Bright, 1-bedroom apartment combining modern style and comfort with uncluttered, elegant decor and features. It is located in the historic centre on Pasaje Mallol street, 5 minutes walk from Plaza de la Encarnación, and 20 minutes from the Cathedral.

The apartment is characterised by contemporary furniture, the use of wood and neutral colours in the decoration thoughout, and bright rooms.

The living room has two large windows facing west, flooding the space with sun light in the afternoon. The bedroom faces east and is brightly lit in the morning. The high ceilings of 3.5 metres enhance the sense of space and comfort. Other features include wooden flooring, air-conditioning and free wi-fi internet access.

The living area is furnished with a sofa, central table and TV. The kitchen is partially separated from the living area by a partition screen, and includes utensils and appliances for self-catering, including: a vitroceramic stove, fridge/freezer, oven, dishwasher and washing machine.

The spacious bedroom includes a double bed (150x190cm), a fitted wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom. With bathtub, washbasin, bidet and WC.

The apartment "Mallol" is located in Macarena, next to Santa Paula Convent, in the northern part of the historic centre. It is just outside the main tourist area, but just a short walking distance from all the main sights and monuments.

Macarena is one of the most traditional and liveliest neighbourhoods in Seville. There are markets, shops, cafes, bars, restaurants, squares, churches – all at your doorstep.

Macarena is a district full of local activity and colour, located in the northern part of the historic centre of Seville. Partially enclosed by a section of Seville’s ancient city wall, Macarena overflows with character stemming from its working-class history. 

There is the wonderful fresh food market on Feria Street, as well as several bakeries, grocery stores, tapas bars and restaurants all nearby. The vibrant Alameda de Hércules is a recently renovated tree-lined square, popular with families during the day and with those who enjoy night-life after dark. The Alameda has many cafés, modern terrace bars and clubs which stay open late into the night.

Heading north you'll find the Macarena gate, within a long stretch of the original city defensive walls, and the Basilica of the Macarena, home of one of Seville's most venerated religious images of the Virgin Mary.

Minimum stay:

3 nights.

Reservation deposit:

You are required to pay 20% of the total apartment rental to complete your booking.

Balance payment:

The balance must be paid in cash upon arrival.
The other option is to pay the balance by bank transfer, at least 7 days prior to your arrival. Please request account details by email.

Electricity (only for stays of 1+ month):

The electricity consumption is billed extra, according to the original supplier invoice, or, if not available, according to the counters (0,20 EUR /kWh).
For this purpose, a deposit of 100 EUR is required for each reserved month. The deposit has to be paid in addition to the rent amount, and will be refunded on your second last day, discounted the electricity consumption.
Other utilities, as water and gas, are included in the rental price.

Check-in time:
16:00 to 22:00h. Late check-in from 22:00h: 20 EUR (to be paid in cash, upon arrival).

Additional services:
Internet: Free! Wireless internet.
Baby cot: Free! Please request on your booking form.
Airport transfer: 30 EUR (1-4 pax). 5 EUR extra for late transfers from 10PM to 8AM. Reservation required

Cancellation policy:

The 20% reservation deposit is completely non-refundable.

L'appartement est bien équipé avec des meubles de qualité.
Salle de bain impeccable, ainsi que la chambre.
Tés grande télévision.
Nous avons été très bien reçu par les propriétaires, ils nous ont indiqué quelques restaurants, dont le Contenedor ( Très grande qualité pour un prix raisonnable )il se trouve à cinq minutes, calle San Luis en face l'église San Luis de los Franceses à visiter également !!!
Le quartier est tranquille et toutes les visites peuvent se faire à pied sans problème..
