Appartement récemment rénové avec 2 chambres et une terrasse privée, pour 4 personnes. Il est situé au coeur de la ville, proche de l'Hôtel de Ville et de la Cathédrale.
L'appartement appartient à une authentique "Casa Palacio" construite autour d'une majestueuse cour intérieure, dans un style architectural caractéristique de Séville, datant du début du XXe siècle.
L'appartement est organisé sur 3 étages. Au rez-de-chaussée se trouvent le séjour et la cuisine. Celle-ci est entièrement équipée avec tous les ustensiles et appareils électroménagers nécessaires. Le salon dispose d'un canapé et d'une baie vitrée donnant sur la cour intérieure du bâtiment.
Au premier étage se trouvent les deux chambres et la salle de bains.
La première chambre est équipée d'un lit double et la seconde d'un lit superposé (2 lits individuels).
La terrasse, équipée d'une table et de chaises, se trouve au deuxième étage.
Note: The access to the upper floor apartment is by a steep stairway - not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

El Centro se trouve au coeur du centre historique de Séville. Il commence au niveau de la Plaza del Duque de la Victoria, en passant par la Plaza de San Francisco, puis la Plaza Nueva où se situe l'Hôtel de Ville - bâtiment historique à l´architecture remarquable -, jusqu'à la Cathédrale.
À côté de l´Hôtel de Ville se trouve la zone commerciale la plus importante de la ville, qui comprend les rues Sierpes, Tetuán et Velázquez. Vous y trouverez un grand choix de magasins de vêtements, d'articles de sport, de bijoux ou d'articles pour la Feria de Abril: châles, robes de flamenco, castagnettes et éventails. Vous pourrez aussi y découvrir le Palais de la comtesse de Lébrija, réputé pour sa collection de mosaïques romaines.
Dans la partie nord-ouest vous trouverez le Musée des Beaux Arts, la seconde collection la plus importante d'Espagne après le Musée du Prado à Madrid.

We just wanted to say that we had an amazing time at this apartment. It was absolutely beautiful with classic Seville type tiles in and around the apartment building. The apartment building was literally a one minute walk to the Giralda tower and Cathedral and it was an amazing experience. The gentleman who took us in was extremely polite, and we felt at home the entire stay!

The apartment was beautiful and very comfortable. Stairs were very steep Location brilliant Unfortunately on our last day there was an entry into the apartment and money/jewellery was taken So please make sure you have your money on yourself all the time and make sure personal belongings are safely locked away in your case.

Beautiful apartment right in the middle of everything. Still quiet though, as it's on a pedestrian side street and facing an internal courtyard. The apartment is two level with a very high ceilings on the ground floor - which means a steep and long set of marble stairs to the bedroom and bathroom. If you have any issues with mobility or unsteadiness, you should take this into account. There is no door or partition between the floors, so the heat raises up to the bedroom - not great if you don't like a toasty warm bedroom. We ended up not using the central heating for this reason and relied on a provided space heater - not ideal, but it worked. The apartment was poorly provisioned - salt and pepper, that's it. One sharp knife, one small cutting board, but good supplies of cutlery, glassware and plates. Overall, I'd say good for a short stay in the warmer months - as long as you are confident on steep stairs.

Loved our stay here. Our host was friendly and had great recommendations for sightseeing and attractions the area. The place is really beautiful and is insulated from the street by the plaza/terrace. Would love to come back and stay here.

This stay was a real treat. The flat is extremely well located in a typical sevillan building. The street is pedestrian only so there's no traffic noise at all inside. Sometimes you can hear people/activity in the neibhouring apartements but there was no excess whatsoever. The whole city center / touristic area is well withing walking distance. 10min to the Cathedral, 25 to plaza de Espana, 15min to las Setas. There is a small grocery store just 5 min away where we found everything we needed : super convenient ! The apartment was very comfortable with good air conditioning, nice mattress, a lovely terrace on top (the weather of Sevilla makes it difficult to enjoy during the day). Communication with the host was clear and easy, very responsive on the phone and helpful.

This beautiful apartment in a beautiful building was exactly as described and photographed. Manuel was easy to communicate with, welcoming, and recommended many local restaurants, most of which we wound up trying and loving. The location could not be better for access to the most prominent sites in Sevilla, but also just for walking around and shopping. We loved Sevilla and look forward to our next visit.

We had a wonderful time staying in Seville at this apartment. The location is extremely walkable to all parts of the city. The apartment itself was great and the terrace is beautiful.

Perfect spot. Quiet side street close the the historic center of the city. Convenient apartment off a marble courtyard. Plants and marble columns evoke Sevilla of the past. A gem. Would definitely stay there again.

We were aware of the vertical nature of the apartment going in, so we didn't have much trouble with it, especially as it yielded a rooftop terrace overlooking the charming patio. (The tile in the building's vestibule was positively swoon-worthy.) The space itself was clean and well-appointed, and the apartment was nice and quiet — especially considering it was in the thick of the Semana Santa action! We took a cab to the apartment, and Joao helpfully provided an address where the taxista could drop up off. The only trouble we had was with the tension shower rod, which fell down a couple of times (as tension rods will sometimes do). It was relatively easy to reposition, although I may have accidentally gotten the curtain the wrong way round! We had a great time, and Palm Sunday in gorgeous Sevilla is an experience we will never forget. Many thanks to Joao, Manuel, and Mariano of Veoapartment for a wonderful stay!

Wonderful location! Quiet but easily walkable to many places of interest in Sevilla. We enjoyed Bar Estrella and the road full of tapas restaurants by the Cathedral. Manuel was very kind and helpful and met us for check in to provide an overview. We loved the character of the place and would definitely stay here again!

This is a great apartment which an amazing location in the old town. Everything we wanted to see was within a short walking distance and there were plenty of places to eat and drink within a few minutes walk. Check-in was great, our flights were delayed but our host was waiting to let us in. All the communication from booking to arrival was helpful and very responsive. There are 2 floors plus a terrace above with good size bedrooms. The apartment was spotless and had everything needed for an enjoyable stay with that beautiful inner courtyard.

Our contact person, Jose Luis, made us feel very welcome and was very efficient in dealing with our requests. The building and apartment are architecturally very beautiful and the location was excellent! The service was very good. The lobby of the apartment was even more impressive than the photos and we were pleasantly surprised to know that there was an elevator to the roof top terrace!

My husband and I recently stayed at this apartment for 3 nights and couldn't be happier with our choice. Although it took us a little while to find the parking (don't try to drive to the apartment), the staff had secured parking for us at a discounted rate. We didn't want to drive in the city, but wanted to make sure our car was secure. The apartment met all our needs - fully equipped kitchen, great bath, small balcony, etc, but the best thing about this place is the location. It is a short walk to everything that Sevilla has to offer! You can walk to the cathedral in 2 minutes and tons of restaurants and other sights within a few minutes of the apartment. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We had a very good time in the apartment, perfect location, nice decorated and comfortabel. Beautiful neighbourhood, shops and restaurants on the corner. The only negative thing was the loudness of some neighbours, we could hear them talking when the windows were opened.

We are more than satisfied from our stay in Sevilla. We found the accommodation really charming with the nice terrace where we enjoyed our breakfast with our two children. The calm patio with the fountain in the middle is still before our eyes. We wish we could have stayed longer. First class accommodation which has been finished to a very high standard. The apartment is ideally placed to enjoy the centre of Seville. However, Pajaritos itself is a very quiet and peaceful street.
