The apartment forms part of a "Casa Palacio" dating from the 19th century, with a majestic patio decorated with a colonnade of arches.

To the left of the apartment entrance is the open-plan kitchen, equipped with the main utensils and appliances for self-catering. There is a large breakfast bar with 2 bar stools.

The living space has 2 windows facing calle San Vicente. Furnishes include a large sofa, table, armchair and a large-screen TV.

A short corridor leads to the bathroom and bedroom. With a double bed (1.80x2.00m), fitted wardrobe and a desk. A window overlooks the patio of the house. The bathroom is en-suite and has a walk-in shower, washbasin, WC and bidet.

Other features: wooden flooring, central air-conditioning with cooling/heating and free WIFI internet access.

"San Vicente" is a ground floor apartment which was fully refurbished in 2016, with a surface area of 75m².

Note: San Vicente is a busy street with car traffic, particularly during daytime with vehicles accessing to the centre. The living room has double glazed windows to reduce the noise from the street. The bedroom faces the interior side of the house, making it a calm and quiet place to sleep.

San Vicente is a residential neighbourhood notable for its many squares and churches, located in the northwest of the historic centre. Minutes from the major sights and attractions, it makes an ideal base to explore an authentic part of the city and enjoy some of Seville's most renowned local tapas bars.

Historic churches worth visiting are San Vicente - a fine example of gothic-mudejár architecture built during the 15th century – and the Basilica del Gran Poder, home to one of the most revered and famous images of Christ in the city. The procession of the "Cristo del Gran Poder" is a quintessential part of Holy Week in Seville.

San Vicente is bordered on the west by the Guadalquivir River and the riverside is popular for walking, cycling and running. "Plaza de Armas" (also named Estación de Córdoba), formerly Seville's main railway station, is now a modern-day shopping centre yet still retains its 1901 neo-mudejar exterior and the steel architecture of its industrial past.

Reservation deposit:

You are required to pay 20% of the total apartment rental to complete your booking.

Balance payment:

The balance must be paid in cash upon arrival.
The other option is to pay the balance by bank transfer, at least 7 days prior to your arrival. Please request account details by email.

Electricity (only for stays of 2+ weeks):

The electricity consumption is billed extra, according to the original supplier invoice, or, if not available, according to the counters (0,20 EUR /kWh).
For this purpose, a deposit of 100 EUR is required for each reserved month. The deposit has to be paid in addition to the rent amount, and will be refunded on your second last day, discounted the electricity consumption.
Other utilities, as water and gas, are included in the rental price.


Check-in time:
16:00 to 23:00h. Supplement for late check-in from 23:00 to 02:00h: 20€ (to be paid in cash, on arrival).
Early check-in is possible, but subject to availability.

Parking:
Reduced rates at car park "Plaza de la Concordia". Located at 400 m from the apartment. Reservation by email required.

Séjour très agréable dans ce bel appartement très bien placé, propre et possédant un aménagement de haute qualité. La literie est confortable et le bruit de la rue ne s'entend pas, la chambre étant située côté patio.

If I could move into this apartment, I would! High end finishes, fantastic shower, and I wanted to steal the mattress! Sevilla is an incredibly confusing city but once we got our bearings we realized how convenient the location is. I was concerned the apartment would be noisy but it wasn't at all. Note: the door key is very tricky. Not sure if that was do to the key itself or the locking mechanism.

This newly refurbished apartment in a lovely 19th century building with a beautiful patio is centrally located but also very quiet. Most major monuments and tourist attractions are within walking distance. We always felt very comfortable and secure in this tastefully decorated apartment. The concierge was always extremely helpful as were Veoapartment staff. We would highly recommend this apartment.
