Two bedroom apartment for up to 4 people. It is centrally located on Jesús del Gran Poder street, close to Alameda de Hércules - a popular square with many terrace bars and restaurants. The Cathedral is 15 minutes walk away.

The living room has a sofa, coffee table and TV. Dining table with four chairs. The modern kitchen is partially separated from the living area by a breakfast bar, and includes two bar stools. Kitchen well-equipped with utensils for cooking and main appliances, including: fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing-machine, vitroceramic stove, oven and microwave.

Bedroom 1 has a double bed (150x190cm) and a large wardrobe. A window faces a inner patio. Bedroom 2 has twin beds (90x190cm), a smaller wardrobe and a window facing the street.

There is air-conditioning (with cooling and heating) on each room, fiber optic internet connection and satellite TV with international channels.

The apartment is on the first floor of a residential building built in 2016, with elevator. Parking available nearby - see conditions.

San Vicente is a residential neighbourhood notable for its many squares and churches, located in the northwest of the historic centre. Minutes from the major sights and attractions, it makes an ideal base to explore an authentic part of the city and enjoy some of Seville's most renowned local tapas bars.

Historic churches worth visiting are San Vicente - a fine example of gothic-mudejár architecture built during the 15th century – and the Basilica del Gran Poder, home to one of the most revered and famous images of Christ in the city. The procession of the "Cristo del Gran Poder" is a quintessential part of Holy Week in Seville.

San Vicente is bordered on the west by the Guadalquivir River and the riverside is popular for walking, cycling and running. "Plaza de Armas" (also named Estación de Córdoba), formerly Seville's main railway station, is now a modern-day shopping centre yet still retains its 1901 neo-mudejar exterior and the steel architecture of its industrial past.

Minimum stay:

Reservation deposit:

You are required to pay 20% of the total apartment rental to complete your booking.

Balance payment:

The balance must be paid in cash upon arrival.
The other option is to pay the balance by bank transfer, at least 7 days prior to your arrival. Please request account details by email.

Electricity (only for stays of 2+ weeks):

The electricity consumption is billed extra, according to the original supplier invoice, or, if not available, according to the counters (0,20 EUR /kWh).
For this purpose, a deposit of 100 EUR is required for each reserved month. The deposit has to be paid in addition to the rent amount, and will be refunded on your second last day, discounted the electricity consumption.
Other utilities, as water and gas, are included in the rental price.


Check-in time:
16:00 to 23:00h. Supplement for late check-in from 23:00 to 02:00h: 20€ (to be paid in cash, on arrival).
Early check-in is possible, but subject to availability.

Parking:
Reduced rates at car park "Plaza de la Concordia". Located at 700 m from the apartment. Reservation by email required.

Airport transfer: 35 EUR (1-4 pax). 5 EUR extra for late transfers from 10PM to 8AM. Reservation required

Cancellation policy:

Cet appartement est fort bien situé dans le vieux Séville à côté de l'Alameda Hercules. Tout peut se faire à pied: à 20 minutes de la Cathédrale, 15 min. du site de l'Exposition de 1992, 5 min. des rives du Guadalquivir. L'accès est excellent aux transports municipaux.

L'appartement était neuf au moment de notre occupation des lieux. Les électroménagers y sont nombreux et adéquats, la cuisine très convenablement équipée. Une petite famille pourrait y séjourner confortablement. Occupant les lieux pendant trois mois, nous avons grandement apprécié la TV satellitaire.

Le seul bémol est la proximité d'un bar qui affecte occasionnellement la tranquillité de la chambre des enfants. Le reste de l'appartement lui est parfaitement paisible.

And Lola, the young lady who met us at the apartment, was a charming and good natured young lady who is a credit to both Veoapartments and the whole Spanish nation.

Our plane had been delayed, so, we were late arriving at the apartment, yet she handled the whole matter with commendable professionalism.
