Apartamento situado en la calle pureza, en el barrio marinero y flamenco de Triana, en una tercera planta de un edificio residencial, con ascensor. Tiene 1-dormitorio y una bonita terraza privada en la azotea, que le permitirá disfrutar de sol y vistas.
El salón-comedor está equipado con mesa y sillas, sofá y TV. Contiguo al salón, a la derecha, está la cocina con barra americana.
Un pequeño pasillo conduce al cuarto de baño con ducha y al dormitorio con cama de matrimonio (140 x 200cm), armario y una ventana que da a un patio interior tranquilo.
El acceso a la terraza privada es por la escalera común del edificio (NO desde el apartamento). Terraza equipada con mesa y sillas de jardín, dos tumbonas y una sombrilla para los días calurosos de verano. La terraza tiene vistas parciales al Teatro de la Maestranza y la Giralda.
El apartamento está situado muy cerca de la pintoresca calle Betis, un lugar donde podrá disfrutar de vistas magníficas al río Guadalquivir.
Triana es un barrio muy popular tanto de día como de noche, con bares y muchos restaurantes de cocina tradicional. Todos los monumentos principales se encuentran a poca distancia. En tan sólo 10 minutos se puede cruzar el puente de Triana y llegar al centro de la ciudad.

En Triana, tradicionalmente el barrio de pescadores, marineros y artesanos, se saborea la auténtica cultura andaluza. Aquí están situados los famosos talleres de cerámica y alfarerías de Sevilla y es una de las cunas más importantes del arte flamenco.
A orillas del río se encuentra la pintoresca calle Betis, con unas magníficas vistas sobre el río y el casco antiguo, tanto de día como de noche. En la calle Betis encontrará una amplia oferta de bares, restaurantes y discotecas. Junto al puente de Triana se sitúa su antiguo mercado de abastos, construido hace 150 años sobre las ruinas del Castillo de San Jorge, convertido recientemente en museo de la Inquisición.

Nos recibio Paula muy amable y preocupada porque nuestra estancia fuera comoda y se ofrecio por si necesitabamos cualquier cosa. Apartamento como en las fotos, centrico en Triana, tranquilo y recomendable para unos dias o semanas.

Beautiful flat in perfect location. We enjoyed using the terrace and appreciate the sunbeds and sunshade. Triana is a great place to stay with great restaurants & city sights easily walkable. Would definitely recommend this apartment.

I had such a lovely time here! Perfect location (Triana is a quiet neigbourhood with lots of nice bars and restaurants and just a few minutes away from the river and Puente Isabel II). I had a warm welcome (arrived around 9pm but that was no problem) and the map with suggestions (supermarket, bars etc.) was a nice extra and helpful. I really enjoyed the sunny roof terrace! The apartment is comfortable and has everything you need for a short city trip. Would definetely recommend! Muchas gracias!

Fijn en net appartement in de mooie wijk Triana, net over de rivier, en 10 minuten lopen over de brug naar de kathedraal bijvoorbeeld. Rustige wijk om te verblijven. Complimenten voor Paula en Manuel en andere mensen voor alle goede zorgen! Mucho gracias!!

Buen apartamento bien ubicado. Nos encantó la terraza exterior para descansar o desayunar. Desde aquí se puede alcanzar el casco antiguo fácil y rápidamente. Gracias por la acogida.

The place is as described - except one of the bedroom walls that has been repainted and is no longer red. Check-in went smoothly with Markus from the agency. Great location, the apartment is very functional, good Wi-Fi and water pressure. Comfortable bed. The kitchen needs some decluttering, e.g. : the coffee maker with only the pot left. The terrace is a plus, although we barely used it (it's End of December, beginning of January, too cold). Good communication with the owner Paula.

They say when buying a house, the 3 important things are - location location location It’s exactly the same when renting a long term holiday apartment, as bd this one absolutely hits the mark. One row back from the river in Triana, 10 minute walk brings loads of good pubs & eating options, 10’minutes to the old town - its a great spot Owners ( or their agents). a pleasure to deal with. It’s maybe a little overdue a freshen up but we weren’t sitting around the apartment too much, we were enjoying all the attractions which are nearby. A really pleasant stay and would be happy to use again

Appartement très confortable et spacieux pour 2 personnes. bien équipé ( Wifi, climatisation, terrasse...) avec un environnement très calme. Proximité des commerces et accès au centre historique de Séville en un quart d'heure à pied.

We spent a really great four days here. Lovely, clean and well situated apartment with the bonus of a great private rooftop terrace. The hosts were very accommodating and friendly and pleasant to deal with. Wish we could have stayed longer. The Clarkes.

Nice apartment. Within walking distance from old city centre. A good selection of local restaurants. Wifi works in all the apartment.

Great host, very helpful & responsive. Great location - historic Triana neighborhood, across the river from main attractions. There is a terrace on the roof. It's a separate space not directly linked to the apartment. The furniture etc. are a bit dated and there is little sunlight because the windows are very small. Otherwise, a reasonable place to stay for a week or so.

We really enjoyed Seville and the apartment. Triana is such a vibrant neighbourhood to be part of, with the beautiful church of Santa Anna across the road and plenty of little bars and restaurants. And then all the tourist areas were just 5 mins walk across the two bridges.

The apartment was comfortable for two people and was well equipped for a week's stay. The market and a supermarket were within easy walking distance. The bed was adequate and there was room to store clothing. The shower had plenty of hot water and pressure. The apartment also had high quality windows so street noise was almost nonexistent. The check in was trouble free. Would recommend to family and friends.

We enjoyed our stay in the apartment. There was plenty of space and it was great to have air conditioning and our own private roof terrace. We really liked Triana and the fact that it was so close to the city centre attractions and lovely walks along the river.

Très bien situé, l'appartement est confortable quoiqu'un peu sombre. La terrasse est bien agréable avec une très belle vue sur les toits de Santa Ana, dommage qu'elle ne soit pas en accés direct avec l'appartement . Le descriptif de l'appartement est conforme à la réalité , aucune mauvaise surprise.

L'appartement est bien situé, proche des commerces de proximité, du Séville touristique. Il est bien équipé (matériel pour la petite cuisine quotidienne, rangement dans la salle de bains et dans la chambre) et sa terrasse, même en janvier, fut très appréciée car les températures étaient agréables (22° l'après midi). Il existe même un fil à linge sur la terrasse privative. Un appartement agréable et situé dans quartier calme.

l'appartement est très bien situé, bien équipé, très propre , pas loin de la promenade au bord du fleuve qui est très sympa. pas mal de restos dans la quartier de Triana et la clinique Ginemed et d'autres commerces sont à proximité. nous avons beaucoup apprécié de passer notre séjour dans cet appartement, on y reviendra sans hésitation si l'occasion se présentait. * un petit problème quand même, le voisin du palier est vraiment très méchant, il a coupé notre corde à linge quand nous sommes aller séché notre linge sr la terrasse , un vrai brute sans coeur comme ce qu'on voit dans les films d'action. à ce désagrément tout était parfait * le lit bébé que nous avons payé 25 E mais pas utiliser car il n'était pas confortable, donc notre bébé a dormi avec nous pendant les 4 nuits, ça nous a pas gêner du tout, mais il fallait le signaler quand même. Réponse du propriétaire: Je suis heureux que vous ayez passé un bon séjour dans mon appartement. Je suis vraiment désolé du comportement qu'a eu ce voisin. J'ai parlé au propriétaire de cet appartement qui m'a expliqué que c'était en réalité un client temporaire, qui heureusement est déjà parti. (Fernando, Nov 2014)

Very nice apartment. nice view from the roof. The only problem was that we had some problems with the lock on the private rooftop terrace. Other than that a very nice property. The washing machine was incredibly slow.

We stayed in the Triana Terrace for an entire summer and couldn't be happier about it. The apartment was great and had everything we needed. The terrace was a great spot to have an evening glass of wine while gazing at the Triana and Seville skyline. We loved the Triana neighborhood that felt like a world away from the hustle and bustle of centro across the river, which was only a quick walk away. Thanks Triana Terrace for an amazing summer!

Appartement avec toutes les commodités, calme, à proximité de restaurants et des commerces de proximité. Très facile d'accès à pied au centre ville (10 min) et très pratique de l'aéroport (arrêt de bus à 10 minutes à pied, 4 euros par trajet par personne). Le quartier de Triana où est situé l'appartement est très agréable à vivre avec de jolies placettes et des bars à tapas. Notre bébé de 20 mois s'y est senti bien dès le début. Nous relouerons cet appartement si nous retournons à Séville.

L'appartement est situé dans un quartier très facilement accessible en voiture à cette période de l'année ( Fetes de fin d'année). Il nous a même été possible de nous stationner gratuitement dans la rue tout le long du séjour. Le quartier est très dynamique ( bars restos ) et agréable avec tous les commerces a proximité y compris un marcher de produit frais. De part son implantation il est possible de se rendre a pied au centre de Séville et ainsi de visiter tous les sites. L'appartement et la terrasse décorés avec gout sont très propre et très bien équipé.

L'immeuble est récent, construit il y a dix ans et dispose d'un ascenseur, ce qui est très pratique lorsque l'on a des valises. L'appartement est très agréable et bien équipé (micro-ondes, grille-pain, ustensiles de cuisine, assiettes, verres, casseroles.. Il manquerait peut-être une passoire et un économe). La climatisation est très appréciable également lorsque dehors les températures atteignent les 45°c. La chambre donne sur une toute petite cour, donc pas de bruit. L'appartement est très très bien situé dans Triana (à deux pas de la Calle Betis, du marché de Triana, du Pont Isabelle II, la Torre de Oro, la Giralda et du SuperSol pour faire des courses). L'appartement est également situé près d'un arrêt de bus à destination de l'aéroport, ce qui est vraiment très pratique. Il suffit de traverser le pont près de la Plaza de Cuba. Près de l'appartement, il y a divers arrêts de bus (n° 5, C1, C2..). Ces bus nous amènent à la gare Santa Justa ( trains), du Parque Maria Luisa et de la Plaza de Espana. La terrasse est agréable la matinée et en fin de soirée (car l'après-midi, en plein mois d'août, il fait très très chaud). Ce qui est dommage, c'est que la terrasse ne soit pas accessible depuis l'appartement puisque l'on y accède par les escaliers. L'appartement était propre lors de notre arrivée et nous avons reçu un bon accueil. Vraiment, cet appartement est bien pour deux personnes. Je le recommande vivement. Nous qui connaissons très bien Séville, n'avons vraiment pas été déçu. Nous réserverons le même appartement l'an prochain, bien qu'il soit un peu cher.

The apartment was very comfortable with modern furnishings and plenty of space. It was extremely clean and tidy on arrival and we managed to catch part of the Semana Santa procession (in the distance) from the sunny roof terrace. The apartment is very secure and safe and in a great location away from the tourist crowds. There are some really friendly,'locals' bars and restaurants nearby and we ate outside every night apart from one. Seville is a wonderful city and the stay was made all lthe more enjoyable by our experience of Triana Terrace.

The Triana Terrace apartment is ideally situated in Seville. The Triana neighbourhood offered great places to eat, close to the river. A short walk across the bridge and you are into the main sightseeing areas of the city - perfect! The apartment itself was clean and very comfortable, and was ideal for our needs. Very nice apartment, clean and practical. The terrace is so beautiful, and quiet. The all apartment is very quiet and his location is perfect. Triana zone is nice to be discovered, with not many tourists.
