Studio apartment featuring a Queen size double-bed (160x200cm), dining table, flat-screen TV and a kitchen equipped with all main utensils and new appliances to prepare your own meals. The separate bathroom has a washbasin, toilet and shower.
The bright interiors are decorated with great attention to detail, creating a stylish and comfortable space. A double window provides an open view of the historical centre, including the Cathedral.
There is free WIFI fiber optic internet - the fastest and most reliable internet connection in Spain. Air-conditioning with cooling / heating, washing machine and dryer.
Despite its relatively small size of 37sqm, the apartment has been cleverly designed to feel spacious. It is on the 6th floor of a quiet residential building, with elevator.
The apartment is centrally located on Av. Menéndez Pelayo, at the border of Santa Cruz, near the Murillo gardens. The Cathedral is only 10 minutes' walk away - making it a great starting point to explore the city of Seville.
Shared roof-terrace: There is a roof-terrace with lines to dry clothes. The terrace provides panoramic city views of the Cathedral - without outdoor furniture.

Santa Cruz quarter is one of the most charming and colourful neighbourhoods of Seville, bordered by the Cathedral and the arab walls of the Alcázar Palace - Royal residence and stunning example of mudejar architecture.
With its labyrinth of narrow alleys, winding streets and pocket-sized squares, this picturesque neighbourhood transports us back to the time of its historical origins as the Jewish quarter of the city. In spring you will be delighted by the sweet smell of orange blossom in the air.
Find a wide variety of tapas bars, outdoor restaurants and souvenir shops, as you walk among lime-washed houses adorned with their traditional flower-filled balconies, and peer into the hidden courtyards which shade you from the hot Andalucian summer sun.

We stayed for two weeks here, during Semana Santa. Compact studio, fine for two, with good views over the city. Ishmael gave us lots of local recommendations, which we tried. It’s a very easy apartment to live in. Two supermarkets very close by, and within easy walking distance of loads of restaurants, bars, flamenco clubs, architectural sites etc. There was a drain smell in the lobby for the first few days, then it disappeared, so that was ok. I’d definitely recommend this apartment.

Good location, walkable to all the tourist attractions. Do be aware that sometimes the cleaner comes before checkout time. Terrace has a lovely view of all of Seville and Damian who checked us in was great

No issues. Clean apartment, perfect for a couple who is spending most of the time out of the house. We walked everywhere, felt no need for public transport, but there was a bus stop right in front of the entrance. The ground floor of the building smelled awfully of sewage, but that's not the host's fault. Felt nothing in the apartment.

공항에서 우버로 15분이면 갈수 있고, 구시가지 바로 옆이면서도 차가 들어 올수 있어서 우버 타면 바로 앞에서 캐리어 내릴수 있어서 좋음. 정문 열때 열쇠를 완전히 넣지 않고 돌릴 수 있을때 돌려야 열림. 위치도 관광지는 도보 15분내라 편리함.

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable dans ce logement. L’emplacement est parfait, nous avons tout fait à pied. La vue est magnifique que ce soit de la fenêtre de l’appartement situé au 6ème et dernier étage ou sur le toit de l’immeuble. Le logement est propre, calme et climatisé. De plus les hôtes sont très réactifs et sympathiques. Je recommande ce logement ! :)

Es un alojamiento que recomiendo ya que te permite poderte mover con facilidad por el casco antiguo y tiene mucho que visitar cerca. Destacaría que el apartamento dispone de aire acondicionado y unas bonitas vistas des de la azotea tanto de día como de noche, para pasar unos días en pareja es una muy buena opción. El edificio estaba limpio y el trato con los vecinos ha sido respetuoso en todo momento. Hemos disfrutado con mi pareja de unos bonitos días en la feria de Abril, si alguna otra vez estuviera por Sevilla de nuevo seria una opción a volver a tener en cuenta.

The apartment is only nine minutes walk from La Giralda so excellently located for the major sights of Sevilla. It meant we could spend long evenings there and know we only had a short walk back. It's big for a studio flat and has good air conditioning, a comfortable bed, an amazing overhead shower and a well equipped kitchen. It's great value for money considering the location. Check in and out was convenient and easy. We'd happily stay there again if we go back to Seville :)

A very nice flat, well located, modern with everything you need. Neverthelesss, it's very hot because it is at the last floor, but it has a good climatisation.
