Brand-new studio apartment which was fully renovated in 2011, located just a stone's throw away from the Cathedral.
The apartment, airy and bright, has twin beds placed together and a double sofa-bed for any additional guests. The kitchenette, equipped with new appliances for self-catering, is adjacent to the main room. Modern bathroom with bathtub.
The apartment building, which overlooks Avenida de la Constitución - a great location in the historic centre - is composed of a one-bedroom apartment and six studios.

El Centro is the neighbourhood at the very heart of historic Seville. With the majestic Cathedral at your doorstep, el Centro begins at the Plaza de San Francisco, location of the elaborate City Hall, one of the best examples of plateresque architecture in Spain.
The City Hall leads you to the main shopping area with it´s famous parallel shop-lined streets: Sierpes and Tetuan. This busy area is the place to come for clothes, sporting goods, jewellery and Sevilla Feria fashion: shawls, flamenco dresses, castanets and fans... The Palace of the Contesa de Lebrija is nearby, home to the famous Pan Mosaic which dates from roman times.
Heading northwest towards the Guadalquivir River is the Museo de Bellas Artes, the city’s Fine Art Museum, one of the most important art museums in Spain after Madrid’s Prado. The collection includes important work by Murillo and early Velazquez.

Genial. Un estudio pequeño con todo lo necesario para nuestra estancia. Coqueto, muy limpio, moderno y práctico. Muy céntrico pero con la insonorización suficiente como para que el estar en el centro fuese una ventaja.

A beautiful, clean, modern and well equipped apartment run by friendly efficient staff. Comfortable beds with quality bedding. In an unbeatable central location for sightseeing, eating and shopping. No need to stroll too far to discover the stunning historical, architectural and cultural influences of Seville. The Sevici bike scheme enabled us to see more of Seville than we would have on foot, using miles and miles of cycle paths across the city. And then there are the tapas to dream of, all within walking distance of the apartment. Thank you veoapartment. We would not hesitate to book again.
