House with 4 bedrooms and private terrace with Cathedral views. It is centrally located in El Arenal - one of the most traditional neighbourhoods of Seville, by the bullring and just 10 minutes walking from the Cathedral. Suitable for up to 8 guests.

The apartment is of exceptional quality and finish. With marble and wooden flooring, original art works and contemporary design furniture. There is central air-conditioning and heating. Free WIFI internet is included.

The house is arranged over four floors, with private elevator up to the second level. With 180sqm inside + outdoor space.

The open-spaced living area has a large sofa, 2 armchairs and TV. Dining table and chairs. The separated kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances for self-catering, including oven, washing-machine and dishwasher.

4 bedrooms: BR1 twin beds; BR2 twin beds; BR3 double bed; BR4 double bed.

2 bathrooms + 2 toilets: There are two bathrooms both with a bath tub and 2 toilets.

The house has 2 private terraces. The lower terrace is equipped and decorated with a large dining table, a canopy and plants. The upper terrace invites you to sunbathe or enjoy the balmy Seville nights in good weather and exceptional rooftop views, including the Cathedral. There is a chill-out area with lounge sofas and an outodoor tub, with a diameter of 1,50m.

Outdoor tub: On arrival the tub is empty, and the guest has to fill it with water. There is only a tap with cold water on the terrace. The tub cannot be heated and, therefore, its use is limited to the warm season of the year.

El Arenal is one of the most vibrant areas of Seville, centrally located between the palm-lined eastern shore of the Guadalquivir River and the historic district of Santa Cruz.

Here you will find many of Seville´s attractions - all at your doorstep. Catch a bullfight at the internationally renowned arena of La Maestranza, or a concert at the Maestranza Theatre.  Visit the Naval History Museum of Seville, housed in  the landmark Torre Del Oro (Tower of Gold), or take a city boat cruise on the Guadalquivir. The Cathedral of Seville and the Alcázar Royal Palace are in the neighbouring district of Santa Cruz and a short walk away.

Explore one of the most exciting areas for eating out. There are many terrace bars, traditional restaurants and popular family-run taverns, where you can try a wide selection of tapas dishes typical of Seville.

Minimum stay:

3 nights.

Final cleaning:

85 € (included in the final price quote)

Refundable security deposit:

Upon arrival, you will be required to pay a refundable security deposit to cover any damages, etc. For this apartment, the deposit is: 150 €.

Reservation deposit:

You are required to pay 20% of the total apartment rental to complete your booking.

Balance payment:

The balance must be paid in cash upon arrival.
The other option is to pay the balance by bank transfer, at least 7 days prior to your arrival. Please request account details by email.

Check-in time:
16:00 to 22:00h. Late check-in from 22:00h: 20 EUR (to be paid in cash, upon arrival).

House rules:
This apartment is in a very quiet residential street - therefore it is COMPLETELY UNSUITABLE for groups who wish to hold fiestas with loud music, etc.

Airport transfer: 30 EUR (1-4 pax); 60 EUR (5-7 pax). 5 EUR extra for late transfers from 10PM to 8AM. Reservation required.

The 20% reservation deposit is completely non-refundable.

A really gorgeous home from home. Perfect for family or a group booking. Very well appointed kitchen and the terrace is just great to enjoy an aperitif even in January . Very comfortable beds and immaculately clean. We loved it and really hope to return next year. Postiguillo restaurant just around the corner served brilliant Tapas and a great G&T.

Airport shuttle tops a few minutes walk away from the house; easy and friendly checkin and gave lots of local advise. Apartment is great .... on 4 floors with lift I think went to 3rd floor. 4 bedrooms, two bathrooms with Wc and two seperate WC, small lounge and kitchen, terrace with table and seating and another level roof top terrace. With views to the cathedral. Apartment was very clean. Excellent location ... 2 minutes to carrefour, 3 mins to river and under 10 mins to cathedral area .... ideal location. Arenal Terrace was a Fab experience for us all. The apartment was 2 second to none , had a very homely feel to it. On arrival was warmly welcomed and shown around the apartment. Any problems we had was sorted out by Veoapartment staff promptly. Lovely bars close by to relax and dine/drink in the evenings overall we loved it and Sevillie is a lovely place.

Family of 5 with 3 Girls (17, 15, 12) on Sabbatical in Sevilla for 3 months. We thoroughly enjoyed the city, sights, attractions and multitude of great restaurants. The city is safe and we all enjoyed our visit immensely. The views from the terraza on the top floor are amazing and we were very lucky to have one of the Semana Santa Parades go directly in front of the apartment.

The Owners (Alberto & Sofia) met us at the house on arrival and were fantastic throughout our visit. They arranged for their cleaner (Pepi) to come once per week and she was amazing. The Management company VeoApartment was very responsive to our needs.

The only downside to the apartment is that it is in the middle of a busy part of Sevilla and it can be noisy late at night from time to time.

We had Thanksgiving with our family (5 people total) and toured around the city for a week – on bikes along the river, in Triana, Macarena, the Cathedral, the Alcazar and narrow streets behind it, Plaza de Espana, Las Duenas.

It was a great place to come home to every afternoon to regroup and get ready evening meals and strolls. And the kitchen had an oven big enough for us to cook a turkey. It was also the perfect antidote to our general post-U.S.-Presidential-election mood—the only TV I watched was La Liga and I swore off all internet news.

Spain trumps politics!

And a small confession: After a ridiculously long and delayed flight back, I awoke this morning and an ad popped up on my browser highlighting “Cheap flights to Spain.” I clicked on it. Ready to go back tomorrow.

A really well thought out and luxurious little house, peaceful, but central. Though there were a few deficiencies in kitchen material (aren't there always with rentals?) which didn't really match the high quality of the house in general, and one of the roof terrace door catches didn't work (not a problem as there was a secondary security grille), there was nothing to fault this house which served us beautifully through rain (honestly!) and shine. Comfortable beds, plenty of towels (no dishcloth..), loo rolls, mineral water, three sets of keys - a great choice.

We loved the location and the decor of this apartment, and it had a very well equipped kitchen.. The internet was excellent on the main floor but did not reach the upper bedroom or terraces. We were met very promptly as arranged, and had a nice tour of the apartment. The apartment has a lift that goes up to the master bedroom, but we rarely used it and it is a lot of stair climbing. Sofia gave us several suggestions for places to eat and we tried them all and were not disappointed. Thank you so much!!!

The house met all our expectations. It was well-maintained with efficient air-conditioning in all rooms (except ground floor bedroom which although does not have air-conditioning remained cool). The upper terrace, which is accessed via top floor bedroom, has views of the cathedral.
The location is very central with a large supermarket just over 10 minutes away.
