Dachgeschosswohnung mit zwei Schlafzimmern für bis zu 6 Personen mit privater Terrasse. Zentral gelegen neben der Plaza de la Encarnación und nur einen kurzen Spaziergang von den wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten und Denkmälern entfernt.
Der Wohnbereich ist mit einem "L"-förmigen Sofa, welches auch als Doppelbett genutzt werden kann, einem ausziehbaren Esstisch und Stühlen ausgestattet. Angrenzend befindet sich die moderne Küche, die gut für Selbstversorgung ausgestattet ist.
Die Terrasse verfügt über Gartenmöbel und Sonnenschutz.
Ein Korridor führt zu den Schlafräumen. Ein Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Doppelbett. Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat zwei Einzelbetten, einen Kleiderschrank und ein Fenster mit Blick auf die Terrasse. Das Badezimmer ist komplett mit Waschbecken, WC, Bidet und Badewanne.
Zur weiteren Ausstattung gehören: WLAN-Internet, Klimaanlage (warm / kalt) in allen Zimmern und Flachbild-TV.
"Larana Terrasse 3" liegt strategisch günstig im Zentrum Sevillas, an der Plaza de la Encarnación - Standort des neuen Metropol Parasol.

El Centro ist das geographische Zentrum der Altstadt von Sevilla. Es erstreckt sich in einer Nord-Süd-Achse von der Plaza del Duque de la Victoria, über die bekannten Einkauftsstrassen calle Sierpes und Velazques/Tetuán, bis zur Kathedrale. Das markanteste Gebäude dieses Stadtviertel ist das formvollendete Rathaus, eines der sehenswertesten Beispiele für platereske Architektur in Sevilla, eingebettet zwischen der Plaza San Francisco und der Plaza Nueva.
In der schon genannten Fußgängerzone mit den Haupt-Einkaufsstraßen befinden sich einige der besten Adressen für Kleidung, Sportartikel, Schmuck und Accesoires für die Feria de Sevilla: Flamencokleider, bestickte Tücher, Kastagnetten, Fächer...
In westlicher Richtung endet El Centro am Museo de Bellas Artes, dem schönsten Kunstmuseum der Stadt und das zweitwichtigste in Spanien nach dem Museo del Prado in Madrid.

Liked the apartment a lot, nice kitchen and comfortable beds. Great location between Plaza Hercules and the Cathedral and close to lots of bars, restaurants and shops. Didn't like the high step up and out to the balcony on both bedrooms. In the bathroom the shower head and holder need replacing. Overall it suited the 3 of us but an extra person would have made it seem crowded especially with only 1 bathroom.

This apartment is ideally located for easy access to the centre of Seville. It is well finished, comfortable and has all the items that you need to make your stay in Seville enjoyable. Check in was friendly and quick and we had no problems at all. Recommended!

Great 2 bedroom apartment with air conditioning in both bedrooms and the living room- a must have in Seville in June heat !! The apartment is very comfortable and the views from the terrace were really lovely.Carlos met us at the apartment to check us in and he was very friendly and helpful - his office is on the first floor in the building so he was easily contactable. Due to the configuration of apartment 4 next door to ours , we found that there was a lot of noise from their bathroom and washing machine as they were on the other side of the walls in both our bedrooms !! Not much fun at 6.30am for 3 mornings in a row !! We think that the apartment owners would need to make tenants in apt 4 aware of this as it is very irritating.Overall we would recommend this apartment as it is very central - about 10 minutes walk from all the major sites.

Das Apartment war sehr gut eingerichtet. Die Aussicht über die Dächer von Sevilla mit der Kathedrale ist toll. Die zentrale Lage ermöglicht die Besichtigung der Hauptsehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuss. Feierlichkeiten auf dem benachbarten Platz an den Wochenendnächten waren hörbar, aber nicht sehr störend.

Appartement fonctionnel, chambre Parent un peu petite sans aération de l'extérieur. La position dans Seville permet de rayonner tres facilement. La terrasse est très agréable avec une vue superbe. Il y a peu d'insonorisation de l'appartement vs les appartements voisins ou le couloir, et nous participons aux rentrées tard, ou aux douches matinales des voisins.

Pleasant apartment with all you need for a break in Seville. The open plan arrangement allows a feeling of space, the balcony with awning enhances that feeling. Daniel was very helpful and friendly on arrival showing us the sites of Seville that can be seen from the apartment. Seville is easy to get around on foot - with many good bars and restaurants available within 5 minutes.

Considering we were there for Samana Santa, the location was perfect. Right in the heart of the city, with one of the first processions starting just outside our front door. The apartment was clean, bright and comfortable. The balcony was great for viewing the crowds from above when we had the chance. This was the first time we used apartments and not hotels and it was a great experience.
