Description: 2 bedroom apartment has a living room, kitchen and bathroom with shower.

Living room: Sofa, dining table and chairs.

Bedroom 1: Main bedroom with double bed and wardrobe. Note that the room is not completely closed. It is seperated from the corridor by a screen. Window to an interior courtyard. Air conditioner.

Bedroom 2: Bedroom with one single bed. This room is closed by a door, and is completely private. Window to an interior courtyard. Air conditioner.

Bathroom: Full bathroom with washbasin, toilet and shower.

Kitchen: Open kitchen in living room, fully equipped for self-catering.

Internet: Free wireless internet. You will receive the access code on your arrival.

The apartment is located on Fray Diego de Cádiz street, close to Pumarejo square. On the second floor, without elevator.

There is a "DIA" supermarket in calle Puerta de Córdoba, at 3 min walking from the apartment. (Go to the end of Fray Diego de Cádiz street, and there to the right, along the defensive walls.)

Street parking is allowed in the area, but difficult to find a space. The best possibilities at the end of calle San Luis, and from there towards the Macarena hospital. The closest public car park at the Andalusian Parlament, on calle San Juan de Ribera.

Macarena is a district full of local activity and colour, located in the northern part of the historic centre of Seville. Partially enclosed by a section of Seville’s ancient city wall, Macarena overflows with character stemming from its working-class history. 

There is the wonderful fresh food market on Feria Street, as well as several bakeries, grocery stores, tapas bars and restaurants all nearby. The vibrant Alameda de Hércules is a recently renovated tree-lined square, popular with families during the day and with those who enjoy night-life after dark. The Alameda has many cafés, modern terrace bars and clubs which stay open late into the night.

Heading north you'll find the Macarena gate, within a long stretch of the original city defensive walls, and the Basilica of the Macarena, home of one of Seville's most venerated religious images of the Virgin Mary.

Conditions of apartment Pumarejo (ref. 0550)

Minimum stay:

14 nights.

Refundable security deposit:

Upon arrival, you will be required to pay a refundable security deposit to cover any damages, etc. For this apartment, the deposit is: 100 €.

Reservation deposit:

You are required to pay 20% of the total apartment rental to complete your booking.

Balance payment:

The balance must be paid in cash upon arrival.
The other option is to pay the balance by bank transfer, at least 7 days prior to your arrival. Please request account details by email.

Electricity (only for stays of 2+ weeks):

The electricity consumption is billed extra, according to the original supplier invoice, or, if not available, according to the counters (0.25 EUR /kWh).
For this purpose, a deposit of 100 EUR is required for each reserved month. The deposit has to be paid in addition to the rent amount, and will be refunded on your second last day, discounted the electricity consumption.
Other utilities, as water and gas, are included in the rental price.

Check-in time:
15:00 to 20:00h. Supplement for late check-in from 20:00 to 24:00h: 20 EUR (to be paid in cash, on arrival).
Early check-in is possible, but subject to availability.

Additional services:
Internet: Free! Wireless internet.
Airport transfer: 35 EUR (1-4 pax); 65 EUR (5-7 pax). 5 EUR extra for late transfers from 10PM to 8AM. Reservation required.

Cancellation policy:

The 20% reservation deposit is completely non-refundable.

El apartamento es muy cómodo. Esta decorado de manera muy alegre. Luminoso y espacioso. La zona cercana a todas las atracciones turisticas. Aun asi a 5 minutos de todo lo que se necesita para el día a día: supermercados, farmacias, tiendas diversas. Repetiremos sin duda pero no en invierno. No nos convencio del todo el sistema de calefacción de la sala. Los mejores meses son de abril a junio, asi que el año que viene volveremos en esas fechas. Apartamento 100% recomendable asi como la excelente atencion y amabilidad de sus dueños. Una maravilla!

Petit appartement parfait pour 2 ou 3 personnes, bien conçu, agréable, pourvu du nécessaire. Après quelques jours, on s'aperçoit qu'on est à 5mn des supermercados, des restau typiques offrant tapas et sangria et du kiosque à churros!

L'appartement situé au 15, rue Fray Diego de Cadix, que nous avons loué pour un mois, fut idéal pour nous. Propre, bien aménagé et surtout fort bien situé pour parcourir à pieds le Centre de la magnifique ville de Séville (quartiers La Macarena, Centro, Santa Cruz, Triana, etc.). L'accès au fleuve, le Guadalquivir, ainsi qu'aux principaux ponts qui le traversent est facile. Nous avons trouvé à proximité de notre appartement trois marchés d'alimentation, sans parler de plusieurs petites pâtisseries, de même que du grand marché public de la rue Feria. L'Alameda de Hércules, avec ses nombreuses terrasses et activités est aussi située à quelques rues. En somme, c'est un appartement que nous recommandons sans aucune hésitation.

De plus, ce qui est aussi très important, les bureaux de Veoapartment (l'agence de location) sont également situés assez près, sur la rue Feria. Le personnel est facilement accessible, accueillant, chaleureux et très attentionné. Nous avons même eu la possibilité de communiquer en français, avant comme durant notre voyage, avec Marie, laquelle nous a de plus fourni d'elle-même plusieurs conseils et informations d'ordre touristique qui nous furent très utiles.

Nous avons donc trouvé un contexte idéal et rassurant pour explorer Séville, cette «ville inoubliable et inépuisable, une de ces choses exquises qui plus on les voit plus elles nous plaisent».

Die Ankunft und Schlüsselübergabe war sehr gut. Das Apartment war sehr sauber und hatte alles was man so benötigt. Die Lage ist auch in Ordnung. Zu Fuß ist alles schnell erreichbar.
- die Nachbarn waren oft sehr laut (TV, Kinder Geschrei)
- Internet sollte aus der Anzeige gestrichen werden. Die Verbindung war so schlecht, dass es nicht möglich war normal zu surfen!
- nur spanisches TV (Antenne)

Falls einem TV und Internet nicht wichtig sind, dem kann ich das Apartment auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!!

- We've never had complains about noise before, but I'm going to talk to the neighbors to kindly ask them to respect the quietness of the building.
- The apartment is now equipped with a new Internet connection faster (16 Mega) and reliable.
- Regarding TV, usually the apartments in Seville do not have channels in German, but you have to possibility to change the language of the movies/series into original version (usually in English).

spent two months in Seville on a job thing, apartment was close to my work so that's why I chose it, quite a walk from the city center proper but I didn't mind at all, couple of small groceries nearby, open till late, nicely furnished and perfectly equipped (kitchen appliances, iron, cleaning stuff), cosy, a bit too noisy neighbours but what else could you expect from Spain?
