Das "Infantes" Apartment befindet sich in einer ruhigen Straße im Macarena Stadtviertel der Innenstadt. Etwa 15 min von den wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten, wie Alcazar und Kathedrale, entfernt.
Wohnzimmer mit Sofa, Couchtisch und Fernseher. Es gibt einen Eßtisch und Stühle. Der Tisch ist auf den Fotos links des Sofas zu sehen. Bei Bedarf kann er aufgestellt und an Stelle des Couchtisches plaziert werden.
Neben dem Wohnbereich befindet sich die Küchenzeile mit einem Frühstückstresen. Die Küche ist zur Selbstversorgung komplett ausgestattet: Kaffeemaschine, Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle und Kochfeld.
Am anderen Ende des Raumes befindet sich der Schlafbereich mit Doppelbett und das Badezimmer mit Dusche, Toilette und Waschbecken.

Das "Infantes" Apartment befindet sich im ersten Stock eines Wohnhauses, ohne Aufzug. Mit Ausnahme des Badezimmers gibt es keine Türen zwischen Wohnbereich, Küche und Bett.

Das Macarena-Viertel ist ein authentischer Stadtteil voller Lebendigkeit, der im Norden der historischen Altstadt von Sevilla liegt. Ein Teil des Stadtviertels liegt innerhalb der alten Stadtmauer und gehrt damit zu den traditionellen Wohnanlagen der Stadt. Hier ist der Anteil der alteingesessenen Sevillanos im Verhältnis zu den Touristen sehr hoch.
In der Feria Straße können Sie in den Markthallen aus einem reichen Angebot an frischen regionalen Waren wählen, außerdem finden Sie hier auch viele Bäckereien, kleine Lebensmittelläden, Tapas Bars und Restaurants. In westlicher Richtung gelangen Sie zur Alameda de Hércules, einem vor kurzem neu gestalteten Platz, umgeben von Tapas Bars, Restaurants, Cafes und mit einem abwechslungsreichen Nachtleben.
In nördlicher Richtung liegt das Macarena-Tor, mit den einzigen noch gut erhaltenen Resten der mittelalterlichen Befestigungsmauer Sevillas. Hier finden Sie auch die Macarena-Basilika, in der die berühmteste Bruderschaft der Semana Santa Sevillas ihren Sitz hat.

Très bel Appartement en plein centre, paisible, à proximité du Centre Historique de Séville (à pied). Pépé, notre hôte est charmant, très attentionné et donne toutes les explications que vous souhaitez. Il est disponible et à l'écoute. Nous avons fait un excellent séjour et nous sommes prêt à revenir. Merci Pépé.

Pepe and Sole, go above and beyond with this apartment. You really do have everything you need- sugar, salt, pepper, oil, coffee, all utensils, even a juicer to squeeze our own oranges ???? The little Plaza 2 steps from the door, has a Dia and many cafes and bars even before you get to Alemeda de Hercules. We love to walk, so we walked everywhere. 2 weeks here was perfect for us, pity it went too fast. Thankyou Pepe for making our stay so comfortable. I'm not sure any other Airbnb will top this.

Spanish: Pase los últimos cuatro meses en este apartamento y desde el primer día Pepe y la señora Sol me hicieron sentir como en casa. Son dos grandes personas a quienes me llevo en el corazón por toda su hospitalidad, flexibilidad (cuando se me presentaba algún problema) y todo su buen humor y conocimiento de la cultura española y sevillana que compartían conmigo cada semana. Los voy a extrañar. El apartamento tiene todo para pasar una estancia maravillosa, así sea en temporada de calor o frío (me tocó el cambio durante el tiempo que estuve ahí). Los vecinos son respetuosos, en las noches es muy callado tanto dentro del complejo de apartamentos como en el exterior. Y la ubicación, es PERFECTA. Tiene todo cerca a unos cuantos pasos (Supermercado Día, excelentes restaurantes como El Delantal Negro y El Vizco, así como tapas riquísimas como La Federal, bares muy amenos como 2 Monos o Dr. Bar, cafés como Café Hércules o Curros). Además, los jueves se pone un mercadillo donde se pueden encontrar cosas muy interesantes y la Alameda de Hercules y Las Setas están a tan solo 2-5 minutos de distancia!! ENGLISH: I spent the last four months in this apartment and from the first day, Pepe and Mrs. Sol made me feel at home. They are two wonderful people who I hold in my heart for all their hospitality, flexibility (when I had any problems), and all their good humor and knowledge of Spanish and Sevillian culture that they shared with me every week. I am going to miss them. The apartment has everything to have a wonderful stay, whether it’s in the hot or cold season (I experienced the change during the time I was there). The neighbors are respectful, and at night it’s very quiet both inside the apartment complex and outside. And the location is PERFECT. Everything is close by just a few steps away (Día Supermarket, excellent restaurants like El Delantal Negro and El Vizco, as well as delicious tapas like La Federal, very pleasant bars like 2 Monos or Dr. Bar, cafes like Café Hércules or Curros). Also, on Thursdays, there’s a little market where you can find very interesting things and the Alameda de Hercules and Las Setas are just 2-5 minutes away!!

Excellent accueil sur place, par Pepe le propriétaire, nous sommes arrivés avant 15h00 et il nous a installés immédiatement. L’appartement est bien situé, à environ 20 mn à pied du centre historique, nous avons facilement pu visiter tout Séville en marchant tranquillement. Il y a à proximité — environ 150 m — une supérette pour faire les courses alimentaires. L’appartement est très propre, il y a tout ce dont on a besoin pendant un séjour d’une semaine. C’est calme et confortable. Le quartier est très agréable avec ses petites ruelles aux maisons typiques andalouses, bien entretenues, très colorées, chacune avec son style propre… nombreuses photos à faire pour les amateurs ! On trouve facilement aux alentours des petits bistros où manger des tapas à un prix très abordable. Même dans le quartier historique on mange convenablement pour pas cher. Si nous revenons un jour à Séville, nous relouerons volontiers cet appartement !

Wonderful, comfortable, clean, compact apartment. The proprietors were very welcoming and responsive when we had questions. Well situated close to everything, but not in the middle of the more "touristy" areas. Spent two weeks here, didn't want to leave.

Polecam apartament w 100% . Bardzo dobre miejsce, na starym mieście, do Katedry 8 minut spacerkiem przez śliczne dzielnice. Obok market Dia . Niedaleko rynek pod "Setasami" czyli kolejną atrakcją Sevilli (warto wjechać na górę). Apartament wyposażony we wszytko - dosłownie we wszytko od korkociągu po środki czystości, patelnie garnki etc. etc. Właśiciele przeuprzejmi i przemili. To nasza kolejna wizyta w Hiszpanii i najwyżej oceniany apartament. Polecam i jeszcze raz polecam. Cristobal

Nous étions à Séville en pleine semaine sainte sans le savoir à l'avance. C'est une expérience vraiment intéressante. En ce qui concerne l'hébergement, le logement était parfait pour nous : il y a tout, c'est très confortable, très propre et des petits détails (café, fruits,etc.) montrent tout de suite l'attention du propriétaire. Solé et Pépé sont extraordinaires : ils nous ont rendu de nombreux services et font tout pour que votre séjour soit le meilleur possible. Si vous voulez séjourner à Séville, ce logement est une valeur sure.

The flat is really nice. It is bigger than it looks in the photos. The flat looks new and the decoration is really nice. It is everything that I was looking for! It is in the center of the city, cheap and beutifull. Pepe and Sole (the landlords) are really nice and kind. We have a very good experience and we will repeat it as soon as we have an opportunity. El piso seguramente es mucho mejor que en las fotos, además lo que más nos encantó fue la hospitalidad y la forma con que fomos tratados por Pepe y Sol (los dueños del piso). Veoapartment es maravilloso, con una equipe muy atenta y solicita. Lo piso es muy buen equipado con todo que se puede necesitar, y cuando necesitamos de algo distinto, siempre fuimos atendidos. La localización es muy buena (entre las setas y alameda de Hercules) en la región con los mejores restaurantes y bares, además en 10 minutos se llega a plaza nueva caminando. En resumen, todo perfecto.

Nous avions pris cet appartement par défaut et au final nous avons été enchantés à tous les points de vue. Les propriétaires sont réellement adorables, l'appartement est très bien aménagé, très propre et chaleureux. La situation est excellente, le quartier est très vivant et sympathique et la rue est calme. Les propriétaires ont à coeur que vous passiez un bon séjour et il ne manque rien. Il y a en bas de l'immeuble un petit supermarché et un marché. Des bars à tapas délicieux et vous pouvez parcourir la ville à pied sans aucun problème. Ceci est un vrai message ! Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans cette ville magnifique et trouvé les espagnols très courtois. Nous reviendrons. A noter que nous sommes un couple avec un ado et que nous avions chacun notre coin chambre bien distinct. Bref, de toutes les locations que nous avons prises, c'est celle-ci qui nous laisse le meilleur souvenir.
