Modern apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It is located on a quiet street in the Macarena neighbourhood, just a short walk away from Seville's main attractions and sights. Suitable for up to 4 guests.
Fully refurbished in 2016, the apartment has 60sqm and is distributed over 2 levels.
Lower level: Living area with sofa and TV. A window faces calle Escoberos. The open-plan kitchen is opposite to the apartment entrance and features the main appliances and utensils for self-catering, including microwave-oven and washing machine. There is a kitchen table and 4 bar stools.
Bedroom 1 has twin beds (90x200cm) placed together, a fitted wardrobe and a window - also facing calle Escoberos. There is a small bathroom with shower on the lower level.
Upper level: Bedroom 2 with double bed (150x190cm) and fitted wardrobe. A short corridor leads to a large bathroom complete with a walk-in shower.
"Escoberos" is on the ground and first floors of a residential house. There are markets, shops, cafes, bars, restaurants, squares, churches - all within minutes of walking distance.

Macarena is a district full of local activity and colour, located in the northern part of the historic centre of Seville. Partially enclosed by a section of Seville's ancient city wall, Macarena overflows with character stemming from its working-class history.
There is the wonderful fresh food market on Feria Street, as well as several bakeries, grocery stores, tapas bars and restaurants all nearby. The vibrant Alameda de Hercules is a recently renovated tree-lined square, popular with families during the day and with those who enjoy night-life after dark. The Alameda has many cafes, modern terrace bars and clubs which stay open late into the night.
Heading north you'll find the Macarena gate, within a long stretch of the original city defensive walls, and the Basilica of the Macarena, home of one of Seville's most venerated religious images of the Virgin Mary.

Had a fantastic stay. Brilliant location in a charming area with so many lovely places to eat and drink and the shops within a minutes walk and then a 20 minute easy walk to the centre. Loved how unique and spacious this property is. Loved it and great value for money. Would definitely stay here again!

Manuel and Joao are great hosts, always replying to our questions under 15 minutes. The accommodation is at a great location, 5 minutes walk from the Alameda de Hércules, a square full of restaurants and bars, perfect for breakfast or having a beer. City centre is around 20 minutes by foot, but walking on the streets of Seville is always amazing. Shops are also nearby. Very much recommended to stay here!

Nice apartment, on a good location. Would stay there again when in Seville. The only problem is that since it is on the first floor, it was noisy. But that would be a problem of all 1st floor apartments.

Great apartment to explore Seville! The space very clean, spacious and well equipped. Manuel was a great help with coordinating the check-in and communication was easy. The location is fabulous for exploring the city! Everything is in walkable distance, you’ll stroll through vibrant narrow streets on the way to the city center and supermarkets, bars and restaurants are near by. All in all I can 100% recommend the apartment, would come again :)

The apartment was comfortable, warm and well equipped. And perfect location. The shower worked well with lots of hot water. It was easy to walk to the centro historico and buses and taxis were nearby at the Puerta Macarena. Restaurants and plazas close by and a well stocked Dia just around the corner for shopping. The neighbourhood is quiet and safe. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Seville.
