There is a comfortable sitting area with a balcony facing Olivares street. Furnishes include 2 sofas, armchair, coffee table and dining table with 4 chairs. There is also an outdoor table and chairs on the balcony.
The large kitchen is separated from the living area. It is well equipped with utensils and appliances for self-catering. With oven, dishwasher and washing machine.
The master bedroom has a double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower. The second bedroom features two single beds. There is a second family bathroom with shower, with access from the corridor.
Other features include a large-screen TV, air conditioning (hot/cold), ceiling fans and wireless internet.
The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a residential building, with an elevator.

Triana is one of Seville´s authentic neighbourhoods. It´s located on the west bank of the Guadalquivir, a short walk across the river from the centre.
Historically the neighbourhood of craftsmen, sailors and dockworkers, today Triana still plays an important role in Seville's cultural heritage. It is one of the spiritual homes of flamenco culture, and home to the world renowned Triana pottery. Here you will find workshops and ateliers selling both traditional and modern ceramics.
Betis Street, which runs alongside the river, provides stunning views of the old city centre by day and night, and is a popular destination after hours with its wide range of restaurants, bars and clubs. At the far end of the street, by the Triana Bridge, is the 150 year old food market built over and beside the ruins of St. George's Castle - the Castillo San Jorge, once home of the infamous Inquisition.

Cómodo, en una buena localización del barrio de Triana con multitud de tiendas y bares cercanos y a dos pasos del centro. Eso sí para una estancia en otoño/invierno en días que haga frío hay que llevar ropa de abrigo dentro de la casa porque el aire acondicionado que supuestamente da calor no lo hace y claro es Sevilla y los pisos no están muy preparados para esas condiciones. Fuera de eso todo estaba en muy buenas condiciones y desfrutamos, lo que el tiempo nos permitió de una estancia agradable

Hola Mario, muchas gracias por tu comentario. Hemos comprobado el aire acondicionado y funciona perfectamente, tanto en modo frío como en modo calor. Seguramente el aire estaba seleccionado en modo frío porque hasta la fecha de su estancia las temperaturas han sido altas en Sevilla. Solo hacía falta cambiar al modo calor.

The apartment was extremely comfortable. The air conditioning worked very well. I have suggested to lubricate the door hinges for the 2nd bedroom, and the bathroom across the hallway, Veoapartment have agreed to do the needful. I would highly recommend this apartment.

Appartement bien situé et tranquille. Plusieurs commerces de proximité, dont un mercado avec produits fermiers frais à 10 minutes à pied. Gare routière et centre-ville à 15 minutes. Propriétaires sympathiques et qui réagissent rapidement s'il y a un problème.

We stayed in the flat for 10 days over the Christmas period. It was comfortable and had almost everything we wanted to make Christmas dinner. We liked the location very much especially the Triana food market which was 10 minutes walk away. The apartment was facing a hospital but was a very quiet location. I wouldn't recommend trying to park nearby as there never seemed to be any spaces. There were buses and easily available and inexpensive. Would definately stay here again.
