Apartment with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Located in the historic centre, about a 20 minute walk from the Cathedral in Macarena - one of the most traditional and liveliest neighbourhoods in Seville. Suitable for up to 5 guests.
All rooms have french windows facing the courtyard of the house - making it a quiet place to stay. Other features include central air-conditioning (hot/cold), and free wi-fi internet access.
The living-dining area is furnished with a sofa, a central table and a large screen TV. Dining table and 6 chairs. The separate kitchen, off the entrance hall, is fully equipped with utensils and main appliances for self-catering, including a Nespresso coffee machine, oven, washing machine and dishwasher.
There are 3 bedrooms for 5 guests. One twin bedroom, one double bedroom and one single bedroom, which also features a work desk.
There are two full bathrooms complete with shower.
The apartment is located on a pedestrian residential area, very quiet. It is not suitable for celebrations and parties. Next to Arrayán street is the Feria food market. There are shops, cafes, bars, restaurants, squares, churches - all within minutes walking distance.

La Macarena est un quartier traditionnel authentique et plein de vie. Il se trouve au nord du centre historique de Séville. Partiellement délimité par les anciennes murailles de la ville, La Macarena est un quartier où a longtemps vécu la classe ouvrière, lui donnant le caractère vibrant dont vous pourrez profiter.
Dans l'emblématique rue Feria, vous pourrez découvrir le marché de produits frais et le marché aux puces 'El Jueves', où vous pourrez acheter toutes sortes d'antiquités et d'objets d'occasion.
Si vous marchez vers l'Ouest, vous arriverez tout de suite á l'Alameda de Hércules, une grande allée bordée d'arbres qui vient juste d'être rénovée et où il y a plein de bars à 'tapas', de restaurants, de cafés et de pubs.

Apartment is beautiful, approached through a gated sunny courtyard. There is a lift and the apartment is fully equipped if you wished to eat in more than we did. It is very peaceful yet just a 30 min interesting walk to the main tourist attractions. We liked the immediate area as it was less visited by tourists and seemed more ‘spanish’. Great local flamenco at the bar in the same road-Madriguera de Mai. There is a perfect local bar on the corner that does a great value Spanish breakfast. The market de Feria is just there too. The apartment is very close to Alameda Hercules, which is lively at night. All in all we had a great time and our host-Salvador was lovely and very helpful re check in and check out. Recommended apartment for sure.

Salvador is a fantastic host who cares about his tenants. The property is clean and well cared for. It is located about a mile from the main tourist attractions which is great if you are interested in getting to know Seville beyond the famous sites. Little English is spoken in this part of Seville and it helps to know some rudimentary Spanish. The neighborhood is interesting and not as crowded as downtown. We had a great stay!

What a beautiful apartment in the perfect location. Salvador is wonderful and pure kindness, he took care of our every possible need. The apartment is in a very quiet courtyard, but within seconds of a very active and vibrant neighborhood. The walk downtown is pleasant and interesting, through winding cobblestone old roads. The thing we loved is that there are very few tourists in this part of town, and the local bars and restaurant are almost exclusively locals. The market is a few steps away and there is a fish market every morning right here. We rented bicycles from bike4city about a five minute walk away, and they couldn’t have been more accommodating, flexibly and pleasant. Our favorite restaurant was Fouchat, a Lebanese restaurant within five minutes walk that is ranked the #2 restaurant in Seville, and justifiably so - need a resi though, or you can sit at the bar if there is room. The sights downtown are 15-20 minutes away and there is a nice running/walking/cycling path that runs all the way down the river to the heart of the monumental area. The apartment is perfect and we had a wonderful time. Thank you again, Salvador.

We had an amazing time in Seville staying in a beautiful, spacious, very clean, well equipped, cozy apartment with a warm homey feel. Located right in the center of Macarena district and yet in a very quiet and safe courtyard, it's just a few min walk to the historical center of Seville. Provided all comforts needed (good wifi, well equipped kitchen, very comfortable beds). Special thanks go to the host Salvador, who made everything he could to make us feel like home! The apartment is spotless , extremely well appointed and in a great location - lots of good and different places to eat, drink and shop, an excellent buzzy area, walkable to sights yet very quiet and peaceful in the apartment. Had a wonderful few days there for a family get together. Salvador the host was helpful and kind - a truly great host. We all enjoyed our stay in Salvador's apartment and can highly recommend a stay here to experience Seville. Thank you Salvador ! Hopefully we'll be back for another stay.

We had a wonderful experience staying at this elegant, extremely clean apartment in Seville. It includes balconies overlooking a beautiful courtyard. Comfortable beds and a kitchen with all the amenities. Close to many of the local attractions and restaurants in walking distance. Our host Salvador was so helpful and quick to respond to us. A very well-maintained comfortable apartment with everything we needed for our stay. Cafés and shops within easy walking distance. Wonderfully peaceful and quiet at night. We had a lovely five-day stay here and found it was a great base for exploring the city. We felt very well looked after by Salvador who met us at the door when we arrived and kindly booked taxis to the airport for us the day we left. Great service!

The apartment was just as advertised, very spacious and pristine and in a lovely very authentic location. We easily walked everywhere and found many great restaurants and bars in the vicinity. Salvador var den perfekte vært. Han mødte os ved taxaen og fulgte os op i lejligheden. Han viste os rundt, gav gode tips til restauranter og seværdigheder og tog sig god tid til at forklare ting, så vi med vores lille spansk kundskab kunne forstå ham. Lejligheden ligger dejligt stille, men samtidig tæt på restauranter, cafeer, markeder og seværdigheder. Salvador bestilte taxi til os da vi skulle hjem og sammen med hans kone sørgede han for at vi kom godt afsted mod lufthavnen. Alt passede perfekt til os og var med til at gøre vores mini ferie i Seville til en helt perfekt oplevelse. Håber vi kommer igen en dag.

We had a fantastic time. Salvador was the perfect host. Really helpful and welcoming. The place is in a very central area within walking distance from all the main landmarks still it was super quiet despite we were there during the Semana Santa celebrations a super crowded period.

Bel appartement, calme bien agencé, literie impeccable. Conforme au descriptif. Nous étions 2 couples, Salvador nous attendait pour nous accueillir à notre arrivée, il parle un peu français et on arrivait a se comprendre. Délicate attention également avec quelques produits au frigo (fruits, bières, bouteilles d'eau, lait ...)Nous avons passés un bon séjour. Appartement situé prés du marché couvert, nous descendions au centre ville à pied, il faut compter 15 à 20 minutes, environ 1,5 km. Nous recommandons cette location aux voyageurs. The apartment at Calle Arrayan 9 was wonderful. The air conditioning worked well, which was extremely nice in the hot Seville summer. The kitchen and bathrooms were will appointed, one of the rooms had an office, the wi-fi worked well, and the roof-top access for drying laundry was nice. The owner of the apartment was very helpful, friendly, and accessible. We loved Seville, and we loved the apartment.

The entire process could not have been better. The Veoapartment team was very prompt to any of my inquires and the reservation process easy. We reserved the parking space with the apartment and Salvador met us at the entrance to the garage and guided us very thoroughly through the check-in orientation. The apartment was spotless and Salvador provided a welcoming array of drinks, fruit and candy. We took advantage of the well equipped kitchen to prepare a number of meals. The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood, but close to shopping and a nice 20 minute walk to city center. If we are ever in Sevilla again, this is where we will stay!

Tras las estrechas calles que recorren el entorno sorprende gratamente entrar en un amplio patio donde se ubica la entrada y que se encuentra salpicado por algunas fuentes que evocan calma y sosiego. El apartamento es formidable. Amplio, limpio, muy cuidado e incluye hasta el más mínimo detalle para que la estancia sea perfecta. La ubicación permite alcanzar con poco esfuerzo y por calles con encanto los puntos neurálgicos de Sevilla (20-30min). El propio barrio donde se ubica tiene un especial encanto. The apartment is located in a pedestrian street inside a closed courtyard where you can only hear the sound of the birds and the fountains. However, it is at only 100 meters of the busy Feria street, leading to the city centre, full of bars and restaurants. Very close in the neighborhood there are other Seville landmarks like the Alameda de Hercules and the famous Macarena shrine. The apartment is very nice, well maintained and with furniture of quality. A family home more than a rental apartment The owners were extremely polite and helpful, welcoming us at our arrival and accompanying us to the taxi at our departure. Every day they emailed us offering help and providing valuable information about the events of the day in Seville. Thanks friends! Our family is used to stay in apartments all around Europe. This was probably the best.

L'appartement est très bien équipé. A notre arrivée, nous avons trouver beurre, confiture, lait eau... fournis par les propriétaires très sympathiques et attentionnés. Le logement est calme, bien situé (environ 15mn de marche du centre animé et 20mn de la cathédrale). pour les moins sportifs, la ligne A3 permet de rejoindre en bus le secteur de la plaza de españa et de l'Alcazar en quelques minutes pour 1euro20. Le marché couvert à 50m et les commerces de la rue Feria toute proche sont parfaits pour les courses quotidiennes. Bien entendu, les tapas sont là pour ceux qui ne veulent pas cuisiner. De plus, les propriétaires sont vraiment adorable et nous ont réservé un accueil très chaleureux samedi en début de soirée. Ils étaient là à notre départ et on pris le temps de réserver le taxi pour nous. Un séjour très agréable que nous recommandons.

Cet appartement est impeccable, d'une extrême propreté, fonctionnel ou rien ne manque. Situé dans une résidence très calme et dans un quartier bien situé par rapport aux visites de la ville. The apartment was everything it was advertised to be and then some. Our hosts helped us park our car and get our luggage to the apartment a block away. They took the time to show us all the amenities in the very spacious apartment. The kitchen was well stocked with the necessities as well as some extras like coffee, tea, milk, butter, jam and a whole bowl of fruit! Although the apartment is not in the center of the tourist district, the various tourist sights were not that far to walk to. There was a large plaza not far from the apartment that offered many outdoor dining spots. We would definitely recommend this apartment to friends traveling to Sevilla.

We couldn't have been happier with this apartment, and meeting the owners was a highlight of our trip to Spain. The owners were kind, gracious, and helpful. I'd like to go back to Seville just to see them! The apartment was beautifully furnished, very quiet, and in a good location. Cuidado, limpio, bien situado!! Los propietarios, los mejores anfitriones que se pueda tener, hicieron que todo fuera más fácil, nos dejaron el desayuno, nos ayudaron con los traslados y nos hicieron de guías turísticos. Todo impecable!!! Esta bien situado , a 15 minutos del centro caminando por la calle Feria y la calle Cuna, calles que se tienen que visitar en Sevilla. Pero esta perfecto porque se puede descansar ya que da a una zona residencial y no hay ningún ruido!! Mejor imposible.

Un appartement spacieux et impeccable, refait à neuf, la literie est très confortable et il y a deux belles salles de bains. Le logement donne sur une jolie cour et l'on n'entend aucune voiture. L'appartement est situé à 15 mn de marche du centre historique, dans un quartier très vivant et agréable, avec beaucoup de rues piétonnes. Surtout, les propriétaires sont d'une rare gentillesse; l'accueil est très chaleureux et l'on trouve beaucoup de belles attentions: corbeille pleine de fruits, boissons au frigo, glaces dans le congélateur, pain, thé, café, etc.... Ils font tout pour rendre votre voyage agréable et vous rendre service.
