Description: 1 bedroom apartment has a living room, kitchen and bathroom with bathtub.

Living room: Sofa, large dining table and chairs.

Bedroom: Large double bed of 200x180 cm and wardrobe.

Bathroom: Full bathroom with washbasin, toilet and bath tub.

Kitchen: Kitchen next to the living room, fully equipped with oven and dishwasher.

Internet: Free wireless internet. You will receive the access code on your arrival.

Location
The apartment is located on San Luis street, close to San Luis church. On the second floor with elevator.

Supermarkets
A small specialties supermarket "Abacería Alonso" for high quality ham, cheese and wine, is just across the street of the apartment. The owners's name is (guess what?) Alonso... Other small supermarkets are at 1 min walking in either direction on calle San Luis. Run by Chinese and open 7 days per week. Also in easy walking distance the municipal food market on calle Feria.

Parking
Street parking is allowed in the area, but very difficult to find a space. The best possibilities at the end of calle San Luis, and from there towards the Macarena hospital. The closest public car park at the Andalusian Parlament, on calle San Juan de Ribera.

Macarena is a district full of local activity and colour, located in the northern part of the historic centre of Seville. Partially enclosed by a section of Seville’s ancient city wall, Macarena overflows with character stemming from its working-class history. 

There is the wonderful fresh food market on Feria Street, as well as several bakeries, grocery stores, tapas bars and restaurants all nearby. The vibrant Alameda de Hércules is a recently renovated tree-lined square, popular with families during the day and with those who enjoy night-life after dark. The Alameda has many cafés, modern terrace bars and clubs which stay open late into the night.

Heading north you'll find the Macarena gate, within a long stretch of the original city defensive walls, and the Basilica of the Macarena, home of one of Seville's most venerated religious images of the Virgin Mary.

Conditions of apartment San Luis (ref. 0418)

Minimum stay:

14 nights.

Reservation deposit:

You are required to pay 20% of the total apartment rental to complete your booking.

Balance payment:

The balance must be paid in cash upon arrival.
The other option is to pay the balance by bank transfer, at least 7 days prior to your arrival. Please request account details by email.

Electricity (only for stays of 2+ weeks):

The electricity consumption is billed extra, according to the original supplier invoice, or, if not available, according to the counters (0,20 EUR /kWh).
For this purpose, a deposit of 100 EUR is required for each reserved month. The deposit has to be paid in addition to the rent amount, and will be refunded on your second last day, discounted the electricity consumption.
Other utilities, as water and gas, are included in the rental price.


Check-in time:
16:00 - 24:00h. Early check-in is possible but subject to availability.

Parking:
Daily rate: 10 EUR (day). 60 € (1 week). 100 € (2 weeks). 130 € (3 weeks). 150 € (month). Private parking garage in the building. Reservation by email required.

Additional services:
Internet: Free! Wireless internet.
Baby cot: Free! Please request on your booking form.
Airport transfer: 35 EUR (1-4 pax). 5 EUR extra for late transfers from 10PM to 8AM. Reservation required

Cancellation policy:

The 20% reservation deposit is completely non-refundable.

Excellent location, apartment was clean and our bed was comfortable.
Not a single complaint only praise.

Tourist attractions are within walking distance but the neighborhood is away from all the tourist traps so you´re able to get an authentic feel of life in Seville.
Neighbors greet you in the morning and take the time to chat and give you tips and hidden gems found in their neighborhood.

I would definitely recommend Veo apartments to anyone that likes to travel without having to pay huge sums for comfort.
We would like to give a special thank you to Sarai for helping us with our last minute reservation.
