key attractions of beautiful Seville.
