Apartment mit 2 Schlafzimmer und 2 Badezimmer in der Altstadt Sevillas. Wohnzimmer mit großer Fensterfront zur calle Rioja. 2 Sofas, Couchtisch und Fernseher. Am anderen Ende der Eßplatz mit Tisch und Stühlen. Im Eingangsbereich des Apartments befindet sich die voll ausgestattete Küchenzeile.
Das erste der beiden Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett (1,35x1,90m), großem Wandschrank und zwei Fenstern zur calle Rioja. Privates Bad mit Dusche. Das zweite Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten (0,90x1,90m) und Fenster zu einem ruhigen Innenhof. Es gibt ein zweites Badezimmer mit Dusche.
Weitere Ausstattungsmerkmale: Marmorfußboden, Klimaanlage warm/kalt und kostenloses WLAN-Internet.
Das Apartment befindet sich im dritten Stock eines Wohnhauses mit Aufzug. Es gibt 2 weitere Ferienwohnungen im Gebäude.
Supermärkte
Es gibt einen "Corte Inglés" am Magdalena Platz (Plaza de Magdalena), der weniger als 1 Minute Fußweg vom Apartment liegt. Dieses Einkaufszentrum hat einen Supermarkt in einer der Etagen mit großer Auswahl.

Reduzierte Parktarife im Parkhaus "Plaza Concordia", ca. 500 m vom Apartment entfernt (s.u. "Konditionen").
Unser Tipp: Das Apartment bietet eine außergewöhnlich gute Trennung der beiden Schlafzimmer: Das Schlafzimmer mit dem privaten Bad hat einen zweiten, separaten Eingang vom Treppenaufgang des Hauses (s. Grundriß). Mit dem Rest der Wohnung ist es durch die Wohnzimmertür verbunden.

El Centro ist das geographische Zentrum der Altstadt von Sevilla. Es erstreckt sich in einer Nord-Süd-Achse von der Plaza del Duque de la Victoria, über die bekannten Einkauftsstrassen calle Sierpes und Velazques/Tetuán, bis zur Kathedrale. Das markanteste Gebäude dieses Stadtviertel ist das formvollendete Rathaus, eines der sehenswertesten Beispiele für platereske Architektur in Sevilla, eingebettet zwischen der Plaza San Francisco und der Plaza Nueva.
In der schon genannten Fußgängerzone mit den Haupt-Einkaufsstraßen befinden sich einige der besten Adressen für Kleidung, Sportartikel, Schmuck und Accesoires für die Feria de Sevilla: Flamencokleider, bestickte Tücher, Kastagnetten, Fächer...
In westlicher Richtung endet El Centro am Museo de Bellas Artes, dem schönsten Kunstmuseum der Stadt und das zweitwichtigste in Spanien nach dem Museo del Prado in Madrid.

We loved staying here. Such a great location in the heart of Seville. Very close to restaurants and shops as well as all the main tourist attractions. Spacious and bright apartment. The owners were very accommodating with our arrival time. Would definitely recommend staying here and plan to come back!

Appartement très bien situé, dans une rue piétonne un peu bruyante comme les locataires précédents le signalaient sur le site AIRBNB. Nous avons pu rentrer dans l'appartement dès notre arrivée à Séville, sans attendre 14 H.

L’appartamento corrisponde alla descrizione, è spazioso e pulito, si trova in centro, comodo a tutte le principali attrazioni di Siviglia che sono raggiungibili a piedi (noi ci spostavamo con il passeggino e una bimba di 8 mesi). L’host è cordiale e gentile. Un po’ rumoroso la notte dato che è in pieno centro ma ciò non ci ha impedito di riposare. Unica pecca: abbiamo dovuto portare i bagagli in un deposito perché non ce li hanno fatti lasciare in attesa dell’aereo ma il resto è stato tutto super!

We have stayed at other apartments in Spain before and many were not as shown in the photos. This apartment was as shown: beautiful bathrooms, spacious bedrooms with adequate storage, good appliances and comfortable beds! It was immaculate. The staff at VeoApartments was helpful in answering questions before and during our stay. it was close to main attractions and we were able to walk everywhere. We would definitely stay here again!

Veoapartments was recommended by my daughter's program, "Spanish Studies Abroad The Center for Cross-Cultural Study." First, the website allowed me to navigate all the different areas of Seville, and as a search tool, it was perfect for helping me find what I was looking for. Next, the veoapartment team was so responsive and helpful in recommending neighborhoods and apartments to fit our needs. Additionally they were so gracious about meeting my daughter (who is living in Seville) and showing her the location prior to our making a reservation. They were terrific to work with when we needed to adjust our dates, and easy to get a hold of when we arrived in Seville. The apartment exceeded our expectation, spotlessly clean, bright, spacious with all amenities! Now that we are home in Chicago, my husband keeps saying he misses the Veo apartment balcony and watching all of Sevilla down below. The photos are very accurate and everything about this apartment is perfect. I honestly hope we have the pleasure of staying here again in the future, and would highly recommend to anyone visiting Seville. El apartamento esta situado en el mismo centro de Sevilla, haciendo que la estancia con niños sea muy cómoda porque pudimos ir a todos los sitios emblemáticos de Sevilla dando un paseo y en pocos minutos. Esta rodeado de todos los servicios (aparcamientos para dejar el coche, tiendas y restaurantes) que pudieses necesitar.

For us, on a 4 day city trip, this location was ideal for the shopping and cultural highlights of Seville. Using such a central apartment, one must be aware of 'city noise' in the close vicinity, but this did not spoil our enjoyment. Elevator to 2nd floor and two entrances made for simple acces. Wifi acces speedy and stable. The key pick up and reception at the location were excellent and a water issue was efficiently resolved by the local representative (well done)! The apartment is equipped for a short stay and I would recommend this to friends.

Location is excellent. Bathrooms are nice. However, air con. In living room not cool despite setting to lowest possible temp. No supply of basic amenities like bath gel, shampoo, gabbage bag, dishing washing liquid, and not even a hair dryer! towels look old and tough . The double bed is a bit small. The twin beds are good size. Owner's reply:Thanks for your comments. We regret you did not contacted us during your stay to check the aircon, as it was specially hot in Seville last week. We have a hair dryer available on request, but we are going to leave one in each apartment. Regards, Mercedes (July 2015)
