El apartamento está decorado con gusto y cuidado hasta el mínimo detalle. Muebles de diseño contemporáneo, obras de arte originales, plantas de interior y solería de mármol. Aire acondicionado con refrigeración y calefacción, TV por cable, equipo de música e internet WIFI.
Hay 2 plantas con 65 m² de espacio interior y 35 m² de terraza.
1ª Planta: Salón con 2 sofás, mesa de centro y una Smart TV. Hay una isla de cocina que sirve de comedor con 2 taburetes. La cocina está perfectamente equipada con los utensilios y electrodomésticos principales - horno y lavavajillas incluido. La lavadora está en un cuartito en la terraza.
2ª Planta: Escaleras de caracol suben a los 2 dormitorios, baño y terraza. El dormitorio 1 tiene una cama doble (150x200cm) y un gran armario. El dormitorio 2 tiene una cama individual (0.90x190cm). Entre las 2 habitaciones está el cuarto de baño, completo con una ducha al ras de suelo.
Terraza privada (orientación sur): La terraza de 35m² tiene una zona chill-out de descanso. Con plantas, pérgola y sofás-asientos de exterior - es un lugar ideal para tomar el sol y disfrutar de las vistas.
El apartamento se encuentra en la 2ª y 3ª plantas de un edificio residencial, sin ascensor.

En Triana, tradicionalmente el barrio de pescadores, marineros y artesanos, se saborea la auténtica cultura andaluza. Aquí están situados los famosos talleres de cerámica y alfarerías de Sevilla y es una de las cunas más importantes del arte flamenco.
A orillas del río se encuentra la pintoresca calle Betis, con unas magníficas vistas sobre el río y el casco antiguo, tanto de día como de noche. En la calle Betis encontrará una amplia oferta de bares, restaurantes y discotecas. Junto al puente de Triana se sitúa su antiguo mercado de abastos, construido hace 150 años sobre las ruinas del Castillo de San Jorge, convertido recientemente en museo de la Inquisición.

We loved the location of the apartment. It is close to the center, but in a quiet street. Moreover, the terrace is great! We arrived 2,5 hours before the check-in time and could already deposit our luggage after a short waiting time of 30 minutes. Unfortunately, they forgot to clean after the previous guests had left, so when we came back in the evening we still found everything dirty with used bedsheets & used towels. When we contacted them to notify the problem, they were friendly and supportive and organized a cleaning service while we were out again for dinner. All in all we enjoyed our stay :-)

The apartment was clean, tidy and functional and the hosts were kindly very flexible about our entry. It is in a great situation from which to explore Triana and cross the bridge to see Seville’s main tourist attractions, but in a largely residential part so not too noisy. It was good to have our own private roof terrace to watch the sun going down in the evening.

Nice sun terrace. Great location. Accommodation was ok. Low, relatively dark kitchen / living room. Spiral staircase to brighter upper floor with double and small single. Shower drainage problem led to pervasive musty smell. Excellent location and responsive management.

Triana is much more practical for a visit than staying in Sevilla--quiet at night, few tourists, but still many nearby restaurant choices. This apartment is a true find. Although there are stairs and the frosted windows do restrict some natural light, the glorious rooftop deck more than makes up for those very minor drawbacks. We stayed for a month and wished we could have stayed longer. We will definitely be back!

The place was in a poor state and we ended up having to leave early. There was black mould in both bedrooms. The sofa had no cover on it, only a thin blanket. Both sofas were gross. The dishwasher was broken and there was no hot water in the kitchen for most of our stay. We had to buy most of the basic essentials ourselves such as hand soap, sponges, rubbish bags and batteries for the tv remote. The bathroom flooded every time we showered. We did love the terrace and the location in a beautiful quiet street. Veoapartment would respond to us but wouldn’t address most of our complaints. Things only really escalated when we contacted Airbnb at which point they delayed and tried to blame us for the problems. We were relieved to be out of there.

A fantastic apartment to stay in a beautiful area. We we’re greeted by Ismael to enter the building, a marvellous host who gave us info for arty and musical places to visit and places to eat, as well as Veoapatment’s recommendations. There is so much going on in Triana: bars, Flamenco, and good restaurants as well as shops. The locals are friendly as is the whole city. The apartment has basic requirements for cooking, a great tv, comfortable and clean with a fantastic outdoor space. Lovely and quiet place to stay, vibrant area, a short walk to the river, market and supermarkets. Stunning.

Really nice Appartement in Triana, especially the rooftop terraces is quite nice. Wifi worked great. Area is quite nice, calm and close to lots of Tapas Bars, restaurants and the river. Some furniture could be refurbished or renewed in the bathroom. Overall good price for value.

A nice apartment in a good location and only a 10 minute walk from the main bus station. The apartment is on the second floor with its own private roof terrace which is a lovely space. It is a nice quiet area. There is a hosepipe for watering the plants and a good washing machine in one corner of the terrace. The kitchen is a small space, with the spiral staircase in the middle of it, but it’s functional, and has a good fridge/freezer. The bathroom is fine, but the shower could do with something on the base to prevent water from getting all over the floor (a rolled up towel came in handy). The air conditioning is excellent. Triana has some great bars and restaurants only a few minutes walk away and the apartment is an easy walk into the main tourist attractions in Seville. The fabulous Triana market is about 10 minutes walk. We walked to the train station in around 35 minutes. It was a good location for our first visit to Seville and we would stay in Triana again.

The perfect place to stay for a long weekend in Seville. A well equipped, beautiful apartment located close to all the attractions. The roof terrace is a bonus and a lovely place to relax. We would happily visit again. The hosts were helpful and quick to respond. They even fixed a couple of very minor issues while we were out sightseeing. (Be aware that if you have young children or are unsteady on your feet then this is probably not the place for you as it has no lift and there is a steep spiral staircase inside the apartment).

We were severely delayed but Manuel and Mariano were very understanding and responsive. The apartment is in a lovely area, great neighbourhood with a street full of bars and restaurants at the end of the road. Very peaceful location and walkable to everywhere. Air con in all rooms, very clean, we soon got used to the spiral staircase and the terrace was most welcome. Loved Seville, many thanks

Alfareria Terraza is a great value apt in a very central location. You can easily walk to the city centre and Triana is a great neighbourhood in its own right with its own character. The private terrace in our apt was also fab! Veoapartment are great hosts with fab communication, especially when we had to extend our stay due to a cancelled flight!

Trotz der zentralen Lage waren die Nächte absolut ruhig. Zusätzlicher Bonus eines großen Balkons. Sehr zu empfehlen und wenn wir hoffentlich nach Sevilla zurückkehren, weil es wirklich eine geniale Stadt ist, würden wir sicherlich wieder hier buchen.

We greatly enjoyed our stay in Seville. This Airbnb was in a fantastic location surrounded by great restaurants and culture. The hosts were very responsive and friendly and provided great restaurant recommendations. It was very clean and matched the description perfectly. We would certainly recommend this Airbnb.

Diese Wohnung ist ersteinmal etwas anders. Welche Wohnung hat schon eine Wendeltreppe um beide Stockwerke zu verbinden und welche Wohnung hat überhaupt zwei Stockwerke ? Wir sind perfekt empfangen worden. Die Schlüsselübergabe hat sehr gut geklappt. Der Mitarbeiter Pedro war sehr nett und hat uns mit allen Informationen über die Wohnung und auch über die Stadt super informiert. Die Wohnung liegt in einem ruhigem Stadtteil und, mit ihrer Dachterrasse, ist sie außergewöhnlich. Die Ausstattung in allen Bereichen ist sehr gut. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage der Wohnung ist für die Erkundung von Sevilla, wenn man im normalen Bereich physischer Kräfte ist, ideal. Von unserer Seite eine klare Weiterempfehlung.

In a beautiful area of Triana, old town feel, and just a short walk from riverside walks, and Seville centre too. 10 min walk to Cathedral ( Centre. ) The apartment, level 2, was very well equipped, clean, and fresh.. beautiful roof terrace, although, access is by a Spiral staircase, and also bathroom, and bedrooms, not suitable for elderly, although we’re over, 67, and managed, with Care !!! We were here 1 st week in September, wow, it was hot, 35-40* and it’s not like coastal resorts, where there’s a cooling breeze, so you were looking for air - conditioning, or a shaded street, even the locals shelter behind trees, or signs at the traffic lights...October / Nov might have suited us better.. But we, thoroughly enjoyed Seville, going round the worlds largest Gothic Cathedral,, and many interesting sights. Manuel and Pauline, were lovely. We locked ourselves out, in the first half hour, and Manuel cycled back with a spare key.. we arrived by taxi, it was 22€ plus 5€ ???? From airport.. On leaving, we walked to the bus station, 20 mins, and cost 4€ each, lessons learnt.. and the bus was fine.. All in all a lovely holiday, Barcelona next ( especially with a COOLING breeze..)

De ligging in de sfeervolle buurt Triana net buiten het centrum is ideaal. De afstanden zijn niet al te groot en prima te belopen. Het appartement is heel compleet, super schoon en heel geschikt voor twee gasten of een klein gezin. Het terras is groot en zonnig, een heerlijke plek om bij te komen van de drukte van de stad.

Schöne Wohnung, wobei die Dachterrasse das herausragendste ist. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich und der junge Mann hat uns alles ausführlich erklärt. Die Lage in Triana ist wunderbar, auch beim nächsten Besuch würde ich dieses Viertel wählen. Man wohnt sehr zentral und ist schnell in der Stadt und es ist wirklich ruhig.

Nice, clean, spacious, well-equipped.... The best apartment we have ever rented! The beds were good, the shower very nice. The top terrace was amazing. The location was excellent, just 5 minutes walk from Triana bridge with lots of tapas bars etc. There were also plenty 'hidden' tapas bars in the streets surrounding the apartment. The city center was just across the bridge and the main attractions were within walking distance (15-20 minutes). Communication was excellent as well!

Apartment had everything we needed great location for eating and drinking bars and restaurants all over. Very cheap to eat out. Be careful of taxi transfers at the airport they added 10 euro onto the fixed price which we never realised at the time. Only downside was we had to wait around 4hours for apartment to be ready after a long journey we was exhausted we thought it would be ready on our arrival. Overall a great holiday.

A lovely apartment in a quiet neighbourhood over the river. Plenty of space for two and a great roof terrace for the warm evenings. It's an easy walk from the cities main sites and plenty of great restaurants nearby.

We loved our stay at this VRBO. The patio was perfect in the morning with your cup of coffee and end it in the evening with a glass of wine. We were there during April Fair and were able to watch the closing fireworks from the patio. Place was clean and owner was very responsive to any question we had. I highly recommend this place.
