Location of apartment Concordia Terrace

Location of apartment El Centro

El Centro is the neighbourhood at the very heart of historic Seville. With the majestic Cathedral at your doorstep, el Centro begins at the Plaza de San Francisco, location of the elaborate City Hall, one of the best examples of plateresque architecture in Spain.

The City Hall leads you to the main shopping area with it´s famous parallel shop-lined streets: Sierpes and Tetuan. This busy area is the place to come for clothes, sporting goods, jewellery and Sevilla Feria fashion: shawls, flamenco dresses, castanets and fans... The Palace of the Contesa de Lebrija is nearby, home to the famous Pan Mosaic which dates from roman times.

Heading northwest towards the Guadalquivir River is the Museo de Bellas Artes, the city’s Fine Art Museum, one of the most important art museums in Spain after Madrid’s Prado. The collection includes important work by Murillo and early Velazquez.

"Great location, quiet, everything we needed"

Review for a stay in Jun 2019 - Susan, Corlette (Australia)

We loved our week in Seville which gave us time to explore, the city go to Cordoba, and enjoy siestas. It is an easy walk around the historical sights from here, we used buses to the station and home from Triana and Plaza Espana. There is a large supermarket in the basement of El Cortex Ingles, one block away and other smaller ones nearby. Many restaurants so it is easy to go out to eat or prepare food at home. The air con works well, microwave, toaster, dish washer and wash machine, detergents provided, coffee pod machine (Nescafe), hotplate. TV Spanish only. Good WiFi. Great place.

"Clean, comfortable, convenient - just what we were looking for in a holiday apartment"

Review for a stay in Jun 2017 - Janet, Monmouth (United Kingdom)

The apartment is as presented on the website. It's clean and pleasant, comfortable for two people but four adults might find it a squeeze. It's a short way from the busy Plaza del Duque de la Victoria so there is plenty of activity around but generally the noise is unobtrusive. The bedroom is on the inner side and is quiet. The terrace is private - the apartments at that level on the opposite side of the street are uninhabited. It is part-shaded in the morning but in full sun during the afternoon.
We found the location of the apartment excellent. For food shopping, El Corte Inglés is across the road and has a large supermarket in the basement. There are smaller (and cheaper) supermarkets nearby and local shops - eg bakers, greengrocers, fishmonger - in the streets around. Café bars and restaurants are also nearby. Buses and taxis are available in the Plaza. It is about a 10-15 minute walk through the upmarket shopping streets into the Cathedral area (depending on how hot the day is and whether you get sidetracked into the shops
